"I would like to know it, but if you don't want to talk about it doesn't matter." Indar said, looking deeply into her eyes, making her some-what anxious again as she looked away, wondering how she could start off, her grasp on the ground tightened, making dirt eventually form in the palm of her hands. "I would just like to know, why those men were chasing you and Melody?" he asked once more, and the raven haired girl took a deep breath, closing her eyes before looking up at the starry sky.
"I'm going to start from the beginning, or it won't make any sense." she informed hugging her legs close to her. "Really, I don't know who I am. When I was very young I woke up in the middle of nowhere, I had no memories when I awoke, nothing at all... then.." Viola paused a small smile forming on her lips. "I was saved by... Acnologia." she looked at Indar anxiously. "It's fine if you don't believe that part! Nobody does, I mean from all the things I've heard about Acnologia.. he's quite a violent and wicked dragon.." she looked away, her lips pursing together as she continued on. "Anyway, that very dragon took me to a village, where I was adopted by a family. I loved that place with all my heart, the forest, the people, everybody was so kind there. Actually, Lucca was one of my child-hood friends their, along with Kyo. We were really close, and it pains me to even bring up our child-hood..." Viola faced the ground, a shadow casting over her alluring blue eyes.
"When I turned 8 years old, I told my adoptive mother that I had always wanted to see a wizard, I had been fascinated with magic, ever since I learnt it existed. So, my mother had gone to all the trouble of contacting a wizard for me, but she got in touch with the wrong one.. When I had came back home.. everybody was dead.. everything... was.. on fire.." she rested her face in her arms. "At least I thought everybody was dead.. Kyo is alive.. and Lucca.." Viola paused, looking back up to stare off into the deep forest.
"When everybody had died, Kyo, Lucca and myself were taken to some large building. At first, they told us that this would be our new home, since we didn't have one, and that they'd take care of us. But, instead they started to inject magical like substances into our bodies, experimenting on us... Though mostly me.." Viola grasped onto the chest part of her shirt. "They were trying to activate some magical power I had hidden inside me, and hoping to collect it's magical energy for their own sake.. It's a special power that none have ever seen before.. supposedly from a dragon.." Viola laughed lightly to herself at the thought. "As time passed by, Lucca became insane, and started to enjoy the building. He said that we should be grateful to be receiving so much magic. That was when he became interested in me, in my power, in who I really was... Kyo on the other hand, wanted nothing to do with any of us.. he was no longer happy like he always was, and I wouldn't blame him..." she sighed placing her hand back onto the ground and looking up at the sky.
"One day, on the day where I escaped, they were mixing a bunch of different magical elements together.. fire, water, earth and wind.. even light and darkness.. Once it was inside my body, my magical energy exploded, showing what was truly inside of me... It was truly powerful, I'm surprised by body didn't tear apart.. Once this happened half the building exploded, and I was carried away unconscious by Melody.." Viola faced the ground with soft eyes.
"Since then, I've always feared fire mages, because most of the people in that building were fire mages.. I know they won't stop chasing me, as long as Lucca is still alive. He won't give up till he finds out who I am, even though I don't even know for myself... who I am.." she said softly facing the ground, wondering how Indar would react to this.
