Ayeseru couldn't help but smile; Sephiria had accepted his challenge with delight and excitement, or so it would seem. He felt odd, something felt like it was stirring inside of his stomach. It was a tingly feeling, one he wasn't familiar with; it felt slightly uncomfortable, and his desire was to find its cause. Had he known what it meant, he would've welcomed it with open arms.
Ayeseru walked into the village "officially"; at this point, the sun had set completely, and the moon was rapidly advancing in the sky, in an unnatural and terrifying matter. He made sure that Sephiria wasn't too far behind him at all time, preferring to walk right next to her most of the small journey. It was strange, though, no one appeared to be around; the village was eerily quiet and void of sound and movement. It was so quiet, in fact, that the silence itself could be heard if paid enough attention.
A slight movement, a brushing sounds from the bushes, increasing steadily; Ayeseru began feeling nervous, not for himself, but for Sephiria. He had no idea how she would fare in a battle, as he had never seen her in action, and with some sealed power... It would be tough. All he could do was believe in her, something Ayeseru was quite happy to do.
The movements suddenly ceased, bringing about the eerie silence, only to be more silent than before. There was a very strange rattling coming from the bushes; slightly different than the one previous. Suddenly, a group of not one, not two, but three werewolves emerged from the bushes, releasing about as much magical energy as Sephiria did. They were charging, only to stop at the sound of a deafening howl.
One of the big boys had arrived.
The white furred Lycan was warned to be the village leaders son, strongest only second to his father. It came at him in a dash of absolute speed, nearly catching Ayeseru himself off guard. He wasn't worried, though; in fact, he simply stood there, waiting for the "big bad wolf". As Ayeseru blinked one particular time, his "good" eye turned into a dark shade of glowing blood red, as the other eye turned into a normal shade of red. The wolf was closing in, Ayeseru simply gave it a rather dull stare.
His reaction to the danger? Ayeseru rose up his wooden arm, in order to block the incoming fist that was flying towards him. Impact took place momentarily afterwards, sending out a shockwave and large amounts of dust flying out, only for the dust to retreat and then shoot out once again with twice the force. A crater formed in the middle of where Ayeseru and the Lycan stood, Ayeseru locked with it, grabbing its fist rather casually as it attempted to push and force his way towards harming Ayeseru and Sephiria.
Needless to say, Ayeseru was unamused.
