Description:
” Onward into the heart of the battle, fought the sons of Odin, outnumbered many times, still they fought on. Blood poured forth from their wounds, deep into the earth, vultures waited for the broken shells, that once were bodies, but Odin alone would choose the day, they would enter Valhalla, And in their hour of need; he sent forth unto them The Berserker Rage. Now gods of men they rose up from the ground screaming like wild animals, such is the gift of absolute power. No blade or weapon could harm them! They killed them and horses alike, and all who stood before them died that day! Hail Gods Of War ”
This magic is thought to only be heard in legends of the frozen northern lands, not even the bravest of warriors survived the smallest run in with a berserker. The ones that did spread the tale, warning their families of men who fought with the rage of wild animals and strength of demon kings. Berserkers, who fought into battle wearing nothing but fur pelts, tearing killing man and horse alike in the most brutish of fashion.
Phoenix becomes an unstoppable juggernaut of pure feral rage, a god of war perhaps. The warrior/magician gains immense strength, durability, and awesome stamina. Fatigue is a thing of the past, though, the berserker is put into a psychotic state of mind, almost feral.
This fury, which was called berserking or "Berserkergang", occurred not only in the heat of battle, but also during laborious work. Phoenix who were thus seized performed things which otherwise seemed impossible for human power. This condition is said to have begun with shivering, chattering of the teeth, and chill in the body, and then the face swelled and changed its color. With this was connected a great hot-headedness, which at last gave over into a great rage, under which they howled as wild animals, bit the edge of their shields, and cut down everything they met without discriminating between friend or foe. When this condition ceased, a great dulling of the mind and feebleness followed, which could last for one or several days.
The user "Phoenix" undergoes a physical transformation, a visible muscle, height, and weight increase will become very apparent. Veins will immediately begin to swell as the adrenal fluid "Epinephrine" begins to flow. Some would say this transformation would make Phoenix into a superhuman in size, strength, and durability.
Strengths:
The user Phoenix becomes incredibly strong and durable, making him resistant to physical damage. Close quarter combat is specialty here. Phoenix becomes very resistant to diseases, poison, and alcohol; not to mention drugs. His brain is wired to function on mostly instinct, with some range of rational thought, though his stamina and durability make up for it; phoenix will continue to rage towards whatever opponent setting before him until he exhausts himself, rendered unconscious, or just simply dies.
[*]Resistance to physical damage
[*]Resistance to Toxins/alcohol/drugs/poisons
[*]Instinct based combat
[*]Close quarter combat specialist.
[*]Heightened physical capabilities
[*]"Tanking" capability: Able to combat several foes at a time.
Weaknesses:
Being that a berserker is sent into a wild frenzy (and that this magic is meant for close ranged combat), the user is thrown into a feral state of mind leaving rational thinking and sanity out the window. This makes him very predictable, and very easy to outwit. Not to mention, while Phoenix is using his magic, he must literally be within reaching distance to cause some damage, leaving him vulnerable to attack. Another downside to this magic is that he is highly vulnerable to elemental attacks other than these; poison, and most forms of alcoholic beverage; not to mention disease.
[*]Close range combat: He is vulnerable to attacks nearby.
[*]Feral state: Loss of rational thinking.
[*]Very predictable:
[*]Easy to outwit:
[*]Weakness to Mid-rank Ice/water magics
[*]Weakness to Mid-rank Fire/magma magics
[*]Weakness to Mid-rank Lightning/storm/wind magic
[*]Weakness to Mid-rank Earth/metal magic
[*]Weakness to silver
Passive Abilities/Powers:

Passive Abilities/Powers:
- Rage force:
It’s a passive effect that alters the users mind to the point of screaming like a wild animal. The user “Phoenix” often displays uncontrollable rage similar to that of a psychopath. Some would say this is the true power of the berserker. - Great strength:

Self explanatory - Great stamina:
A berserker can run for a full 24 hours, sleeping and fatigue can be ignored for up to four days. - Enhanced senses:
Their sense of hearing and sense of smell are enhanced to beyond a normal "human" degree, though still nowhere near that of a young dragon-slayers. - Enhanced metabolism:
His metabolism keeps his body at peak physical human conditioning. - Toxin resistance:
Poison, Alcohol, and most forms diseases appear to be nullified by his unique immune system, a berserker is hardly ever heard to get sick or impaired by disease. Poison, drugs, and alcohol are treated as toxins to the body, and the metabolism will attempt to rid the body or completely nullify them. +10 percent toxin resistance - Rage Aura:
While enraged he generates a dark red aura similar to fire. The aura has a deteriorative effect on grass, for instance, where he steps the grass dies in the exact shape of his foot.
