Clover Town Tavern

The door suddenly burst open violently and at the same time, the sound of howling wind, heavy rain, and raging lightning echoed in the inn. A figure drenched by the rain, wearing only a black shirt, cargo pants, and metal plated boots. Behind him was a sword almost as big as the man, the man was known to be Leonard. He also had a dimly glowing black tattoo on his right shoulder. And he was standing by the door, not entering the premises because there was a scene right in front of him.

There was a very beautiful girl in front of her whom he had assumed was making a run for it but then she was caught by the man apprehending her. Leonard had seen the man before, he was the priest he had encountered in the Neutral Zone a few months back. But now that they weren't in a magic nullifying city, Leonard could feel his dark magical force. Which came to no surprise to him why he was a priest and drinking. Further observation of the scene revealed that the girl was a thief and stole something from him, to which he needed back. It was a black leather book, something so gravely important to the priest he needed to ignore the pouch of jewels the girl hid under her cloak. Yes, Leonard saw that from behind but didn't do anything about it as he doesn't want to be noticed yet. But thinking about it, Leonard rudely coming in could have attracted attention. But thankfully in a weather like this, entrances like that are pretty normal.

The two proceeded to the bar and the girl asked about the book. Leonard listened in closely, it might be vital information. However, it just turned out to be a bible. And to his further relief, the priest was of neutral party. Leonard decided the time to make his entrance was now. Leonard drew out a sword and cut the pouch of jewels from the girl's belt. He caught it as it fell and placed it in front of the priest while saying "Hello there priest, we meet again. You forgot something." Afterwards, he turned his attention to the girl and calmly said "If you need money or to buy a drink, you can always ask instead of taking it from them." And now that he had a closer look at the two, they were both drunk and were trying to sober up. So Leonard ordered 10 glasses of juice for them to drink. He looked to the bartender with murderous eyes so he wouldn't make any objections. The bartender complied and placed the drinks in front of the two.

Leonard then sat beside the priest and said "Hm... This is the second time we have met and I still don't know your name. Will you mind telling me what it is?" Then he focused his attention to the girl and added "And who's your angelic date?"

Leonard quickly sat beside the wondrous girl with midnight hair and stunning body. "I'm Leonard Dragonbane. It is a pleasure to meet you, Ms. Terra. May I ask what you're doing in a place like this drunk? This isn't a bar mind you, it's an inn." he calmly said as he looked at her straight in the eyes. Her eyes were beautiful as if they beheld the universe. At that moment, Leonard was lost in Kayra's eyes. But he was sure to wake up when his attention was called, he wasn't that lost. However, Kayra's attention was focused on the priest. Which gave Leonard more time to look. But not in a creepy way. For when Kayra turned and her eyes were no where to be seen, Leonard just sat there and listened to the two of them, sitting on his chair and drinking his liquor that he carried around with him all the time.
