Description: Blue's Iƈҽ Dɾαɠσɳ Sʅαყҽɾ Magic is a type of Dragon Slayer Magic that grants the user various characteristics typical of an Ice Dragon: lungs capable of spewing frost, scales that grant protection against cold, and nails covered in ice. Consequently, Ice Dragon Slayer Magic allows the user to produce and control ice from any part of their body, which can be used both in melee and as a ranged form of offense. The generated frost can be manipulated in a wide variety of unorthodox ways, depending on the creativity of the user. This ice has an explosive force to it, usually shattering after an attack and increasing a spell's damage output. The frost produced by this type of Magic is much colder than normal frost, easily capable of freezing water or (in more extreme cases) even solidifying air; not only that, but the user’s ice is strictly connected to their feelings, meaning the more emotional they get, the more their frost will plummet in temperature, increasing its potency and strength.
In addition, the user can consume external sources of ice to restore their body to a healthy state and regain their reserves of strength, something that also makes them resistant to most types of ice magic, due to their capability of nullifying ice-based attacks by sucking them in and eating them; the consumed ice also seems to possess a different “taste” according to its quality. However, the user cannot eat their own ice, or things frozen by them, to re-energize themselves. Classes of ice that are “higher” in rank to those produced by this type of Magic (like those employed by a Ice God/Demon Slayer) can’t be consumed directly and will damage the user.
Originally taught this Lost Magic by the Dragon Glacieyth, his adoptive father, Blue temporarily lost access to his Dragon Slayer abilities and was forced to teach himself Ice-Make to replace his former Magic. He morphed it into his own unique form of the Molding Magic called Ice-Make: The Dragoon (氷の造形魔法:竜騎兵: Aisu Meiku no Ryūkihei) and went on to grow into quite the successful Maker Mage. After much research and great trouble he came into possession of a Dragon Lacrima and had it implanted in himself (specifically his heart), to ensure he would never lose access to his Slayer abilities again.
At more advanced stages of this magic, the user is capable of creating weapons from their body to be used in an offensive or defensive manner (though not to the extent of say, an Iron Dragon Slayer). His Dragon Slayer's Secret Art (滅竜奥義 Metsuryū Ōgi) Spells are all prefixed with Wailing Purgatory: -- however these Spells require vast amounts of Magic Power and he has yet to be able to master them for use in combat.
- Slayer Benefits:
Slayer Benefits: Slayer magic overrides the possibility to get any benefits from other types of magic for the particular Slayer magic in question. Slayer magic is always Solitary Slayer and cannot use any other benefits alongside the Slayer benefit. Slayer magic grants the following benefits to the character who has it.- +50% passive increase to Strength, Speed, and Spell Damage.
- Greatly enhanced senses of Hearing, Sight, and Smell.
- Ability to Consume Magic of the same element as the Slayer Magic to regain MP as well as the Force Ability (See below).
- Inherent Damage Resistance to their slayer element based on the rank of spell/ability as follows:
- 2 Ranks above Character: 0%
- 1 Rank above Character: 10%
- Same Rank as Character: 25%
- 1 Rank below Character: 35%
- 2 Ranks below character: 50%
- +50% passive increase to Strength, Speed, and Spell Damage.
- Dragon Force:
Second Generation: These Slayers have learned the magic from a lacrima produced by the Dragon/God/Demon of their respective element.
First and Second Generation Force: A Slayer must consume at least 5 spells of their rank and respective element in MP to activate First or Second Generation Slayer Force (Max. H rank), but must have at least 50% of their total MP to be able to do so.- Force highly increases the power of the Slayer's Strength, Speed, and Spell Damage by 100% rather than just 50%.
- While Force is active, the Slayer is surrounded by an aura of their respective element, increasing either their base spell damage or their base melee damage by 50%. This increase is separate from other base increases and can apply independently of the cap imposed on base increases.
- During force spells cost no MP to cast.
- To maintain Slayer force one must spend 10% of their total MP per post. MP cannot be regained or regenerated while Slayer Force is active. Once the user of force hits 0 MP or once they choose to cancel it Slayer Force ends. If one hits 0 MP they suffer from the consequences of running out of MP as normal.
Magic Consumption: Slayers can consume the element and elemental spells/abilities associated with their respective Slayer magic, allowing them to recover Magic Power. If a spell, for example, contains 20 MP and a Slayer consumes the spell, the Slayer regains 20 MP, etc. Slayers do not take damage from spells that are consumed. If a spell that is being consumed by a Slayer is higher in rank than the Slayer they, instead of gaining the full MP of the spell of they are consuming, regain a quarter of the MP of a spell of their own rank while also taking full damage from the spell that is being consumed. Resistances do not affect damage taken this way in any way or form.- Naturally-occurring Elements: Naturally-occurring sources of the element a Slayer controls can be consumed to regain MP. If a naturally-occurring version of a Slayer's element is consumed it regenerates 5% of a mage's maximum MP. This form of elemental consumption can only occur once per post max, but functions independently from regular MP regeneration and can trigger separate from the regular cap imposed by MP regeneration.
- Additional Notes: Slayers cannot consume their own spells or abilities, whether this is from their magic, a weapon, a Summon, Take-Over's spell, or any other source of their own magic. Slayers can’t eat their pet’s abilities, or their pets themselves if they are made of an elemental magic.
Dragon Slayers: Dragon Slayers can eat all pure forms of their own element, but they cannot eat elements that are mixed with other elements (Example: Ice Dragon Slayers cannot eat Dark Ice). If Dragon Slayers consume an impure spell/ability of their element they take full damage from the spell, which is not affected by resistances in any way or form. If they consume a naturally-occurring impure version of their element, they lose 10% of their maximum HP.- Advantages: The form of elemental magic they use is neutral (pure), in between the light and dark side of the magical spectrum. Dragon Slayer Magic deals double base damage to Lizard, Wyvern, and (Lesser and Greater) Dragon non-player opponents.
- Disadvantages: Though Dragon Slayers get these benefits, they do have one set back: Motion sickness. Dragon Slayers cannot ride on any vehicle or method of transportation without getting motion sick. They can still fly, of course, or use their pets for transportation without getting motion sick. The only slayer that is immune to motion sickness is the Sky Dragon Slayer. Motion sickness can be cured through the use of a User Rank healing spell.

Unique Abilities:
- Shrewd Slaying. Years of using Ice-Make Magic has made Blue a significantly more calculated Mage. He had to learn precise Magic manipulation in order to mold the limitless amount of creations he came up with in his mind. Now that he's regained his Slayer Magic, that same level of control has remained. Blue has a 50% reduction to the MP Cost of his Spells due to his excellent command of his own Magic Power. The Dragon Lacrima implanted in his chest also supplies him with 5% MP regeneration per post.

Description: Blue's only Spell that doesn't require advanced Dragon Slayer magic to perform. It isn't even necessarily a Dragon Slayer spell, rather an ability gained from his proficiency with his own Magic Power. After making physical contact with something, Blue expels some of his subzero Magic Power, initiating a deep cold attack that saps the target. This is most often used on surfaces such as walls and floors, but can be used on people, items, and even Spells with varying difficulty. If used on a living target it will drain 5% of their HP once per post. Using Freeze to Negate an oncoming Spell limits this range to only be used within spell rank burst range around the user, and only against Offensive or Auxiliary Spells aimed at the user or an ally.

Once close enough, he uses his accumulated momentum to deliver a frost-enhanced kick, which when coupled with his inherent strength amplifies the damage greatly. He can use this as an attack or to dodge (and often does both).

He can also use these wings to glide (not fly) if he finds himself airborne for whatever reason.

Contact with this spell leaves behind lingering Dragon Slaying Ice, immobilizing the target for 1 post every other post, they must be hit again with this spell to become immobilized once more.

Essentially turning himself into a human arrow, Blue then crashes into his opponent using the ice to leave a sub-zero 'bite' wherever he impacts and using the momentum to carry them a ways before sending them skyrocketing from the force of the attack (*requires OOC permission to be knocked back).

Large jagged spikes burst forth from the affected area, capable of doing damage to any target within range but even more importantly, forming an unpredictable cluster of dense objects to shield Blue and any allies that are close to him from incoming damage. This spell can only affect up to 5 targets total per post for each spell category. Foes who come into contact with this spell are affected by lingering Dragon Slaying Ice, immobilizing the target for 1 post every other post, they must be hit again with this spell to become immobilized once more.
