Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Post by Lehanna Seraph 5th August 2022, 11:33 am

If only the day could have been sunshine and rainbows, perhaps it would have been a lot better of a time than what she had come to wake up to this day. At first it was peace and barely any sound. Having no school for the summer was a bit of a double edged sword for this particular book worm, however she felt it would be better to take the time to try and collect herself and get control over the issues that plagued her, spend some time with Elara, and study in her free time. Her schoolmates had all traveled for the summer as rewards for their good grades, only doubling to add some level of envy to the orphaned teen. But, all in all, the choice to be an independent minor was hers. She had to in order to keep her sanity and what chance of a future she may have had left before they ultimately could have robbed her of, at the very least. They did leave unfortunate parting gifts, plaguing her dreams, shifting them into nightmares at often times out of the fears they grew on her.

In fact, tonight had become one of those trying nights of being subjected to growing phobias. It felt like an anxiety to be within smaller rooms now, which she slowly developed over time. The thought of seeing a shrink was something that grossed her mind at one point but ultimately decided against as she felt it wouldn’t solve the issue but to only worsen it and herself. Therapy doesn’t work for everyone and she always held that at the forefront of her mind. But, she also wasn’t the type to be able to hold all of her feelings in at once. She couldn’t recall how many times she felt guilty for leaning on her former foster sister and crying on her for hours. Even then… Elara stayed by her and it meant a lot to have someone to rely on. Then again, that’s why the two lived together now anyway. It seemed the best to give that girl some stability while also giving herself some. A win-win, really.

A blood curdling scream shook the red haired teen from her sleep. Having a recent attack, Lehanna had taken to a nearby alleyway, covering herself in blankets and a hooded jacket to conceal herself from others while she slept. Immediately she had thrown all items to the side and stood up. With it, her foot kicked up a metallic sounding item covered by a cloth. Moving it aside from her possessions, a sword spewing a heat that would make a cactus sweat. Making her way towards the sounds of screaming and splattering sounds, Lehanna arrived to discover a blood bath that had ensued. The kind seen in many horror films and graphic crime shows. The type nobody outside of video games, comics, and tv would ever think would happen in real life. And yet… she was seeing it. And it paralyzed her momentarily until the scream of a middle aged woman snapped her back to reality. The fire mage stormed over as fast as she could to intercept what she would hope to be the next strike of a victim, or make herself one in the process if she believed it could save someone.

The stench of death was enough to make all but the stoutest of people feel queasy and it was stemming directly from the centre of this foul place. She had heard that Morgate Town was little more than a wasteland but much to her surprise, the dark mage had encountered many people here. Mostly those with nowhere to go, the desperate and poor, the lowest of the low. They had flocked to her in droves, begging her for food and money, assuming that she was well off due to her extravagant armour. Yet, they had made the greatest of errors in terms of judgement and Kalama, already in a foul mood, had instantly reacted in the way that she always did these days. Her hand had slipped to her lightsaber and hell soon followed.

It had only been a week or so since her battle with Victoria and Kalama had spent the majority of that time healing. She had pushed herself beyond the brink, overusing her more dangerous abilities and the result had been unpleasant to say the least. She had been pulled into the void of depression and at least three days had been spent with her just staring blankly at the walls of her home. Such was the risk of using the powers of the Force in aggressive ways and she had certainly paid the price. The misery had eventually passed but what it had left behind was anger and rage once more. To have been forced to a draw with a legal mage had enraged her beyond belief and what was worse? She could have won if her damned body had not given out on her. That brunette bitch had been there for the taking and yet victory had been stolen from her due to her own weakness.

There was no chance that the people who dwelled in Morgate Town could defend against her onslaught and her lightsaber easily cut them to pieces, her form almost dancing from target to target as she butchered them. It was all so simple and Kalama’s bloodlust was hardly satiated by killing such people, yet they had pissed her off and were deserving of what they were getting from her. She spared no one and the area around her was soon covered with the bodies of those she slew. Men, women and children, it mattered not to the dark warrior and all that mattered to her at that moment was to continue her dance of death, allowing her emotions to take full control of her, the Force amplifying her every strike.

Her mind was consumed with wrath, yellow eyes blazing with hatred but to her surprise, her blade was suddenly intercepted by that of another which caused the blonde woman to blink.

She had been blocked by a young redheaded woman, if a woman was even the right word, the figure looking more like a schoolgirl than a warrior. Almost insulted by the notion, she would push back the girl’s blade hard and launch a barrage of Force fuelled saber strikes towards her, attempting to swarm her from the start. There were no words from her, the lightsaber in her hand doing the talking for her. There would be no mercy for anyone who interfered in her business, no matter who they were. This girl had made the biggest mistake of her young life.

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Post by Lehanna Seraph 5th August 2022, 1:03 pm

What necessity drove this woman to do what she did? Why would someone just suddenly decide to slaughter innocent people? Folks that couldn’t do much but scrounge for their next meal or a place to sleep? Most forced into poverty stricken single “homes” or just using cardboard boxes and plastic covers to make a makeshift tent. People were adaptable and to live like this, you had to be. Needing to do so herself for a short time running away from homes taught her that. It didn’t mean much since she could fund herself in different ways then normal people, but in the long run, she lived this life before and it struck a nerve to see someone trying to solely ruin an entire populace over whatever may be stuck up their rear end.

”What do you think you’re do-!?” Suddenly cut off from her question, the strange, armored woman had pushed a fear of strength Lehanna had never encountered before and threw her back slightly, almost pushing her own sword into her body. In the midst of recovering from that, a pelting barrage of strikes from her weapon began to assault every portion of her body it could make contact with. Trying in a fit of panic, a wave of fire erupted from the sword the red haired girl wielded, attempting to stop the attack from continuing until it would eventually claim her life. Unfortunately, the wave of fire missed and struck the ground next to the two, created a nearly molten, but small in size crater where the impact hit.

Should this woman stop at all, she would raise her sword back up, trembling from the pain of the swarmed attack just before. ”Answer me, darn it!” She demanded, glaring while her magic could easily be felt sporadically shifting in waves, unable to remain fluid and focused. She was out of combat practice, but even this felt different for her. As if her own magical abilities were starting to fade before her opponent.

Post by Guest 5th August 2022, 1:50 pm

The flames were unexpected and Kalama did well to avoid being caught by them. Clearly, this red headed girl was a mage and after spending a moment trying to read her magic aura, Kalama realised that she was a fairly strong one, not a novice anyway. Yet, that being said, the child had struggled to hold her off and seemed almost rusty with her swordplay diminished as a result of it. The girl did not seem confident in her own strength and she reeked of weakness, enough to easily irritate Kalama further. This brat had dared to interfere with her plans and yet she was not even prepared for combat? What a pathetic choice to make and one that the blonde was more than happy to make the little fool regret. At almost six foot, it was easy for the dark warrior to enforce her physical dominance upon the teenager and her own magical aura would give off that same vibe. Kalama was by no means a standard mage in terms of power and more than once had she been able to paralyse a person just with her aura alone. Unlike the girl’s, Kalama’s would be under her complete control, something that had not always been the case.

“What do you think you are doing by interrupting my sport?” The blonde replied, countering the girl’s unfinished question with one of her own, briefly pausing her assault. “You can barely hold that sword properly and yet you think it is wise to defend these fools? Not only that but your magical aura is not fixed properly, it grows and weakens constantly, a sign of your unpreparedness. You should have ran when you had the chance.”

She took a closer look at the girl at that point, noting the overall appearance and attitude of the brat. Despite her failing powers, she did appear to have some spirit and Kalama might have smiled if she was not overwhelmed by other, far more intense emotions. The amber eyes of the warrior flashed with wrath as she stared a hole right through the sword wielder before her. “Perhaps you should spend a little more time on the training ground, as well as the classroom, before you face someone such as myself in battle. You are not ready and now you will suffer for making that error.”

Pointing her left hand towards the girl, Kalama would release a purple tendril of Force energy that would dart quickly towards the redhead. The warrior had no intention of going easy and if the girl was hit by the spell then she would feel the emotion of fear start to build up. She would start to relive the darker moments of her life, have her nightmares leap to the surface and be seen as though they were real and in the present. The child before her would be little more than a trembling mess by the time Kalama was done with her

“I will make you feel as weak and useless as those I have cut down.” Her tone was completely lacking in anything other than anger.

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Post by Lehanna Seraph 5th August 2022, 2:44 pm

Controlling herself had been a large issue than Lehanna had ever anticipated it to have been. While she spent her time nose deep in books preparing to finish school, she neglected to use extra free time to keep herself updated and in shape of her training. Despite Elara trying to get her out and train, little more than jogging once every other day, it seemed as though she chose her devices and now it was coming back to haunt her. Her breathing wasn’t fully labored, but it was starting to get there as the feeling of control over her own magic aura was flickering out of control for her own grasp. It had even begun to get to a point in which even keeping still was not a plausible option with her hands and even knees trembling, but not out of fear.

There was no chance to mentally try and calm and collect herself as the blonde murderer spoke up finally. Her first few words started a fire in her belly. ”SPORT!?” She replied, growling in frustration and seething anger now. ”These are not some moving objects to treat as a game! They’re people! How dare you treat them as anything else!” At this point her already out of control magic had begun to sputter more and it quickly became obvious how outmatched she was. Even then, she glared directly into those amber eyes and didn’t fault once in taking her eyes away, as though she were trying to prove something.

Perhaps she was, but this was not the fight to do so…

After a second of intense mutual glaring, the teen realized the raised hand far too late to think of outcomes before some strange purple object had flung its way towards her. Whacked hard with whatever ability it was that this woman possessed, her sight began to fade. The woman before her was vanishing as was everything else. The air around her felt tighter and smaller. It was shrinking and doing so fast. ”Wh-What’s-? N-No, no! L-Let me out!” The realization began to fall on her that all she could see were dark, enclosing walls. Pressing closer inch by inch. Her breathing began to speed up, soon turning to shuddering whines. It followed by a screaming plead until her mind seemed to shut off.

Her sword was the first to hit the ground. Then, to her knees, and lastly collapsing onto the ground. Several tears shed down her cheek from the frightful feeling as her mind felt trapped, now reliving the torturous feeling of her body ripping apart bit-by-bit as Prada had done to her. Her voice locked up, her body had shut down and she only laid there, unable to move or say anything but to be trapped within her own mind, suffering the delusions forced upon her.

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Post by Guest 6th August 2022, 5:19 am

A look of disdain on her face, Kalama would simply watch as the girl fell victim to her rather cruel spell. The warrior could not see what the redhead did but judging from her desperate plea, it sounded as though it had something to do with an enclosed space, perhaps a prison of some sort? It appeared that the brat had a fear of such things and that was a piece of information that the blonde would most definitely exploit. She was irritated beyond belief that her slaughter had been interrupted by such a hopeless mage, one who could not even withstand her weakest attacks. The kid could not even exchange blade strikes without appearing to be tired and clearly not fit to satiate the blonde’s immense desire for blood.

Without a trace of gentleness, Kalama would roughly roll the girl onto her back with her foot in order to get a look at her face, as well as discover just how effective her spell had been. A direct hit apparently, given the state of the red head’s expression. Tears were starting to flow down her young cheeks and that was enough to satisfy Kalama’s curiosity. Her spell had torn through the girl’s mental defences as easily as the dark mage had battered through her physical ones. The girl was lost in her own mind, a sensation that Kalama had experienced herself many times in the past although those had been mostly before her turn to the darker side of the magical spectrum. She had been weak back then, afraid of her own shadow, unable to even speak to another without becoming crippled by anxiety. Just thinking back to those days made her feel violently sick so she focused entirely on the now, with no time for what had occurred prior.

Kneeling down, Kalama would briefly check the girl’s pulse, checking to see that she was actually just captured by her nightmares and not actually have been frightened to death. It might have sounded ridiculous but the Force was a powerful servant and capable of many things. As it was, the brat was alive and the blonde warrior briefly pondered over whether she should just finish her off now, leaving her body for the crows like all the others surrounding her. In the end though, she decided against that, desiring to see the annoying little pest suffer for the awful choice she had made by butting into her business.

As she watched, the warrior’s hand would start to give off a black coloured glow, resulting in an eyebrow raise from Kalama. What was this supposed to be? A sign from the Force? An effect of her curse? Both were possible and she went with her gut as to her next course of action. She would place her hand on the girl’s head and unleash her powers, trying to drain the girl of her fading powers. The girl’s flames from before had not been typical flames and Kalama mused that they may have been twisted and if so, they were tailor made for the armour wearing Force wielder.

The girl had no escape from her torment. She either suffered from Kalama’s Force Fear or awoke to find her magic being torn from her. Either would be as horrifying as the other and there was not the slightest hint of sympathy or mercy in the dark mage’s eyes.

There was no mercy. A line from her new personal credo.

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Post by Lehanna Seraph 6th August 2022, 1:01 pm

The nightmares continued on more and more. It seemed like a constant loop of reinforcement after reinforcement of her inability to protect herself more than it was others. Perhaps she was able to protect others, but in the end there was the realization that she couldn’t protect herself. She hid herself into books and research so much that she didn’t much care for a world she truly didn’t seek out to begin with. Her priorities were never for the violence that was the world of magic and even the magic she had wasn’t one that she ever thought she would need or use. And as much as she fought to try and get herself free from this nightmare of culminating and fusing nightmares, Lehanna found herself unable to move, to speak, but to only be able to feel, relive, and endure the suffering she tried so hard to put behind her.

As the stranger towered over her unconscious body continued to watch, she would see in altering variations that her body would twitch and shiver, nearly vibrating while each one of her fingers, joints, organ, and so on felt a burning sensation like she never believed she would relive. But each second spent trapped in her own mind had felt like her body was succumbing to the pain once again, tricking her nerves into sending unnecessary signals as though to illicit the response it didn’t need to send.

Suddenly her eyes could make something out in the pitch black of the box in which she found herself trapped within. A hand reached forward and grabbed hold of her throat. It began squeeze the life out of her, little-by-little it was getting harder to breathe. Her body wouldn’t move, the room around her —or what was left of the room grew colder and colder. The warmth that her slayer magic had provided her was beginning to become extinguished and yet, her mind was trying to reason a logical explanation. As the fire mage tried to fight back, she could only feel that grip tightening more and more, taking her life with it. In reality, the hand was merely pressed against her head, but her mind felt it differently. As if trying to send her the signal to awaken. And yet, her body would not comply. It was sunk too heavily into the fearful state forced upon her by this blonde woman.

A calm gust of wind shot through the room. The hand claiming to take her life from her nightmares pulled away, slowly fading into the abyss of darkness around her. The pain too quickly subsided and with it, the red haired teen found herself able to sit up, only to see the dark room much larger than before. Her perspective shifted now that she wasn’t able to move, but still the impending thought of it growing smaller was still heavily in her mind. Not until finally she found herself laying on the ground in the streets, seeing the woman with some black like aura around her hand as it still pressed to her head.

Why was it suddenly so hot outside? What was this strange aura she had to her. But her speech was still frozen. All she could do was stare in both shock and confusion as to what was going on.

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Post by Guest 6th August 2022, 2:03 pm

Something was most definitely happening. Kalama could feel the draining occurring but it was unusual and felt rather different than normal. Generally, it would only be the energy and stamina of the target that she would take but through some quirk of fate, it appeared as though it was indeed the child’s magic that she was stealing here. The blonde warrior could feel the heat that had once burned strongly within the girl now reside inside herself, much to the wrathful mage’s bemusement. This was an entirely new use of her dark powers and opened up a window of possibilities that Kalama had not considered before. Just what were the full capabilities of the curse that she had melded with? These were questions that demanded answers but she knew not who to ask about such things. She had not discovered just who it was that had cursed her in the first place and without that information, the warrior was rather short on options. Her only option would be to hunt the man or woman down and force the answers out of them, which she was certainly more than willing to do. A task for another time, however.

Her left hand remaining on the girl’s forehead, Kalama would turn her gaze towards her victim, amber eyes once more attempting to intimidate the redheaded girl. It would appear that she had now awoken from the nightmare that the warrior had placed her under but all that would do was thrust the teenager into another, a waking one. The blonde greedily continued to absorb the powers of the child, uncaring as to the damage that she might do to her. This was all simply punishment for the girl’s stubbornness and insistence on playing the hero. It would be her undoing and after Kalama deactivated her saber, placing it back on her belt, she would lean over the girl, her face inches from the young woman’s.

“You can feel it, yes? Your magic is slowly being taken away by the curse that I am inflicted with. I do not know the how of it but what I do know is that from the moment I started to drain your essence, I felt a sensation that I never have before. There is something about your flames that calls to my curse, a sense of familiarity that I do not fully understand. Yet, it feels fantastic and I am going to take every last ember of flame that resides within you. By the time I am through, you will never be able to use your powers of fire again and there is nothing that you can do about it other than to lay there and watch.” Every word she spoke was filled with venom, her tone only becoming more acidic over time. “Be this a lesson to you about when and when not to interfere in someone else’s business. I would cut you down but I think that this will be a far more effective method. You are going to suffer greatly and by the time I am done, you will shiver at the mere thought of me.”

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Post by Lehanna Seraph 8th August 2022, 9:32 am

It didn’t take much longer after Lehanna had awoken to realize why she felt her body changing. The warmth of the flames and wrath she once felt was slowly drifting away and it didn’t seem to make much sense of how this could happen until it seemed the blonde woman looking over her explained what was happening. It seemed she was some sort of cursed monster from which had make some odd connection to her slayer magic and began to absorb it for herself. Her body struggled to move as it still felt as though it went through non stop, agonizing exercising, but her adrenaline was beginning to pump.. and quick. Her eyes shared the silent look of fear from which she felt over what was happening, but she couldn’t make words to contest her actions.

Part of her wondered if she should stop her at all. She didn’t want magic to begin with… so what if she just allowed her to take it and she could go back to a normal life? The bigger problem would be if this woman would even let her. She intended to make her suffer and it seemed as though there wasn’t any getting out of the situation. In fact, if the red head even tried, perhaps it might make the situation worse and begin to hurt her in the long run. But her taunting of sapping away her magic was beginning to make her mind race. A part of her wanted it gone and didn’t care to fight. In fact, it was almost wanting to thank this woman for allowing her to be free from this life. But… she also had to consider the other end. The part of her that was pushing her body to react to this magic sapping ability going on.

The entire time she felt her body being drained of her slayer abilities, her hand was reaching out. Slowly but surely moving little-by-little until she grabbed the hilt of her sword. Apparently this vile being never bothered to kick the weapon aside. Be it out of mental assurance her fear and magic abilities would keep her from moving or just the fear would keep her complacent. The panic in her mind had made her react the moment the fire mage grabbed hold her weapon in the most effect manner. Lehanna swung the weapon around and swinging at the hand over her head. Her attempt was to do whatever she could to get her off and she had made some kind of contact with the arm as the sound of metal colliding had assured her that much.

Unfortunately, Kalama did not lose her arm in the attack, but as she would most likely reel back from the burn on her arm and surrounding armor heated up nearly enough to be turned a bright orange, the teen scrambled back and away until she could get to a wall and stand up while using the wall like a crutch. Was her slayer abilities gone? It most likely seemed to be, but she managed to stop her in time that some magic still resided enough to use what abilities her sword had. Maybe that would be enough to last until she could escape.

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Post by Guest 8th August 2022, 12:40 pm

The blonde warrior has been so obsessed with draining the girl’s power that she did not even register the attack from the redhead until it struck her arm. The pain was unpleasant to say the least and Kalama growled with anger as her arm guards briefly caught alight and broke her concentration. Irritated, she briefly turned her gaze to her arm, scowling at the state of her charred armour. The blow had not been an overly powerful one and fortunately, she had not lost her arm but still, the blonde warrior was frustrated with herself for having let her guard down so easily. The redhead clearly had more spirit than she had thought and that was a mistake that Kalama would not make twice. The brat was already in severe trouble but that would only increase in severity now. The child had made another error, an even greater one by daring to strike at her again.

Standing up, she would briefly rotate her wounded arm to test its functionality, before drawing her lightsaber once more and pressing the button on the weapon. The crimson blade shot out from the end once more, ready to be used against the foolish child. The weapon looked ominous enough but the humming sound that accompanied it was even worse. A weapon made to cleave limbs clean off although that did take a rather potent amount of physical strength in order to do such a thing. Chopping off limbs though was not what she was going to do with this girl.

The redhead had backed up, giving herself some space, holding her flaming sword. She did not look overly confident and Kalama knew that her magic reserves were almost completely spent. The blonde had drained so much of the girl’s power and she could feel it inside herself. An unusual sensation for sure and one that she was not entirely accustomed to. She did not feel any flames within her, nor the spark of the girl’s magic, so just what was going on? What was her curse actually doing with this stolen magical power? There were so many questions, yet no answers.

“I am surprised that you are able to stand, let alone almost cut my arm off.” The blonde haired warrior grumbled, her tone as grim as ever, eyes baring into those of her opponents. “I suppose you are just a glutton for punishment and fortunately for you, I am more than happy to oblige. You will regret not just accepting the inevitable when you had the chance.”

Yet rather than move in with her blade, Kalama would access another ability of her. Raising a hand in the girl’s direction, she would take a moment to summon her hatred, before firing a powerful burst of lightning that would travel quickly towards the redhead. The child could dodge or deflect it with her blade if she was fast enough but if not, she was in for a painful time. Its effectiveness depended on the rage of the wielder and Kalama felt no shortage of that right now.

Surprised by the very fact that her strike took to the woman’s arm had surprised the young mage. Of course, not being at anywhere Bast full potential meant she was surely unable to make a decent strike to cause serious damage to her, but sure enough she was able to get her away from before it was fully over with. That was the thankful part at least. And whether she felt she wanted that seemed to be out the window currently. All logic at this rate was following suit on that front. Lehanna acted on what she believed was akin to a flight or fight, and since she couldn’t depart from this situation, her only choice remaining showered her with the result that frankly she had no idea would come true. If anything, she believed that strike would have ended horribly wrong in her favor. But now, the momentum was beginning to build and her adrenaline was climbing greatly.

Admittedly, a smirk formed on her face from the blondes comment. She hadn’t really expected a light compliment of sorts from the woman and realistically, it felt good. To know even some sociopathic magic stealing creep could still give honest reviews was good to know. ”They say adrenaline is one heck of a drug.” She replied to her first comment, seeming to shrug it off as mainly being the reason she still stood up right now in the first place. The look in the blonde woman’s eyes sewn her a tale of the anger and hatred that brewed in her over all that was happening from this. Apparently delaying her “sport” was making her quite a bit angrier and frankly, Lehanna couldn’t be any more happier knowing she could help save even a few people if it meant her death in the long run of this encounter.

”A glutton for punishment, huh? It sounds like someone didn’t get enough love as a child speaking like that to others. Magic or not, I will still stop you!” She knew she was lying. So why bother? Just to try and make herself more committed? Her hands began to shake once more and before she knew it, the heat from her sword began to flourish. The mix of adrenaline, her smartass attitude, and willingness to put her life on the line was beginning to build her mind and confidence up. Then came the blonde woman’s next move. Instead of a tentacle like object, this time a bolt of lightning it seemed to be shot itself from her hand.

The red haired teen tipped her blade to one side, as though opening herself to the strike when the sword erupted itself in flames. The teenage fire mage swung her weapon and made direct contact with the bolt and seemingly matching its strength with her own. ”Try HARDER!” She yelled out, booming with continuing momentum before a serpent like line of fire burst forward at a nearly similar range of speed from which her opponents lightning had. At the helm of the line, a shape like a snake had opened what looked to be a mouth in an attempt to swallow its prey while with flames.

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Post by Guest 9th August 2022, 5:44 am

There was another flash of irritation in the amber gaze of the warrior as the mouthy brat insulted her childhood although she did not respond in kind. Her backstory was not one that she had any intention in blurting out to this child but Kalama assumed that the girl had an unpleasant upbringing herself. It was a logical conclusion to come to and perhaps once she had beaten the punk, she would drag the answers out of the redhead. There was a fire to the kid and not the magical kind, it was a fire of the spirit and even the blonde had to begrudgingly acknowledge that she had guts. Would that make any difference to the fight’s outcome? No but maybe it would allow the blonde to take some enjoyment out of putting out said fire. The kid was intriguing and Kalama was curious about what made her tick but again, that could wait until she had been handled. If the child had a tendency to let her anger get the best of her then perhaps there was another use for her, other than just another outlet for Kalama’s anger.

The spunky kid was able to defend herself from Kalama’s attack with her blade and Kalama raised an eyebrow as she suddenly shouted at her to try harder. It appeared that the girl truly did have a temper and the blonde mused that perhaps it would amplify the girl’s remaining strength? The question was tossed aside as the girl countered with a flaming attack, one that went through her lightning and resulted in a snakelike creation of flame to come tearing towards her. It felt like a potent spell and Kalama raised her lightsaber to meet it, resulting in a powerful clash that sent flames all over the place. At first, there was a stalemate but the blonde suddenly felt herself being pushed back and ended up travelling quite some distance, before being able to slam her opponent's spell into the ground, putting it out. She had clearly underestimated her opponent and after her fight with Victoria, the blonde had learned all too well about the damage that could do.

Her armour was a little scorched from the attack, showing that her enemies’s attack had not been a wasted effort and Kalama’s scowl only deepened, allowing her own anger to enhance her own powers. The Force was a potent slave and the blonde long ago that her magic was indeed one that could be greatly strengthened by more animalistic emotions. At first, it had been fear that had introduced her to this magic but overtime and as she had hardened, that fear had turned to anger and hatred. Anger and hatred that seemed to be never ending, directed at anyone and everyone whom she encountered. She was just a wandering barbarian now, slaughtering all those that got in her way, lost to her own emotions.

Sticking with her lightning abilities for the time being, Kalama would raise a hand to the sky and fire a bolt, which after a short period would explode into smaller bolts, raining down on the girl’s vicinity, attempting to paralyse her and anyone else who was in range. None of her spells were discriminate and collateral damage was always possible which suited the blonde just fine. Once the spell was cast, she would use her impressive speed to try and close the gap between them again, knowing that she had the advantage up close.

“You do not want me to try harder.”

    That was all she said.

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Post by Lehanna Seraph 15th August 2022, 12:48 pm

The red haired teen was surprised by both how much power she actually had within her and how much more it seemed this woman was than her attacks. She was out of options at this point. Nothing could help her magic wise, her abilities were basically smacked aside with little to no effort on her opponents side. But… what should she do then? By now, nobody resided anywhere near the two of them. By now people evacuated probably as close to the towns edge as they thought to be and knowing that out her a bit at peace with the idea of this being the last place for her to live. The torture fueled nightmares put before her had made Lehanna realize that she didn’t have anything to look toward in life anymore. At least… the byproduct had her mind fixated on it. No matter how hard she tried to see a positive in it, she couldn’t push past her horrific encounters in the past.

Returned to a state of exhaustion didn’t take much longer as the adrenaline began to sour. Dying down little by little brought everything to a heavier weight than before. Her sword shook and lowered. Her legs trembled, ready to give out. Focusing even was harder for her than before. Gritting her teeth, this woman seemed to have not broken much of a sweat as she readied for another attack. Aiming it toward the sky, Lehanna took her eyes off her opponent for a second as the lightning began to plummet to the earth. Her body moved before her mind could process and barely she managed to dodge the heap of a bolt. Striking her legs, a loud piercing scream left the teens mouth as she crashed to the ground, her sword slipping from her grasp and sliding across the alley. Face laying in the dirt, she felt as low down as she had been. Legs frozen from the Lightning’s paralysis, the red headed girl just laid there, waiting for it to end. At least, she hoped it would instead of her trying to look her in the eyes before slaughtering her.

Her lightning attack had been successful and Kalama took the briefest amount of satisfaction from that. The girl was lying flat on her face, seemingly paralysed by the blonde’s powerful attack and judging by the scream that had escaped the redhead teenager, in considerable pain. Good. She deserved it for having the audacity to stand in Kalama’s path and the dark warrior was in no mood to be merciful with the child. Yet, be that as it may, she was curious as to what had occurred during those moments previously. Why had she so easily been able to steal this girl’s magic? Why had her curse reacted so strongly? The Force was powerful but it could not steal the magic of another so what had truly happened and why? If her curse was capable of such a thing then why had it never done so previously? Was it to do with the girl’s apparently twisted magic? The more time passed, the more questions that started to flood the warrior’s mind

With her opponent unable to move, the blonde would approach, before pulling her up by her clothing and slamming up against the closest wall with one arm. The girl was hardly a heavyweight and it was mere child’s play for the warrior to do such a thing with her Force powered strength. Her eyes would bear into those of the brat’s once again, her lightsaber still humming ominously in her free hand. The wrong word would more than likely lead to the blade ending the life of the kid and that malicious intent was written all over both Kalama’s face and her powerful magical aura, filled with menace.

“Your magic. The one that I have taken. I can feel it writhing inside me, a darkness that is a perfect match for my curse. What is this magic that I have stolen and how did you come to learn such a style? I do not want any lies or deception, I want the truth and only the truth. If I detect even the slightest hint of deceit then…” she brought her blade up so that it was inches from the girl’s throat, “Your life will most definitely end. Here and now.”

As she held the girl, her magic senses would start scanning the redhead, attempting to ascertain as to whether her powers had entirely been drained. Kalama could not detect anything at all but she knew that some were able to hide such things using their abilities and she was not going to be caught off guard by the brat a second time. The blonde had been arrogant in leaving herself so open previously and she was annoyed with herself for having been struck by the little punk. That annoyance only increased her dislike for the brat and the temptation to just kill her was still rather strong. For the moment though, she would control herself and allow her curiosity to override her base instincts. How long would that last? How long was a piece of string?

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Post by Lehanna Seraph 17th August 2022, 10:00 am

As she laid in the dirt and grime of the alley, there was a moment where a chord of fear struck. There wasn’t much of a strong pull of that specific one, however she had found it to be a little bit of a nuisance to have considering how willing to give her life for some strangers. So why did she have this strange feeling of needing to live? Whatever innate sensation that was driving her to react to the assault of this woman, it seemed so delayed in reacting enough to have her use the abilities of her sword rather than trying to use the weapon itself. So why was she suddenly finding the need to fight back? Not that it would make a difference given that her body was albeit fully paralyzed due to this woman’s magic and her mind left to race at the thoughts of her own imagination and thoughts for the time being.

That was however until she felt her body lifted off of the ground. The lack of labor on her being pulled up by her clothes wasn’t much of a problem to her as it was who pulled her up from the ground. For a split moment, Lehanna hoped it had been someone here to save her… until she met the cold gaze of her aggressor. ”Well? Aren’t you going to just end it!? Or are you just too much of a coward to look me in the face and attack someone! You have to make them unable to face you in any regard so they what? Crawl on their knees and beg to be spared?” She yelled angrily, giving a glare to the still silent woman. She wanted to know why she was doing what she did. What purpose it served her to just blindly go murdering innocent people. Just this act alone was a vitally important thing she demanded to know before she died… at least she hoped she would get that answer before then.

But it didn’t seem to take much longer before Lehanna heard the woman speak up. Asking about her magic and why it seemed hers was able to suck it from her body like a mosquito feeding itself. It seemed even she wasn’t so confident or aware of the ability she had in taking magic from another and feeding herself with it. ”It’s- …It WAS God Slayer magic. And how I got it seems rather lack luster in ways, but originally it was read from an old book, but tutored by an old foster parent of mine… until he was killed.” She had no reason to lie about this. It’s not like she could give any more information than that. In fact, she seemed oddly cold about the fact her murdered foster parent had made an exit like such. Frankly, she grieved his death, yes. But she couldn’t be held back by that or everything he did for her would have gone to waste. Instead, his death sparked what little interest in magic he gave to her and molded it.

However that pot had since been shattered by one reckless, rotten woman who held her at weapons edge.

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Post by Guest 17th August 2022, 12:22 pm

The girl’s attitude still seemed to be as prickly as ever and Kalama was incredibly tempted to choke the life out of her but she reigned in that desire for the time being. The blonde warrior did not even bother responding to the child’s questions, not giving the slightest damn about what she might want to know. It was the warrior’s curiosity that was to be satiated first and perhaps then she would give an answer to the brat’s queries, if she still lived. Kalama had not come to a decision yet regarding the brat’s fate. A part of her did want to run her through like everyone else who had come across her but there was something about this girl. Perhaps there was another path that the amber eyed woman could set this girl upon, one that would more than likely be far worse than death.

Eventually, Kalama got the answer to her own question and it was one that the blonde did not think to be a lie. There was enough sincerity in the girl’s voice and the story was so simple that it was doubtful that it was an attempt at deception. She would admit to being slightly surprised though as she had heard that slayer magics were generally gained by learning from the creature itself. Then again, her knowledge was somewhat lacking. She hardly cared about the magics of others unless it was in her interest to know and Kalama was no bookworm. “God Slayer…A mage who uses a twisted and corrupted form of their element if I recall correctly. That would certainly explain what I feel. The powers of a God…flowing through my veins. Such a strange sensation. I confess that I thought that such magic would be gained through battling such a being rather than a mouldy old book and an even older fossil.” Her tone was anything but sympathetic and she had no hesitation at all about trampling over the girl’s feelings towards her old teacher.

As she spoke, Kalama felt another tingle down the arm that was still gripping onto the girl. It was as if the curse was still speaking to her or perhaps the Force. She had come to trust the latter although the former was a far more dangerous prospect. Yet, she could not help but wonder if maybe this encounter had another purpose, one that was more than just her slaughtering this child. She was becoming more intrigued as time passed.

Gripping the girl tighter, Kalama would pull the girl in a little closer, her blade only an inch from the redhead’s throat at this point. “You know what? I am not going to kill you after all. Not yet. My curse and magic are both trying to tell me something. I think what I will do instead is drag you off with me and see what you are truly made of. What better way to punish you then by making you suffer as I have suffered. I think my curse wants another host, someone else that it can twist and turn until they are nothing more than a monster. Figuring out how to do such a thing will take time and unfortunately for you, I have plenty of it, as well as all the desire I need to put you through it. Your life will never be the same again, Brat.”

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Post by Lehanna Seraph 17th August 2022, 1:08 pm

The teen began to chuckle at her aggressors comment. The thought that she had assumed she had the power of a god had made her laugh a bit. Admittedly, more than she thought. Enough so that among the smirk on her face, she had begun to laugh a little more audibly. Even more then she thought she would or did. ”You’re rather dense. Must be that old stereotype of blondes being as dim-witted as a burnt out lightbulb.” She started, making a mocking comment despite the precarious and dangerous position she was in. ”That doesn’t give you the power of gods. The slayer magic is known for SLAYING them. It uses corrupted and dark iterations that counter the holy and divine aspects of heavenly bodies… in other words, whatever it is that you have that took it in is closely related to that of the origins of a god slayer.” Couldn’t… really help herself but assert a bit of knowledge superiority in that case. May not have a positive fix to her lifespan either, but at this rate she cared little of it.

That confident and coy smirk quickly faded when she felt the grip on her tighten and pull her close to the woman, feeling and hating the reverberations of her weapon enough to almost completely feel it against her throat. Her eyes dared not to leave the gaze of the older woman while she seemed to come to some form of conclusion of what would be happening. The sound of being cursed began to race into her mind, unable to pinpoint the familiarity in being told about such a thing, but it became clear this woman was going to take her and try to make her into whatever it was that made her. To erase her old existence and be forced into that of a new life, clinging to this woman as though she were dragged along like a pet on a leash.

There was a feared look in her eyes. Choked up and frozen in thought of retaliating against her until the reality set in that it owo lent be long before Lehanna was going to be yanked away from the few in her reality cared about her and would undoubtedly scorch the earth to find the red haired teen. And that would only be Elara… frankly what Kita might do would be probably much more terrifying in her eyes. ”Y-Your curse? I will NOT become anything like you no matter what you seem to put me through! I will be looked for if I go missing and frankly I wouldn’t be surprised if that already began! So i would suggest you reconsider that sick idea of yours before you come to regret not killing me here and now, you-!” So caught up in the moment of anger she had blanked on what to call her as an insult. She still tried her hardest to keep profanity from her lips, occasionally unable to help herself. But now it just seemed harder not to snap as such.

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Post by Guest 17th August 2022, 2:18 pm

This child just continued to give Kalama more reasons to choke the life out of her and the smart ass comment about slayers was just the latest. How the brat could even still act so confidently was both irritating and somewhat admirable although the blonde was most definitely not going to compliment her for it. She would regret her attitude in the long days to come and by the time the warrior was done, this little punk would not even think of speaking to her in such a way. No, the dark mage meant every word she said and this child would regret everything that had taken place between them this day. Kalama did not even know why this punk had taken to sleeping in such a dump anyway. Surely she had somewhere else to be? A shitty guild or something like that? If she was a member of one then that could no doubt cause trouble for the blonde but she cared not. Kalama had already attacked the hometown of Sabertooth, what did it matter if she made an enemy of another?

Her words about corrupting the child had been more effective though and Kalama knew that she had her at that point. It was then that the kid spoke about her allies who would end up looking for her, almost as if she had read the warrior’s mind. She was somewhat sceptical about just how much her so-called friends would care, seeing as they had allowed her to sleep in this dump of a town.

“Why are you not with them now then? Why are you staying in alleyways instead of with them? This is hardly a tourist attraction and only the true scum of the Earth call this place home. If they are ready and able to come to your aid, why are they not here to save you from the squalor you surround yourself in? There is no one coming to protect you and no one can. They will be struck down like everyone else.”

“I do not know what my curse will do to you but that is the fun part. When my village was struck by it, the vast majority of us simply turned into mindless beasts. Only two of us retained some kind of humanity although both of us were scarred in different ways. It will be a dangerous process and I promise you that there will be times where you will beg for me to finish you off but I am not going to do that. I will sit and watch you as it takes hold and you will either master it or become like the rest of my village. An animal. You are going to become my little apprentice of darkness and there is not a single fucking thing that you can do about it. I did not have a choice about whether I was to be cursed or not and neither do you now. It is not something we ask for, it is something that is forced upon us.”

She then leaned in close and hissed. “Your friends might not even recognise you by the time this is all over.”

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Post by Lehanna Seraph 18th August 2022, 12:45 pm

Was she trying to make her lose hope before anything began? Surely she would get under anyone else’s skin if what she was saying was true or not. Perhaps she was doing this as a test of softy’s in order to get some kind of reaction from her. It was a logical assumption and frankly Lehanna would have taken the bait if it weren’t for the fact that this was not the case. A sigh left the red headed teens mouth, shaking her head. ”Let me fill you in here, lady.” She started, unable to help herself but chuckle. ”My guild is used to me being away for some times. Anywhere from a couple days to a good week or two. Doing missions may be longer than that. So I am free to do school work, projects, and the like without being confined to the location of the guild hall… which quite frankly is a chore all it’s own. If I’m being honest here… the life of magic isn’t something I’ve been headstrong about. But I’ll be damned if you think you can mentally bully me into believing they wouldn’t think about looking for me. I have fail safes in place. Just because I’m an independent minor doesn’t mean I don’t take steps to ensure my own safety for the sake of others.”

Her air of confidence and sense of pride in the little actions she’d taken what felt like so long ago now had boiled down to a look of curiosity, fascination, and sinking feeling as the story of this curse she was being threatened with had been told to her. She picked apart the story in her mind to the best of her ability and something about it made her consider several possibilities, however she never really acted on them for the time being as she had a game plan that she was going to be placing a high risk bet saying if the time came, but what made her withhold that was the way this was described. It felt to the fire mage as though she had been saying it through the eyes of someone who witnessed it. Perhaps whatever curse this was affected everyone differently. And if so, she should have a perfect chance in order to overcome it and then use it against her. But when she referred to her as some kind of apprentice of darkness, it struck a cold nerve in her. ”I’ll do no such thing! Apprentices are known to learning and most cases living with their teachers. And I have no plans to stay anywhere near you until you die.” She replied, just before she leaned in close to utter one last notable bit of information.

That triggered Lehanna to begin panicking. Her eyes widened some and her body— still under the effect of the paralysis, was unable to help try and escape her clutches. ”W-What are you trying to say? That this thing you’re trying to force on me made you this crazy crack pot you are now?” Looking her up and down, she had to wonder, more so ask now before she would possibly never get the answer to. ”And what of that other survivor. You’re here alone, so I take it they probably had the stones and ability to overcome the curse of yours. Guess I should be learning from them instead of some little bottom dwelling leech like you.” She finished, knowing full well how she reacted would tell her how true or false this idea was.

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Post by Guest 18th August 2022, 1:34 pm

In a way, it almost sounded as though the child was grateful for the loss of her magic. She spoke about it in such a dismissive way that Kalama could not help but ponder. Was stealing the brat’s magic as world shaking event to her as it would be to any other mage? Apparently not, considering how well she was adapting to its absence. It was as if it did not bother at all which only irritated the blonde woman further in truth. Everything this girl did pissed her off and the temptation to harm her further was never far from her mind. “Have you considered the possibility that you might not even have a place in your guild any longer, now that your magic has been taken from you? As far as I am aware, magical power of some measure is required to remain and one look at you as you are now might just cause them to lose interest. They are such selfish places, after all, manipulating their members and treating them like dirt. Ready to toss them into the gutter when it becomes convenient.”

Her amber eyes flashed with anger at the redhead’s refusal to become her student although the redhead’s punk was as inspiring as ever. “It is as I said. You have no choice in the matter and whether you like it or not, I will turn you. My curse will envelop and distort every fibre of your being until it has restructured you completely. Fighting it is pointless and the only way to truly survive is to accept what is happening to you. To embrace every moment of the transformation and make the most of the gifts that it grants you. I tried fighting it for so long and for what? It cut off my emotions from me, leaving me feeling nothing at all. An empty shell of a woman who could barely say a word to anyone. It was only when I embraced the curse that I was able to feel again. I was swept away by the sheer elation of it all. Months of repressed feelings, bursting free in a single moment. In that moment, I left behind the weak piece of shit that I once was, I was reborn.”

As the girl spoke of her old companion, Kalama’s expression seemed to briefly soften although it was only for the slightest moment. “I do not know what became of her. After our previous guild was disbanded, she disappeared. She was the opposite of me in terms of our curse. While I felt practically nothing, she had to constantly keep her mouth in check, barely able to control herself. Up until then, we had been a crutch for one another. Keeping each other sane and sticking together. I suppose in a way our break up was a good thing, as it was that which sparked the change in me.”

She had up until now refrained from thinking about Aoi and suddenly speaking of her in such a way caused her more pain than she had thought possible. Shaking her head, the blonde would suddenly knee the redhead in the stomach, her irritation finally reaching its end. She let go of the brat at that point and simply watched her as she no doubt struggled to get her wind back.

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Post by Lehanna Seraph 18th August 2022, 11:14 pm

Hearing this woman’s assumptions over her being removed and forgotten about because of a loss of magic had gotten her visibly upset. More over, the idea that she thought she could be forgotten so easily was something that wasn’t going to happen. Arguably, it was seen as though she were bothered by it, but it was the assumption that her adopted mother would ever forget about her and abandon her over something as minute as magic. ”I should rip the tongue from your throat and shove it so far down your throat you could taste your own ass hole, lady.” She threatened, remaining silent over the topic as she gave a cold, angry glare without going much over the top of it.

As the woman began to bring up the curse once again, she reminded her that there was no chance that she had any say in the matter of becoming her disciple. She wanted her to embrace and become some kind of disfigured and violent monster like she was, but there was no real purpose for her to do such a thing. Sure, her new abilities could surely do some significant damage when it came to more personal matters… but she wasn’t that hurt by then in order to go such a route with it. No, she would never allow herself to become the same as this blonde woman. Nothing could be so bad to the extent that she claimed. Such a thing that could strip one’s emotions from them and turn them against her, keeping her feeling as though hope was constantly out of arms reach. If she became afflicted by this curse… would she meet the same fate? Would it be worse?

As she came to speak about this other person, she seemed to have been someone that she had depended on. A longtime friend from which she cared for deeply before the curse soured that and tore it apart. Just as she thought, this curse had come to affect her in a completely different manner than it did this woman and frankly, that did make things both relieving as much as it was more worrisome. Once she seemed to be finished, a sudden choice to let the girl go had been a little baffling to the teen. Before she had a moment to even realize the action done, a strike of her knee crashed into Lehanna’s gut. The force knocked all of the air out of her and she collapsed to the ground, curled up and clutching her stomach. Even coughing up a slight bit of blood as well.

After a moment of laying on the ground, huddled up and practically shaking from the pain, she had begun to laugh. At first, it small and barely unnoticeable between that and sobbing. But the louder it got, the more distinct it got. It wasn’t until she was laughing loud and hard enough to stop from the pain in her gut that she would explain her sudden thought of amusement. ”Fine… you want to curse me? Do it. Then, when I also beat this like your friend, I will use it to KILL YOU! Hahahaha! Oh, the look on your face when you realize you’re so pathetically powerless that someone half your age is capable of overpowering some stupid curse is going to be the utmost hilarious thing I will ever witness in my life!”

The entire time that she had been speaking, she had begun to pick herself up until she would get to her feet and stare Kalama in the face, challenging her almost.

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

The blonde took some amusement from the girl’s snappy retort to her comment about the brat’s guild. It appeared that it was quite a sore spot and Kalama made a mental note to continue to mention that topic from time to time. Was the redhead perhaps more attached to her little guild than she had been letting on? Or was there someone in particular among the members that she was fond of? She was intrigued now and as always, she would force the answers out of the girl, sooner or later. Of that, Kalama had no doubts. If the child was not willing to give them then the dark warrior would make her reveal them, as well as all of her other secrets. Her wish to see this brat suffer had not diminished in the slightest, even though she did feel such an iota of respect for the spunky little punk. “Perhaps I will hang your guild mates from the walls of their headquarters and have you lick the blood clean from their corpses?” The look on her face showed no sign that she was anything but completely serious. “Who knows? You might enjoy it, once the curse has taken hold.”

She watched expressionlessly as the girl twitched on the floor, trickles of blood escaping her mouth from her knee strike. Kalama was hardly surprised by that, given the amount of frustration that had been behind her attack. The redhead deserved everything she got and the blonde had not even begun to dish out the pain. Eventually, the brat would stand up again and speak about Aoi, as well as her own belief that she could overcome the curse and kill her. The blonde simply rose an eyebrow at the threat, not believing that result was even remotely possible. This child? Defeat her in battle? Ridiculous. “Where does that confidence come from? You do not even know if my friend survived the curse. There is no evidence of anyone overcoming it in the way you are speaking of and adapting is the only way to survive.” A sneer crossed her features at that point. “Even if you could overcome it, you would still not be a match for me and it would be a cold day in Hell that you could inflict any serious wounds on me. You are not even committed to the world of magic. A child who lacks the motivation to become a true mage.”

Moving towards the girl, it would look as if Kalama was going to strike her again but that was not what happened or not at first, at least. The nearly six foot blonde would walk past her and whistle, loudly, the sound echoing throughout the empty landscape.

    Nothing happened.

“Get over here you stupid fucking…” The blonde started to hiss.

When a whinny interrupted her, cutting the woman off mid sentence. Standing beside Kalama, seemingly out of nowhere, stood a mighty black coloured stallion, red eyes bearing into the girl’s with menace. A horse that looked like he had come from the pits of Hell itself and the truth was not actually that far off. Doomreaver was his name and his fate was tied to the blonde’s now.

Giving the horse a glare for messing around with her, Kalama would walk back over to the girl and grab a hold of her long red locks. “This is what is going to happen. My curse relies on the powers of the moon in order to function properly and I suspect that it will be in the dead of night that I will be able to transfer its power to you. So, I am going to drag you off to a place that I call my own. You can either get on the horse willingly or I will bind and drag you over there. Choice is yours, Brat.”

A brief and sharp tug on the girl’s hair would follow, as a sign of her intent.

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

Unfortunately, the sound of the blondes little idea had painted a rather vivid picture in her mind that she couldn’t quite get out of her head. At this point, she was trying her hardest not to swing and hit this bitch in the face, but she knew if she did the returning blow would be much worse than she could dish out. Physical confrontation was not her play-style. It never had been. She preferred to play games of the mind and use tactics to overcome the shortcomings of her opponent. However, this woman made her forget all of that and the only person she could blame was her own self. The idea of that stringing up coupled with licking the bodies of their blood shook her anger as much as it did fear.

She brought up a fair point in that Lehanna had no idea whether her friend was alive or not at this point. It was a bit uncertain by the way that she was going to sit idly by and not try to be this lifeless corpse of a person wallowing in self pity like this woman did when she became cursed. Her poking at her about the lack of the initiative in magic at all, it seemed to pop her confidence bubble.. or at least the first layer. ”You don’t know if she did or not either. Judging by the lack of a cohort with you, I could only assume she is staying far away from some absolutely pathetic person like yourself.” She would get right in her face, making sure to look this woman in the eyes despite her wavering confidence she could win. ”I don’t care what you do to me. I WILL overcome this curse if yours. I will never be like you. And I won’t ever follow you around like some lost puppy with no hope or will to live.”

She became confused as the woman simply walked past her. She seemed agitated… surprise surprise. Mumbling about something different, she let out a loud whistle and she raised a brow. Her body quickly jumped lightly as she watched a rather demonic and frankly terrifying looking horse appear simply out of thin air. Her eyes widened looking this thing over, wondering where in gods name this woman found a creature like this. While she had been rather distracted by the whole ordeal, Lehanna suddenly felt a harsh grip of her hair. She winced from the pain and tried not to let it bother her too much while the woman stated coldly what was going to happen. She had the option to go willingly and quite frankly, she had considered making her put the effort in. Even with being hurried in decision by yanking on her hair, she huffed and folded her arms behind her back.

”Guess you’ll have to restrain me. I’m not going with you and willingly sit by until the middle of the night, lady.”

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

“Have it your way.” Kalama answered spitefully although frankly the hard way was actually more appealing than the easy one to her. Every opportunity to annoy and harm the little pest was one that she had relished so far and that would not change any time soon. This kid had pushed her more than most and the blonde was slightly surprised by her own restraint. No one else had been able to talk to her in such a way, even before she had been cursed, except for Aoi. So much had changed since that fateful day but one thing that had stayed the same was her rather unsociable nature. She had never been the life of the party. That had tended to be more her friend.

Speaking of restraint, that was to be her next task and after a brief glance around at her surroundings, Kalama would use the Force to pull a coil of rope that had been left laying during the massacre, before setting to work on the redheaded child. She had tied a few knots in her time, as they had been necessary for the farming life that she had once lived and was rather thankful that she still had the knack. The rope would wrap around the wrists and arms of the girl without the slightest hint of slack, the knots pulled hard. Brutally efficient and tight, she would attempt to not give the brat the slightest chance of escaping them. They would sting to put it mildly and there would no doubt be markings left behind once they were removed later. Every knot was a reminder of just how much she disliked the irritating pain in the backside and she even went as far as to tie the girl’s fingers together in order to stop her from fiddling with her ties.

Once she was done with the brat’s arms, Kalama would roughly push her so that she ended up on her front, so that she could perform the same process to the girl’s ankles and legs. As she bound the girl, the blonde began to feel a slight spark of something in the pit of her stomach. Dominating all those around her had become an intense desire and generally she fulfilled that with random slaughter but there was something about physically capturing someone that was appealing to her. Something to experiment with later, perhaps.

When that was done, a faint smile would cross her features and she briefly spoke. “I hope you are flexible, Brat.”

Following this, she would then bend the girl’s legs up to her and bound arms and tie them together, forming a very uncomfortable hogtie. After testing the knots and finding them to be satisfactory, Kalama’s smile would grow for a moment or two. “This is going to hurt.”

She then picked the girl up the rope connecting the hogtie together and carried her over to the large horse, before almost throwing him onto his broad strong back.

Doomreaver did not like it either and the look he gave Kalama as his head snapped around could have melted lead.

“Shut up.” The blonde replied simply, before clambering up as well.

She would have set them off on their journey right away but recalling the girl’s own weapon, she would briefly turn her horse around to discover its location, before summoning it to her hand.

Admiring it for a moment, she would utter to the girl laying in front of her. “Nice sword. A pity that you cannot wield it properly,” before placing the sword in a sheath that was attached to Doomreaver’s saddle.

With that said and unable to resist the temptation, she would maneuver her hand around the hog tie and deliver a Force powered slap to the girl’s rear.

Down with the Sith! (Kalama) Empty Re: Down with the Sith! (Kalama)

The air of silence that followed after Kalama had mentioned the girl getting it her way, she had simply kept quiet. What was there to say anymore? The area around them was dead silent. Nobody would be around to help or in this case just getting hurt, so why make a situation worse? What she did intend to do was to make sure that this blonde woman had a very miserable and frustrating time dealing with her and I’m the end she would use whatever dark, disturbing abilities she obtained to crush this woman and make it known that she was the weaker, inferior person for her choices. Nothing would change that mentality and if so, then likely she had been corrupted by some other means. So long as her mind was still in tact, she vowed to herself to remain against those she had hated the most.

Though in a neat little thought… maybe she could use it ti just flatten Pergrande into nothing. Definitely food for thought, but something to consider later down the line, if she let this idea run in her mind, surely the curse would take hold and morph it until she justified doing this to everything she knew and held dear.

The rough rope began to coil around her arms and for some reason, her hands until the point she was whining under her breath from the tightness. Once she stopped feeling knot after knot, tightening, and pulling on the bindings, she felt her arms and even her hands were completely immobile. Without much of a warning, Lehanna was albeit thrown to the ground where more work wound her legs together in such a way that they couldn’t move separately at any portion of their length. Finally, a strange comment was heard and for a moment, she wondered what that meant before her legs were bent up and a tight pull on her legs and arms made her groan loudly in pain. Feeling her body now enduring the pain of a hogtie, she squirmed and writhed trying to get free until she had been picked up.

The moment she felt that one rope pull on her limbs that way and that hard, the red haired teen screamed out for a moment from the initial shock. Then, just a grunt of pain being tossed onto the woman’s horse had made her bite her lower lip trying not to speak out at what was happening. Surely this could get much much worse for her if she played the wrong game, and frankly without much having already begun, who’s to say she wouldn’t be in an even worse predicament if she said anything at all. ”We’ll see you say that again when I’ve plunged it into your chest and kill you with it soon enough…” She replied, her time calm, yet thoroughly angered.
