Personality:

Myrrh is a bit...awkward. Due to her upbringing she never really learned how to interact with people properly, and as a result, tends to overthink her words to a ridiculous degree. This oftentimes only makes conversation more awkward because she takes too long trying to pick the right words, afraid she'll offend someone if she says something wrong. Of course, she earnestly does want to socialize and make friends; and can keep up a conversation as long as someone else gets the ball rolling. It's just when she has to be the one to initiate that she has trouble, oftentimes pausing and bumbling over her own high-speed thoughts.

Of course, while this awkward bumbling makes things outside of battle difficult, it's actually the opposite when she's in the thick of it. That over analytic mindset goes into overdrive, and she is quickly and efficiently able to pick apart weaknesses; formulating unique strategies nigh instantly and acting on them with merciless efficiency.

Sadly, this doesn't tend to translate vocally, as her mind runs much faster than her mouth; making her a rather awful leader honestly. She'll get so hyperfocused that she forgets there are people she's in charge of, not realizing they can't just up and read her mind to know what to do. Still, while leading may not be her forte - thankfully she can be a damn good follower. As stated she can do fine when someone else gets the ball rolling, and this translates wonderfully into orders. As a simple gesture or single-word confirmation is all that's needed, allowing her to work just as fast as she normally would.

Overall, Myrrh is a woman who can thrive when she's either on her own, or someone else takes the initiative; but tends to freeze up and bumble when the spotlight is actually put on her.

Likes:

* Ruins/Historical Sites: Myrrh is a bit of a nerd when it comes to anything ancient, oftentimes dashing around and evaluating anything of that sort without thought. It has become such a problem that she carries around a journal with her to sketch what she sees, so she can make notes later instead of standing around for hours.

* Training/Battle: A bit of a standard enjoyment, but one that Myrrh is into nonetheless. Growing continually stronger is one of her biggest aspirations, so it should come as no surprise that she's a bit of a training nut, and what better way to train than continually battling things that give you a challenge?

* Cooking: Funnily enough, Myrrh happens to be a whiz in the kitchen. For the longest time, the only method of 'cooking' she knew was roasting meat over a fire(Which she loved regardless). However, once she integrated into society and realized that there was a whole craft that revolved about making delicious food well...she became obsessed, to say the least.

Dislikes:

* Senseless Violence: Growing up with a tribe of violent demons with a penchant for pillaging had a profound effect on Myrrh as she grew older and into her own morality, ending with her having a particularly negative view of those who commit violent acts for the sake of nothing more than that, violence.

* Slackers/Lazy People: She is a woman who is constantly doing something, even if it's not showing externally. If her body isn't actively moving around or doing a task, then you can be damn sure her mind is on overdrive thinking about something useful. Seeing others not doing the same or at least not even trying to, just...irritates her.

* Insects: A bit of a more silly dislike than anything else, Myrrh has an irrational distaste towards insectoids of any kind. Oftentimes going out of her way to either kill them, even if they're harmless.  

Motivations:

* Making her own legacy: For the longest time, Myrrh's life was judged on the basis of her family, a particularly violent sect of demons who are known for pillaging towns and villages. Growing older and being able to think for herself, she split off and abandoned her family name - integrating into civilization and seeking to carve out a legacy that she could be proud of.

* Finding a purpose/Establishing a goal: A tie-in with her previous goal, Myrrh seeks to find exactly what it is that will carve out the legacy she so desperately wants. How will she do it, and in what way? There are so many paths laid in front of her, and her greatest wish is to traverse the correct one.

* Growing Stronger: Myrrh constantly loves to improve herself in one way or another and doesn't limit this mindset to the strength of the flesh. The mind can prove to be equally useful in many situations, so continually keeping a good level of both physical and mental power is ideal. It's a basic goal, and one that will doubt evolve into something more meaningful and concrete, but for now, it's good enough.

Fears:

* Being judged for her lineage: Despite her best efforts, there are only so many people with the exact same horn shape her family share, and she knows one day she's bound to be lumped in and judged for their deeds. Obviously, this terrifies her, as it would be invalidating everything she's worked towards thus far. This paranoia has gotten so bad that she oftentimes claims her horns are that of dragons instead of demons and has even modeled her magic around that fact.

* The Ocean: Myrrh originates from a tribe of mountain-dwelling demons, and as a result of this - can't swim worth anything. Of course, water in and of itself isn't a fear, and she'd love to learn how to swim. Just the concept of there being a giant death trap that could kill her if she wasn't careful, even if she could swim, well...it's just a bit unnerving.

* Isolation: Despite how it may seem, Myrrh isn't very confident of being on her own. Whether she likes it or not, the fact of the matter is the majority of her life has been spent in the company of family. The few months that she was on her own after splitting off from them was perhaps the most terrifying time of her life thus far.
