Description:
Since “Arthur” has been reincarnated in Earthland’s world with a chimeric soul composed of one half being that of a regular human and the other half being that of “Māleḵhâzâel” who is one of the fallen seraph leaders of the "Grigori", aka the group that leads all the lower class fallen angels, he was born with a plethora of otherworldly powers such as an affinity for spacetime control, talent with visual-based powers, and powerful psychic abilities as well as many others. So, as he grew up from being a little boy to the young man he is now in the present day, “Arthur” took advantage of this innate talent of his and combined it with the rigorous and thorough magic training he had received from world-class instructors in the related supernatural arts called “Requip”, “Mystic Eyes”, and “Combat Arts” due to being the sole heir to the “Edogawa” clan on his mother’s side and the “Holmes” family on his father’s side, both of which were and are ultra-wealthy and highly influential, to craft this first one of his eventual three magic systems and has truly made these standard magical arts his own. The inspiration for this was, of course, his eternal and irredeemable obsession with being an elite gentleman and teenage private detective which he was before his untimely demise back in his old world too and which has remained strong in him even after he was reincarnated and isekai’d into Earthland’s world.
Consequently, this first of his eventual three magic systems is a tripartite one that consists of “Combat Arts”, “Mystic Eyes”, and finally “Requip”. The “Combat Arts” part of this first magic system is the part that allows “Arthur” to perform techniques that manifest various psychic phenomena of both the ESP and psychokinesis schools, both to an equal degree of potency and proficiency regardless of the situation he may be in at any given time. Naturally, since this part deals with psychic phenomena which are not part of classic magical arts, it uses his stamina rather than his mana. The ESP aspect allows him to produce phenomena that deal with the ability to receive and process information independent of the five senses and includes ones such as telepathy, precognition, retrocognition, clairvoyance, as well as mediumship, and psychometry. In contrast, the psychokinesis aspect allows him to produce phenomena that deal with the ability to influence any physical system(s) in his vicinity without direct physical interaction with said system(s) using the power of his mind alone and includes ones such as teleportation, levitation, energetic healing, elemental kinesis (i.e., fire, water, electricity, etc.), as well as thoughtography and materialization.
On the other hand, the “Requip” and “Mystic Eyes” which remaining two parts of this first magic system deal with more classical magic and so, they draw their fuel from his regular mana pool unlike their “Combat Arts” counterpart which runs on his stamina pool instead of his mana pool. To that end, the “Mystic Eyes” part allows “Arthur” to awaken the “Eyes of Māleḵhâzâel” which are the ancient and more exotic Mystic Eyes possessed by the fallen seraph himself and thus, these have various potent capabilities available in the form of a slew of visual spells to “Arthur” since he is the one who now bears half of the soul of "Māleḵhâzâel", one of the fallen seraph leaders of the "Grigori" who are the fallen angels in charge of leading the rest of their lower-level fallen angel compatriots. Finally, the "Requip" aspect is part of his repertoire due to his training and honing his talent with spacetime control type magic and this part of this overall first magic allows “Arthur” to engage in the usage, summoning, and/or creation of different magical items, weapons, and armor that are pulled from and stored in a magical pocket space or created on the spot.

Description:
Several of the legends written about “Māleḵhâzâel” describe him as having supernaturally potent eyes which are not only capable of affecting destruction and misery on his enemies but can also show mercy on allies and others that he takes pity on by healing them through sight alone. This ability works by firing jade green colored energy beams from his eyes at the chosen target(s), but not more than once per target due to the development of resistance to the healing caused by these beams in the affected target(s) after their use upon them. These healing energy beams also have a secondary effect of inducing a life-force regeneration in the affected target(s) which is applied at the same time as the main healing component. Since “Arthur” has a chimeric soul composed of one half being that of a regular human and the other half being that of “Māleḵhâzâel” who is one of the fallen seraph leaders of the “Grigori”, aka the group that leads all the lower class fallen angels, he has full access to the usage of this ability. With it, “Arthur” can focus his mana into his eyes to invoke this ability and use it in the manner described above against any chosen target(s). Effect Summary: 56 HP healing per target for 5 targets max + 5% HP/post regeneration effect per target for 5 targets max (once each for these two effects) applied to affected target(s) for the duration of this ability’s effect upon successful impact (i.e., for the next 5 posts).
Plot Effect:
Due to having full control of the “Eternal Eyes of Māleḵhâzâel”, “Arthur” can use this “Mystic Eye – Physician’s Gaze” ability even out of combat to visually scan any chosen target(s) and then receive a full-color, 3D holographic, interactive mental map that displays their full structural composition, both externally and internally (especially overlaying the damaged and/or unstable sections over a background of the normal, intact sections), regardless of the nature of said target(s) and can then use this information to improve the efficacy and application efficiency of his subsequent efforts to handle them. REQUIRES OOC PERMISSION TO USE ON PCS AND SPECIAL NPCS (I.E., EVENT NPCS AND PLAYER RELATED NPCS).- -50% to Arthur’s Spell Range
