Description:
Shen's power is one that is about as one-dimensional and simple as it gets, and yet when used creatively, it holds the potential to be the strongest possible form of magic in existence. This power, formally nameless, though titled "Infinite Arcana" for the sake of convenience, is, in its basic form, a pact. A contract that has been made between the user of this power and a being that transcends existence. The "Source of All Things", as the entity refers to itself, called "Gate" by Shen, has bestowed the user with a peculiar talent: The ability to synthesize arcana. Any magic that has ever existed, exists, will exist, or simply has the potential to exist, can be created, activated, and utilized to its fullest by the wielder of Infinite Arcana as if it had been their own since birth. In essence, Shen can visualize any spell, magic, arcane power, ability, talent, etc. possible and use it at a maximum potential.
Anything can be synthesized, and there are, apart from a few guiding principles of this power, absolutely no limitations. As powerful as this ability is on a conceptual level, it must adhere to a set of enigmatic rules that seem enshrined in the very fabric of the universe, and it cannot be used to create or modify sentient life (other than its own user) or bring dead individuals back to life. Furthermore, the "Gate" always expects trade in exchange for power, in one way or another. Naturally, as one would expect, such a power does not come cheap. Lastly, as with any magic, this one is powered by both Mana and Life Force, which, for all intents and purposes, is a limited resource, meaning that Shen's ability to create is not boundless and remains tied to the physical constraints of Mana or Life Force consumption.
Shen Kadokawa uses this power as one would expect. The array of spells and abilities at his disposal is infinite, and ever since he obtained this power, Shen has experienced exponential growth. As any kind of power or ability can be dreamed up and used instantly, no single way to utilize this magic can ever be defined.

Unique Abilities:
- Null Space Incarnata: Shen's existence is a void in space, the world around him not affecting him, his body, and his magic at all. If he so wishes, he can remove any kind of scent, sound, or any other interaction of his with the real world he and anything he comes in immediate physical contact with produces. The atmosphere and drag do not apply, effectively allowing him to move at any kind of speed without the resulting friction affecting him. His absence in space allows him to ignore areas with little magical power or anti-magic areas (unless produced by a site mechanic) as all of his magical energy and life force is provided by the Source of All Things, Shen instead generating his own magical force via connection to the "Gate" ability. His spatial coordinates are fixed in place by this ability, meaning he cannot be knocked to the ground or knocked back unless he allows it. His mind cannot be intruded upon, his thoughts cannot be read, and his emotions and intentions are unreadable to an absolute. He cannot be charmed or controlled. Through his connection to the Gate, Shen recovers 5% of his total HP and MP passively every post.
- Dimensional Rend: In this universe, existence can stretch and shift across many different realities, the same often being distorted by mages of all kinds to their advantage. Shen's power, however, relies on the manipulation of fundamental causality, and via its distortion, he may transcend certain limiters. All of Shen's attacks deal "true damage", meaning that they can hit and injure intangible, spiritual, ethereal, or elemental bodies directly. He can permanently harm invulnerable entities and can permanently kill and destroy even immortal beings by overwriting reality and willing this principle into existence as an immovable law of the universe. This ability does not apply to site mechanics. Spell Damage is increased by 120%.
- Whisper of Endlessness: Shen's basic six senses as a mage function differently from those of other magic users via an ability provided by "Gate", perceiving across more than three dimensions and sensing fluctuations in cosmic causality. Shen, due to the nature of his magic, has unlocked limited abilities to see and perceive the past, present, and future, to gain information pertaining to certain individuals, events, or locations. This also grants him limited precognition which can be used in battle, essentially allowing him to see events shortly before they unfold and thus predict an opponent's move, for example (This ability cannot be used in PvP unless explicit OOC permission has been given. In order to gain any information of any sort about a player, player-owned NPC, or Event NPC, explicit OOC permission must first be obtained). His sense of smell, sight, touch, and hearing are sharpened to an absolute. Shen's eyes constitute a focal point for his arcane abilities, his sight, in particular, being so advanced that he is able to see across massively vast distances, judge the size of stationary and speed of moving objects with extreme accuracy, and in special cases, when paired with his clairvoyance, allows him to see past physical obstructions or barriers and maintain a clear visual on a target regardless. MP is increased by 120%.
- Oblivion Paradox: Causality becomes meaningless when it can be rewritten by pure will alone, and Shen exploits this fact to its fullest. Shen's abilities, bestowed upon him by the "Gate", may be focused in his eyes. Shen acts as a sort of avatar for this being and can manifest it via his eyes. As the nexus of all existence and presumed source of energy and matter, Shen can, via the ethereal connection to the Source and catalog of all things, discern and reproduce the qualities of anything in existence. Any kind of matter, energy, concept, process, or individual can be identified via a simple glance through the eyes of the Gate (Requires OOC permission to obtain any information on Players, player-owned NPCs, or Event NPCs the user may otherwise have no access to). Similarly, the Gate provides any kind of information for Shen, making it extremely easy for him to comprehend and store information, whether it is of arcane nature or otherwise. He can thus draw forth any kind of knowledge and information seemingly from nothing. Furthermore, he can exploit this fact further with his eyes acting as the Gate's anchors, he can hand over control of his body to the being at will in order to function at absolute efficiency, the Source itself possessing infinite computing powers. The user may use Requip abilities within their magics without the respective Requip being active. The MP cost for the Requip ability in question must be paid like normal. Only one Requip ability may be active through the use of this UA at any given time without the respective Requip it belongs to being active, as well. If a Requip is used when one of its abilities is already active via the use of this UA, the duration of the ability does not refresh and remains as it is. Shen also regenerates 5% of his maximum HP every post passively.
- Singularity: Shen has become the focal point of all the Gate's powers, acting as their representation, their physical incarnation in this universe. His form has become the singularity of the Source of All Things. This has changed his body, and he can no longer be considered truly human. Shen recovers from any kind of injury much faster than normal people, healing even larger wounds in minutes. He is extremely resistant to natural diseases or toxins. While this is the case, however, the most serious and severe injuries or trauma, like for any other human, still inflict permanent and irreparable damage, such as losing a limb or suffering catastrophic organ damage. Shen's blood, however, is no longer something that resembles human blood. Instead of a liquid, it appears to be in a state of semi-gaseous and semi-liquid, remaining liquid while contained in his form, though quickly evaporating into nothing once leaving his body. His blood, further, also does not possess a normal red color, instead resembling ink more than the normal red-crimson liquid, and where it would previously have been of a slightly golden color, it simply feels corrupted now (This ability has no influence on PvP Combat and the user still takes damage normally). Shen regains 5% of his total HP passively every post. Due to the young man's special blood, which constitutes a mixture of Life Force and Mana, Shen can utilize HP instead of MP to cast spells in his magics that contain the "Blood" magic type. All Rules for "Blood" type spells and magic apply, and the cost of a Blood Spell of equivalent rank must be paid when casting a spell via the use of HP instead of MP.
