The Seraph family has been known in the shadow of the Pergrande kingdom for nearly a century so. Before, they had been revered as the highest order of Magic Knights whom sought to protect the throne from those that may threaten the peace. Their abilities also helped to keep the monsters of Sin from their borders and helped to drive them back. Their roots delved deep into the country of Pergrande's fabric as protectors and watchmen to the country. Each generation of these knights growing in power from their predecessors except for one. Of 7 generations, only one had not been able to live up to the normal traditional line of Knights and strangely enough had affected each of these houses in the same generational line as well.
These many house names whom sat close to the throne, though that changed the day the incident occurred. Subjected to the same fate as all those whom bore magic, many of the Seraph family were slaughtered on sight. Others fled home and immediately found themselves underground with that of the other knights that once were famous and adored. Now seen to be threats to their own country, they had nowhere to run. Many people over the decades harbored some of these refuge Knights, others smuggled out. Some remained for generations living a life of secrecy and normalcy, others instilling their magic unto their children in hopes the day would come where magic could be accepted amongst the public. Instead, the years brought the condition to its height. With that, the Seraph family sought their escape and with luck they were able to make it out and far away. Settling within the country of Fiore, it had not been long within establishing themselves within the country that their decades of good fortune came to an end abruptly, leaving behind a sole child of their name.
Abilities:
•Lucky Charm - Among other traits, the wielder has an uncanny ability to be awarded 100% bonus jewels from jobs.
•Power in Numbers - When using spells from the same magic in a row, the damage of each spell after the initial one is boosted by 20% (capped at 60%). This boost cannot surpass the 60% cap and will only continue to boost the following spell by the total until the cap is reached. This resets if the wielder uses any other ability that comes from another magic or an ability from a piece of equipment and the boost does not apply to the different magic or ability used.
•Veil of Resistance - The wielders ancestral line has bred into them an innate resistance to magical abilities, reducing the damage they take from spells and abilities by 50%
•Knights Potential - Ancestral heritage passed down through generations has empowered its generations of Magic Knights, boosting the damage of weapon/melee damage by 120%
•Revered and Sturdy - Having the blood of a veteran Knight of whom has taken many hits in the line of duty, pain has nothing on them. The hp of the wielder is increased by 120%.
Plot abilities:
•Charmed Senses - The wielder is able to sense others through even the most crowded areas so long as they are not suppressing it (permission needed)
•Enhanced Suppression - In order to have survived for many years through threat of death, the wielder of this lineage is able to naturally suppress their magical presence among even the keenest of senses while not involved in PvP combat.
