Sephiria wondered if trying to get a passport was worth it at this point. She noticed all of the people in Rose Garden trying to get a passport in order to travel around the world, and sweatdropped at the scene. There were all types of people trying to get their passports, and some were doing what she considered dishonorable acts in order to get one. Hell there was even a fight breaking out between an old lady, a big hulking man and.....was that a dog? Note to self, do not try anything foolish and just go with the flow. Sephiria went to the back of the line and was about to just sit there and wait bored until she heard a familiar voice behind her.
"Oh hey Sephi! Long time no see!" Sephiria went rigid as she looked to her right to see a head with familiar white hair and a familiar smile staring directly back at her.
"Noel?"
