Whats Beyond....Earthland?

Mari would strode within the seemingly thin crowded city of Rose Garden, which was a large surprise seeing as the city is usually rustling with dozens of dozens of citizens going around through stalls and stores with their wallets filled with jewels. She walked solely forward in the middle of the street as she scratched her head when suddenly the pitter patter of small feet came underway.

"Oi, Mastah. We're here to obtain your passport, remember?"

Max suddenly appeared behind Mari with an enlarged salmon fresh from the freezer, holding it dearly as if it was animal...that was alive. He continued to walk forward before he was stopped by Mari and he grunted heavily as he already knew that they were awaiting one of her guild mates who seemed to be late but of course Mari wanted to wait.

"Just be patient, he'll be here any minute now. And are you sure you don't need a passport?"

Mari asked curiously as Max threw the fish upon his head and retrieving his own passport before showing it to Mari and placing it back.

"I've traveled around before....I'm sorry."

He apologized before starting to consume his fish.

Nightken had to get a passport in order to do international jobs and it was going to be a pain waiting in the massive lines and the paperwork. He was wearing his casual clothes since this didn't require him to wear his armored clothing. Riding his motorcycle to the Rose Garden to meet up with Mari and Max so they can grab them at the same time. "This is going to be annoying since I don't think Max likes me much." He said going through the empty streets until he saw them down the street after a couple of minutes going through town. Hitting a some boards placed like a ramp he jumped off of the bike took off the helmet and while in mid air used his cursed seal lineage to store them in the dimensional pocket. Landing behind Mari and Max he slide a bit, but stood up easily. "Hey sorry about the wait there was some traffic on the way here." He said rubbing the back of his head as he walked towards them.

Watching from afar she could see the dust trail in the distance as something rushing at high speeds was dashing to their location within seconds. She stood there without worry, as she didn't think anyone would try to penetrate an attack through the streets of Rose Garden and from the smell of things she assumed that it was Ken striding toward them within his bike. Mari begun to wave her hand above her head signaling their position while Max continued to munch on his salmon with a emotionless faces, moving only his cheeks with the fish in his mouth.

"Oi, over here!"

He shouted toward his direction as he continued on, as his engine's roared as he got closer. Speeding around he slowed down into a halt right beside them before removing his helmet and threw his hair into the air before hopping off his bike, flicked his wrist behind his head causing both his bike and helm to stride into what seemed another dimension.

"Hey sorry about the wait there was some traffic on the way here."

Mari shook her head in disagreement as she returned with a smile on her face.

"We just here ourselves, so there's nothing to apologize for. We might have gotten here earlier but Max has a weakness toward Fish so, we might have gotten here earlier if it weren't for him."

She chuckled as she looked down toward Max before he was shocked at what she said, having his fur jump up before his ears dropped down. He knew it was his fault completely and couldn't find anything that would deem him right and gave up pouting about it before Mari bent over and pet his head.

"So lets get going then! We don't want the line to be to long."

She said encouragingly as Max begun to lead since he knew where the passports were being given.

Following Max to the building or at least the line that was building down the street from it. Looking down the street he could see that the line stretched for an entire block down the street. "Well this is going to take a while." He said while pulling out a small book titled "The Origins of Lightning Magic". He just bought this book the other day since it was something he would find interesting and made sure to bring it since he figured they'd be there for a while. While reading the line slow moved every five to ten minutes which didn't bother him since it gave him more time to read. "Hope you have something to do while we wait." He said to Mari while Max finished off his fish.

Max strode along the streets toward their destination continuing to chew on his prestige fish, sucking the juice from its scales and the meat from within. They could hear his loud chewing from only a few steps away making it known how good it tasted making Mari giggle as she listened to him gnaw on the fish. As they turned the corner they were at the end of a lengthened line that went around the corner of the street and even into the large building, so it had to because of the passport that were being issued. She didn't hear anything else happening within Rose Garden so that had to be.

"Well this is going to take a while."

Ken said as he brought out a small book from nowhere thinking that they were just going just going to wait around in line the entire time. Mari didn't want to do that, she puffed her cheeks in annoyance from this long of a line. She couldn't help but want to rush through the line itself before a sudden rush of group of friends, heading toward Ken surrounding him by the side.

"Oi its Fairy Tail's Lightning Guardian! Ken we get an autograph!?"

They shouted as they shoved books and pens in his face, While Mari and Max were pushed aside only to watch what happened. Astonished at Ken's popularity Mari watched with her finger on her lips in curiousness and Max unfazed by the situation still with a unemotional face chewing on his face.

Suddenly being bombarded with a crowd of people asking for his autograph which was new for him since that has never happened before. "Alright if you want me to give you my autograph you all need to form a line so i can do this easier." As he said that the crowd of people quickly lined up and moved with the line he was in. He helped Mari up and made sure she was okay. Signing all the people's autograph books they all ran away happy, but he doesn't understand how some people can handle that all the time. During the entire time he was doing that the line still wasn't close to getting to them. *Sigh*"This is seriously taking a while. Max could you take a look up ahead to see what is taking so long?" He asked looking down at him.

Mari both gave each other a confused look seeing Ken being almost surrounded by those group of friends, who are obviously not from the same line and must of just walked by before noticing Ken himself. But he must of had an increase in jobs to grow his own popularity whereas Mari hasn't grown much through her popularity but keeps to it by continuing on her jobs and helping those in need. They turned their attention back onto the line behind them as it made a small leap forward, still resembling a large amount for them to wait till its their turn for a chance at getting their passports.

Ken finished with his little group of Ken lovers and returned toward them in the wait.

"This is seriously taking a while. Max could you take a look up ahead to see what is taking so long?"

Max quickly jumped to his feet in surprise listening to ken speak to him so friendly. He turned around and looked at Ken with a death stare as he finally finished his fish, swallowing it with a large gulp. And before they knew it he was off, jumping into the sky and flew off toward the building before slipping through one of the windows that were open. Mari was a flurry confused as to whether he was mad or doing what Ken had asked.

"I'll go check to!"

Mari shouted before running beside the line toward the entrance of the facility that was giving away the passports. Walking through the entrance she noticed that there was an open booth within the building with a crude sign written with the word Mage's on it with a boothmen waiting on the other side snoring his day away with Max standing beside him. Mari toward them both before bending toward the sleeping man and poking at his head, waking him and flailing his arms.

"Are you a mage...do you need a passport?"

Confused she asked what was with the separation of the passport booths.

"Well you see. Mages might be in more of a hurry to obtain their passports rather then civilians. That line is for them, you can tell by how many there are, but here is for Mages and alot has already gotten their passports....so I'm just resting. Did you need one?"

He asked.

"One for me please, and I have a friend nearby who's going to get his too."

She said quickly before rushed outside and waving her hands above her head signalling to ken to come over to the entrance of the building and find out that they never needed to wait in the first place. Max stood there grunting the entire time with his arms crossed and turned away.

Mari waved for him to come up there so he quickly ran up there to see that mages didn't have to wait in that long line. "You must be the other person she mentioned." The man behind the desk said as Nightken showed up. Grabbing the papers that had to be filled out he handed those to both of them. It didn't take long for them to fill out all the forms and have their picture taken. "Alright here are your new passports thank you for coming." He said before the three of them left the building with passports in hand and headed back home. Nightken decided to flu back with them using his Raven Ring to produce a pair of black lightning wings on his back and flew off with Max and Mari.
