Description: Ice, and time. When it comes down to it, there is no denying that time cannot be escaped, but in some rare instances ice can preserve an object, keeping it from time’s clutches. That preservation always comes at a cost, though- when the ice has melted away and objects are freed, death usually comes to the object within. In the end, even when ice preserves, nothing can escape the clutches of time. The ice Takumi controls is strong, no matter what purpose he uses it for, though it too will eventually fall victim to time and melt.
The strength of Takumi’s ice comes from the raw defensive power it possesses. While many would see ice as a terrifying weapon, Takumi prefers to use his defensively, and has developed it to a degree in which a simple ice blockade is the sheer basics of what his magic may be capable of in the future.

Frigid Touch:
Due to the nature of his magic, Takumi gives off a cold so extreme that he is capable of freezing the surfaces he touches. Once per post he may freeze any ground he is touching over with a thick layer of ice, that debuffs the movement speed of all people standing on it by 50%, including enemies, allies, and Takumi himself. This ice has a range of 30 meters and does no damage.

Description: After bringing their hands together in a dome-like shape, an ice dome forms at a speed of 45 m/s to cover everything in it’s 45m radius, protecting everything inside from harm with a Max hp of 135, and a max duration of 5 posts. The ice itself is about 0.2m thick, creating more of a shell than a solid block of ice.
