Zack had heard rumours that the borders were finally being re-opened. He himself had visited other realms. Just not in this world. He'd entered the demon realms a few times and other dimensions too. There was little that was too far away for the speed demon that was Zack. However, even with his flight abilities he couldn't fly far enough or fast enough to get to the other realms. The rune knights kept a very tight watch on the borders. It was one of the few things they were really good at. They weren't terrible at their job, but border control seemed to be their top job. It was strange as it surely stretched their resources, but then again they were very good with barriers and he'd heard some of the council members could create large structures like a fortress of cannons. It was quite impressive and he secretly wanted to run across it and see if the cannons could hit him. That would be a thrill and a half.
All this for a passport?(solo mission))

Still, that was not important. He hovered above the town looking at the sea. Soon he would be able to travel freely. The crowds below were clamouring for their passports. A key that would allow them to go to other countries. That was what he was here for. To gain the freedom to travel to those other lands. There were so many places he hadn't been. So many thrills he had yet to experience. However, unlike most of them he was a powerful mage and he hated more than anything to weight. He grinned and dropped like a stone. The force of his drop was enough to send people flying. "Sorry about that, but I'm not waiting in line."

This was said in apology to those who had been knocked to the ground by his descent. He'd timed it perfectly so he didn't hit anyone directly. He winked at them as activated his spell the sky emperor's mantle. People moved back as an aura of wind, tinged with white, covered his body in the fearsome shape of a demon. "A bit scary, but it has its purpose." he said and turned into air itself. People stared in surprise as he seemed to vanish or at least become a lot harder to see. He grinned to himself as he moved through the people, causing their clothes to ripple. He was like the breeze itself. Yet, with him it became more like a gust as he blurred through them at higher speeds.

He'd landed not near the front of the queue, no the crowds were too thick there for that. Besides, he wanted to arrive as fast as possible. He was known for his speed. Famous for it. Eventually, he appeared at the front of the queue. The wind of his passage was strong enough that at he stopped he blew a few people off their feet.
"Sorry, i'm in a bit of a rush." he said as he appeared in front of the rune knights. He focused lowering the wind aura temporarily. He planned to use it later to get out of here more easily. Besides, the rune knights might take offense at his arrival. He might need it to escape.

The rune knight in charge stared at him for a moment and shrugged. "Mages are so pushy these days." he grumbled. Zack just shrugged. He didn't like waiting. Who did? And if you could avoid waiting who wouldn't avoid it. The man held up a lacrima and it scanned Zack. "Fill in this form." he said pushing over a bit of paper and a pen. Zack nodded and took the pen. With speed, like in all his actions, he filled in the form. Though of course as he had specific boxes and places to fill in her couldn't go as fast as he liked. Plus it had to be at least readable. Then again Zack did a very nice cursive script even when at high speeds. It was like the wind personified in text. It was pretty much unique to him as it had little intricacies. Once the form was filled in the man read it over and held it up to the lacrima. It glowed brightly and then a book was sent flying out of it into Zack's hand. "Take it and leave, there's plenty of others needing a passport." Zack nodded and lifted his eyepatch revealing the green orb. The passport was inserted in and seemed to vanish. The man stared at him and then shook his head. "Far too flashy." Zack grinned again.
"Though not as flashy as this." he twirled once and then turned back into air. The power of his speed was enough to blow some more people back and then with another blur he was gone. A gust that blew people down and ruffled the clothes of others. A few men got a decent view of women's underwear that day, including Zack.
