Her feet seemed to drag as she walked through Hargeon. Its not like she wasn't excited, or too nervous. She just was resenting joining a guild. That means meeting new people, and that is what she wasn't excited about. What if they were jerks? She sighed heavily as she neared the guild hall. The town around her seemed lively, with merchants selling delectable goods. Restaurants putting off a enticing aroma. Even though this was her first time in Hargeon, she didn't have the will to stop and sight see, she came here for one reason and she was determined to get it done and over with.
Music played around her, she wasn't sure where it was coming from and turned her head to look down another street. They were having like dancing lessons. Weird. Was it always like that here in Hargeon? Kariline just kept walking, she was getting closer to her destination.
Kariline Kaido, a Summoning Wizard. She was taught magic from her older brother, who developed it himself through out the family. She even contracted on with the same demons he befriended. The catch was, she contracted with them, to destroy her brother.
Contracting with Demons is a risky business, their wants on their ends can be pretty high stake, often involving your own life, however they don't claim it untill you have met your desire. Were her veiws really worth her own life? Right now, That answer is Yes. Kariline thinks that sacrifices are to be made to get you somewhere in life, and that is was she was doing. She isn't too much of a people person, and Kariline was going to put that aside for the option to get stronger and develop her skills so one day she could defeat her flesh and blood.
She seemed hesitant as she walked up to the guild hall doors and opened them slowly. Peering inside, she was a bit shocked to see what she did. Certainly not what she was expecting. Kariline had heard rumors about Lamia scale, but this didn't seem to fit the description.
