Zenshin Hitsumo V.S. The "Devil" Shinigami

Seeing the two people fight, Shinigami felt like he wasn’t interested in fighting those two anymore. “My, my…look at the time. I’ve to go now!” Shinigami said as he teleported away from the place. Shinigami was bleeding from his last attack, and his eye sight was very blurry from all the powerful attacks that he had made. “We’ll fight again, I promise.” He thought to himself.

Shin-Shin's wasn't excited to fight, but it was for a cause; minor that is, but nonetheless a cause. His focus was diverted to the teleporting mage and in response to his diverted attention, he got hit with Icy Shuriken. The wounds weren't deep, but they really hurt. He pulled them out one by one flinching in pain. "That really hurts you know. Can't be helped with combat I suppose. I forgive you." Shin-Shin ran at his opponent swerving from side to side with intense speed waiting for his chance to strike.

Zen's physical attacks where no use due to Benumb so he had to think of a magic to use while his opponent was trying to maneuver to confuse him. "Try something else." Zen said with a smirk. "Ice-Make, Floor!" he called out, the floor almost instantly turning to ice that looked very dark and didn't let light around it at all. He then called out "disperse" and then Benumb shattered letting his normal self show again. "Man, I can't believe Shini bailed, I'm counting that as a point for me." Zen said, back to his old self. He looked at Shin and his ice floor and saw where this is going. "So you're my opponent now. Lets do this!" he yelled at Shin with great enthusiasm to have found another sparring partner.

As Shinigami ran away, he stopped and thought to himself, “What the hell am I doing? I’m a guild master, not some kind of sore loser! I shall go back to the fight with those two guys!” Shinigami turned his main staff into a 360 and teleported in between his two opponents. He planted his four staffs on the ground, showed his two palms in their direction and said, “Come guys, it’s a three for all now!” He then planted his main staff on the ground, made some hand movements and said, “Zap!” in which summoned a golden magical circle below him. “I will defeat you guys with little to no magic!” He said to them.

Zenshin smirked, continuing with, "Glad to see you're not a coward guildmaster". Zen heard that he had casted Zap after he had created the ice floor. "You may be a guild master and a saint, but you will not win." said Zen, glad he came back to the battle grounds. "Ice-Make, Crocodile!" he yelled and at that time, a giant magic circle created an enormous Crocodile, Zen standing on top of it. "I'm ready Shinigami, are you?" he said with a smile, preparing for the second round.

Looking down onto the ground, Shinigami saw fine layers of ice underneath his feet. “My, I could use this as an advantage!” He thought to himself. The whole time, he was making himself look weak in front of the opponent, now is the time to show him his real strength. Shinigami ran, trying to break the line of sight, and stopped when he’s five meters in front of him. He then glided so beautifully, stabbed his staff on the ground and caused friction between the two things. Seeing the crocodile, he took out his main staff off the ground, and ran so fast to the back of it. He planted his main staff really hard, followed planting his two other staffs. Due to this, the ice sheet began to crack causing it to break eventually. He stood on top of his main staff, jumped up really high in the clear sky followed by making hand movements and said, “Fire blast!” aiming at three things; the opponent, the crocodile and the thin layers of ice. “It seems I will use magic no matter what!” He said. The staff on the ground made a magical circle, summoning a really huge fireball. He then fell from the sky, and landed near his main staff.

Shin-Shin was shocked at everything that was going on. The guildmaster had come back, Shin-Shin was barely keeping his balance on the icy floor, Zenshin was making carnivorous reptiles out of ice, and the returning guildmaster was flining fire everywhere; this was madness. Shin-Shin used his spell, "Spirit Movement: Physical Follow Up." His ethereal spirit body moved to a point just above Zenshin in an instant, and Shin-Shin appeared in that same spot seemingly like he teleported. His sudden appearance was followed by a punch straight downward. Zenshin looked like he was in a bind."How quick is your reaction time?"

Zenshin was now having too much fun. He was focused on his surroundings at the fullest of his abilities and remembered a similar training in his past. Zenshin closed his eyes and rapidly thought of everything that was happening and placed it in order. Zenshin came up with a plan to defend against both the guild master and the seemingly lazy mage who had joined the fight. "Spin croc!" he yelled and the giant ice reptile did just that. Even though it was big in size, it was quick, due to being made of ice. As the crocodile span, its tail blocked the fire attack created by Shinigami, and moved Zenshin out of the way of Shin's attack, him landing in the position Zen would've been standing in, had his crocodile not moved. Zenshin began icing his hand and looked at Shin-Shin, "Interesting magic, I hope we get to fight privately at some point" he said with a smile, trying to get Shin off guard. In an instant, he threw a punch with his iced hand at Shin, strong enough to get him off the large crocodile. He turned back to Shini, "Ice-Make, Boomerang"! a boomerang when flying to the left of Shinigami and Zen commanded his crocodile to Shinigami's right, cornering the saint.

As he saw the two attacks heading in his way, Shinigami grabbed his main staff and turned it into a 360. He teleported away from the attack just on time, and teleported on top of the crocodile, right in front of the white haired opponent. "I've left my two staffs on the ground. I'll just take it after this." He thought to himself. Being on top of the crocodile was incredibly cold and slippery. Ignoring his thoughts, Shinigami planted his staff for balance and used the technique "roundhouse kick" against the enemy and stood there. "Very interesting..." Shinigami said to his enemy as he said and teleported to his two staffs, and attached them to his back.

Zenshin was hit by a quick roundhouse kick, his opponent somehow avoided bot the giant boomerang and the giant crocodile somehow. It didn't harm Zen as much as he thought it would and he quickly recovered. "Disperse!" he yelled and the top layer of the ice floor turned to water. It was now very difficuly to balance on top of it. Zenshin put his hand out, creating an icy fog, and immediately, it shot out a massive amount of ice crystals at a rate of ten per second. Zenshin was trying to keep Shini preoccupied as the boomerang came back around to strike again.

Seeing the top of the ice turned to water, Shinigami was amazed. Seeing an icy fog, Shinigami sensed an attack and so he teleported away. Looking at the icy darts, he thought to himself, “Just what I have expected. A boomerang and crystals, how predictable.” He stopped for a while and stared at his opponent. “You are strong!” He said to the white haired opponent. Shinigami planted his three staffs on the ground, made some hand movements and said, “Death, death!” Having the spell casted, Shinigami made another hand movement and said, “Poseidon’s Dragon!” The water on the ground flew up in the sky, grouped each other and made a dragon. The dragon swirled around Shinigami, in which Shinigami patted them. “Death, death is a spell that will need time to deactivate. He won’t have time to block this.” He thought to himself. “Dragon, go!” He said as he pointed to the white-haired enemy.

This time in death death, Zenshin saw his father being mauled by wolves while he couldn't help him, and the same thing happened as it did back then. "Benumb, Dark-Ice" he whispered, and his entire body was covered in the dark ice that it was permanently turned into by the use of this spell. The illusion brake as soon as he covered his entire body with it. It was too late to block it, but Zenshin's speed was up and he ran at extreme speeds behind Shinigami. "I will kill you, death god." Zenshin said darkly as benumb affected his personality, turning him more sinister. The dragons had destroyed his crocodile, only fueling the fire of his rage. Zenshin put his right hand up and said,"Ice-Make, Ice Pillar!" and a pillar of dark ice, shot out from his hand faster than it usually does, being powered by dark ice.

After the attack, Shinigami waited to see his opponent’s reaction. The dragon from the attack destroyed the crocodile and came back to Shinigami. The opponent then seemed to be covered in unique dark ice. Being very shocked, the white haired opponent then disappeared and appeared at the back of Shinigami. “So fast!” Shinigami thought to himself. The opponent then summoned a pillar made out of black ice in which Shinigami remained calm. Seeing his opponent become raged, Shinigami thought of this as an advantage. As fast as he could, he tapped the ground twice and summoned a huge wall made out of solid earth separating the opponent. The wall was used as a separator against the rage enemy giving Shinigami time to act before the opponent could make another attack. He then ordered the dragon to attack again. The dragon slid up the wall and strikes the opponent head on. He made hand movements and casted the spell, “Zap” and ran towards his staff. He took his two staffs and attached it to the back of his, and grabbed his main staff.

Shin Shin was suprised with Zenshin's speed, "You aren't half bad." Just as he spoke, an icy boomerang came flying at him. "Spirit Block: Swatting Momentum." A spirit arm grew in size and swatted the boomerang out of the sky shattering it into tiny pieces. Shin Shin spoke, "My turn. Spirit Strike: Ranged Jet Fist." He threw a punch and from his physical arm came a large extended spirit arm that flew at a high speed towards Zenshin.

Zenshin put both of his hands down. Ice-Make, Heavy Sword!" he called out while thinking, "He wants to play with dragons? Then I'll destroy them like a knight". Zenshin lifted up his hand and imagined the other side of the wall and moved his hand rapidly while stomping with his leg. He pointed his hand downwards and jumped, he threw his sword at the dragon, immediately starting to freeze it. he propelled himself up to it using tiny ice crystals propelled very quickly from his hand. Zenshin was now ready, his strongest spell powered by his strongest form, the Dark-Ice dragon. "Ice-Make, Dragon!" he called out and a giant, dark dragon was summoned,carrying him up the wall and around, now facing the death god.

As Shinigami looked at the dragon made out of black ice, he was amazed at such things but hid it with his expressionless, and emotionless face that he had always shown to the opposition.

“What a sight to behold! A man who can more or less can cast nearly the same magic as mine. How nice!” Shinigami pronounced with sarcasm in his tone.

He then contemplated at his opponent. The opponent was mounted on the icy dragon. Seeing irascibility in his opponent’s eyes, Shinigami let out a cramped grin on his face.

He then, planted all of his staffs on the ground, and made swift hand movements. He finished his movements with a very slow deep vocalization, “This would be the end of this pathetic battle. Heaven Style: Sweet old memories!” Subsequently, he made another hand movement, producing another spell that was about to be casted.

“You know what ice is weak against? It’s fire!” vocalized Shinigami to his opponent. “Fire Blast!” He murmured to himself. A golden magical circle revealed itself infront of the main staff, producing the lazer that would then be converted into a huge fire ball. "Again." He mumbled, as another fireball was blasted.

Seeing that the spells had done a lot of damage to the irreproachable forest, he waited eagerly for the results. For an extra precaution, he grabbed his main staff for teleporting. "What a match." His inner voice told him. "I know right?" Shinigami replied.

Zenshin stood up on his dragon and looked down at the fireballs below. "Ice-Make, Boomerang!" he yelled and he summoned a giant boomerang in his hand. Zen jumped and threw it, calling for it to disperse while in mid air, extinguishing one of the fireballs and Zenshin sat down on his dragon, Shini's first spell had failed. The dark ice wouldn't allow anything happy, or sweet, from going through Zenshin's mind, just defeating his opponent. Zenshin dragon ran straight through the second fireball, its outer layer dispersing, to extinguish it. Now, the dragon was at ground level and Zenshin had an idea to draw out his opponent. He dismounted his dragon to the left side and went to the middle. He commanded it to spin and fire icicles, and sooner than not, that entire forests area was cleared.
