Ba’al is a very playful cat fish. He likes to fly around and zap people with his electric or set up traps for people to run into. He doesn’t like people that much especially the living types he hates. They always get a shock from his body. There only one person who never got zapped and that was Chiyu. He started to follow her around and now is respecting her deeply. He can be a bit spoiled at times from Chiyu but he will never complain to her. They met on the lake between Joya and Bellum. In his free time he floats around the guild catching mousses or making pranks. Hes too fast for people to capture and is pretty much hated by the other guild mates. But they keep away from him or Chiyu touches them and they all get sick again. In battle he floats around swiftly and does guerilla tactics. Coming in touching them with a shock and flying away again. Or trying to trip them. if there to strong for that he uses their emotions to get them in close and shock them harder. He has some access to lightning magic.
Abilities:
- floats and can swim without breeding (fish)
- can talk tough nobody knows how
- his attacks are small lightning shocks (5 yard range)

Description:
Ba’al starts to charge himself up with lightning it starts from his tail and goes to his upper body everything starts to sparkle form the lightning. He can keep moving while this happens. After its charged he has one post to use it. he needs to be in a range of 15 yards to the enemy. When he is close enough he aims and gets shot forward right crashing in the enemy dealing D rank damage to him and anybody in 5 yard range. Get a shock on himself if he crashes in a solid object like a wall or a tree. The charge is 50m/ph in speed.
Strengths:
- hits multiple enemys
- is a quick attack from a decent reach
- can throw D ranks on the ground

-needs a post to charge
- hits himself if he hits a wall or barrier
- hits allies to
- easy dodgebale can't change direction

Description:
Ba’al floats close to his enemy and then touches the enemy with charged fins. There comes then a mark on the enemy that stays for 2 posts. It can be activated once each post. It gets activated when the target trys to cast a spell. He then needs to roll a dice if the dice is above 3 the targets get a shock and the spell gets interrupted target also gets damaged for ½ D rank damage. Doesn’t work on people higher then C. a c target can only be interrupted once in the 2 posts.
Strengths:
- can paralyze a action of the victim
- great to hinder somebody
- does ½ D rank damage
Weaknesses:
- needs to come in close
- only works on D rank mages
- can be dispelled by concentrating for one post
- for this to work the target has to cast a spell next post
