Job Title: Enter the Black Maria!
Alignment: N/A
Rank: 100-Year
Job Type: Character Job
Job Location: Crocus
Solo Word Count: 11,000 words
Group Word Count: 22,000 words
Additional Requirements: Nita Fortune must be present in the mission.
Job Description: There have been rumors in Crocus concerning people disappearing, but nobody has really bothered to do anything about that, since it's mostly the dregs of society that are disappearing; the local security are convinced that a bunch of missing societal scum is more good than harm, and those rich enough to do something about it couldn't be bothered... until a beleaguered politician's sibling goes missing while being up to some shady business. Knowing that their reputation in the Crocus political circles would suffer if word got out of their relative's immodesty, the politician secretly summons help by sending a request for a mage to come and rescue their sibling, or at least find out what happened to them. Unknown to all parties involved, the disappearances are tied to an attempt by an eldritch cult seeking to permanently summon to this plane a Primordial, an extraplanar god with reality- and mental-wrecking forms and abilities. Nita Fortune ties into all this because she gained her powers by absorbing a Primordial, and the cult of the Primordial, through means overt and secret, managed to get the politician to make a job request such that Nita would not only see the request, but take it, to the end that her powers will be absorbed by the cult's eldritch god. Nita will have to face a horrible being from her past in the intricate sewers underneath the city, as well as deal with the influence of the Primordial within her own mind, which she must for a symbiosis with, if she is to survive the night. And yet, the symbiosis will do more than just ensure her survival; it will see the birth of a new figure in the Fiorean public sphere, even as the fighting will eventually be forced up from beneath the city and into the streets. Whether the sibling is found dead or alive, and in what condition, is left to the job taker(s).

Enemies:
- Chosen x 30:
Humans who have been twisted and corrupted by exposure to the presence of a Primordial, they resemble ghouls with large heads and stomachs, thin, clawed limbs, and glowing yellow eyes and jagged razor teeth. They may be encountered singly or in groups, but once one perceives an intruder, its loud hissing will bring the others swarming.
Enemy Rank: Weak
Enemy HP: 100 HP
Enemy MP: 0 MP
Enemy Spells: They cannot use magic, being eldritch zombies. But they are dangerous when they swarm, their fingertips are sharpened into claws, and they have a nasty bite.
- Cultist x 7:
Humans who worship the eldritch Primordial. They have avoided staying too long in its presence to avoid turning into Chosen, and are responsible for kidnapping people to turn into Chosen or indoctrinate into Cultists. They wear black robes with a red symbol of a strange misshapen head with a single burning eye.
Enemy Rank: Normal
Enemy HP: 400 HP
Enemy MP: 400 MP
Enemy Spells: Rudimentary fire and darkness spells.
- Gallu x 2:
Lesser gods who had fought the Primordials long ago in their history and become subjugated by them, the Gallu serve the Primordials as slaves. While not originally so, these lesser gods have, over a long period of time, been corrupted by the Primordial's evil, resulting in monstrous shapes and bearing. Their description is left to player discretion.
Enemy Rank: Strong
Enemy HP: 700 HP
Enemy MP: 700 MP
Enemy Spells: As varied as their forms.
- Primordial:
When a stupid fool found a Primordial in the Void and summoned it to Earthland, this is the result. Naturally, a Primordial cannot stay indefinitely in a different plane, but by an eldritch ritual, this Primordial was able to fuse itself with its summoner to ensure its lasting presence, while effectively destroying the mind and soul of the summoner. Its intention is to absorb Nita Fortune's life force, as well as the magic power she gained when she absorbed another Primordial some time ago. Its description is open to player discretion, except for one thing that MUST be: all Primordials, when manifesting in Earthland in any way, have gigantic (compared to the rest of their bodies) heads.
Enemy Rank: Boss
Enemy HP: 1500 HP
Enemy MP: ∞ MP
Enemy Spells: Various mental and reality-distorting spells.
