Description:
This little guy was made to float around people with exciting lives and provide intel, advice, and an extra eye to observe the world. There are quite a few waiting to be found and activated, and though they are entirely mechanical, they possess an artificial intelligence that allows for humanistic personalities of all different types. It seems to have a frenetic energy that has it constantly looking around with its one, backlit eye that serves as its core and displays emotions like an 8-bit screen. The shell around it protects the orb and is always twisting and shifting around it. Even if you get an annoying one, it’s undeniable that Scouts are as helpful as they are annoying at times. Perhaps you’ve made a lifelong friend!
Abilities:
Name: Eyes Up
Description: Even though this lil drone can be annoying at times, they’re great for discreetly scouting ahead, receiving communications, discussing plans, and giving advice both when it’s wanted and unwanted. It accesses some sort of mysterious supercomputer and has a genuine personality all of its own. In fact, sometimes it seems like it might have once been a person, but that’s crazy, right? [The user must have OOC permission to use this ability on a player character, a player-owned NPC, or an Event NPC as well as associated magics belonging to those mentioned.]

History:
As a synthesized crystal, this Lacrima was created by a group of scientists from Bosco more or less by accident. The project this group had been working on had been a matter of national security, focusing on the defense of Bosco's cyberspace from outside intrusion in order to ensure the continued protection of Bosco's technological secrets. In this endeavor, even magic was utilized in order to try and increase the efficiency of this cyber-security project, though something went wrong. The device they had used to invoke the magic had malfunctioned, unable to bear the power of magical energy, and suffered a catastrophic meltdown, destroying the secret facility and anyone within. When the remains of the facility were later studied, however, this lacrima was found, baffling officials and regular people alike. Fearful of its power, the lacrima was dumped into the ocean at a secret location, only to resurface once more many years after.

Description:
A weapon of the silent but deadly, a tool for when conflict is the absolute last option, Shadow’s Cry is lauded as one of the premier weapons used by intelligence operatives within Pergrande. Composed partially of Oblivium, it is a technical marvel that lacks any magical manipulation at all. Not much is known of the weapon's design, as its blueprints have been highly secured, but those that have witnessed it and lived to tell the tale wove interesting stories. Despite not using magic, its bullets seem capable of bending through the air and finding targets while it’s also been reported that it can activate volts of electricity within the object the bullet has stuck. Agents for the Pergrande Empire have held this is a primary handgun, especially those that operate as out-of-nation operatives, in high regard. It provides some of the best means of escaping a bad situation and increasing the agent’s odds of survival. It is sleek in design, with a glowing red core and a palm reader over the grip that identifies the user while also acting as an absorbing pad for the user’s bioelectric current from within the body.
Abilities:- Plot Ability:
One and Only One: Each model of Shadow’s Cry is crafted without an imprint, but once a person has made the gun their own, it is nearly impossible to overwrite the coding. The user is its master and no one else may wield it, less they wish to suffer the consequences. If anyone else tries to use Shadow’s Cry other than the user, the gun will release a pulse of build-up bioelectric energy, disabling the intruder as well as any electrical machinery within user rank Burst range (Up to S). This ability cannot be used against Players, player-controlled NPCs, or Event NPCs unless the user has been given explicit permission.
Name: Bioelectrical Overload
Rank: User Rank (Up to S)
Category: Offensive
Type: Multi Target, Immobilization, DoT
Damage: 50% User Rank Single Target Damage per post
Range: User Rank Single Target Range
Speed: User Rank Single Target Speed
Duration: 5 posts
Description: The user looses a shot from the Shadow’s Cry, aiming to impact its target for nonlethal damage. But the bullet’s core is charged from the user’s own bioelectric currents, feeding into the gun through the grip. It releases this energy into the newly impacted target, immobilizing it for one post. After the initial burst of electrical build up, small releases of electricity follow up, causing injury over time up to the duration of the ability.
Name: Smart, Swift, Deadly

Category: Offensive
Type: Multi Target, Buff, Negation, Homing
Durability: User Rank Advanced Multi Target Damage
Range: User Rank Advanced Multi Target Range
Speed: User Rank Advanced Multi Target Speed
Duration: User Rank Advanced Max
Description: The user activates the weapon’s ‘overwhelming odds’ program, causing the inner chamber to glow an eerie blue. Through the pad on the grip, the user’s own bioelectric currents are fed back into the bloodstream, acting as a boost of adrenaline. This increases the user’s movement speed by a user rank advanced active buff. This also overloads Shadow’s Cry abilities, increasing its ability to differentiate between friend and foe based on the user’s pulse. This means that the user can fire bullets that home in on its enemies, circumventing the laws of physics and making evasion methods much riskier. They can also fire overloaded Oblivium bullets from the gun that, activating the metal's anti-magic properties, can negate a single spell equal in rank to the rank of this ability or lower per post. As with all negation effects, the user must pay the original MP cost of the negated spell. The spell being negated must be within ability-rank Burst range around the user and must make contact with this spell.

Type:

Proof of Acquisition:
[Insert Link to Purchase Post]
Description:
At first, this ring appears to be little more than an unremarkable black band with a light blue interior. However, this simple ring was designed to keep its wearer safe and hidden through a number of secret functions. No one who has ever owned the ring in the past has been able to identify its maker, though early users of the ring swear to have traced its origins back to Bosco. They say that it once belonged to an elite reconnaissance officer of the Bosco Defense Force, who used it to effectively keep tabs on foreigners that the Iron Covenant suspected were trying to steal their technological secrets. This has never been proven, but its masterful craftsmanship as a technological wonder that is not powered via a lacrima or magic makes their claims highly plausible.
Abilities:- Plot Ability:
- Conceal Me What I Am: The bearer of this ring can use it to disguise themselves so perfectly that they are impossible to recognize. Not only will the user’s clothing change, but so too can the appearance of their body, including gender, shape, the color of various body parts, and even their personal body odor. It all depends on what the user wants out of the disguise. Additionally, since the ring is fully technological and does not rely on the use of magic or lacrimas, it emits no magical signature that might alert someone as to whether or not a disguise is in place. The user cannot change their clothing or appearance to resemble another Player, player-owned NPC, or Event NPC without explicit OOC permission.

Category: Defensive
Type: Single Target, Anti-Piercing, Negation, Copy
Durability: 2x User Rank Advanced Single Target Damage
Range: Self
Speed: Self
Duration: User Rank Advanced Max
Downside: Range and speed sacrificed for an additional effect
Description: Sometimes, a good disguise isn’t enough to keep you out of trouble or from getting caught. Thankfully, this ring was designed with more than just aesthetics in mind. At the user’s desire, the blue inner band of the Ring of Concealment will start to glow and will release an instantaneous shield of ectoplasm around their body from head to toe. This ectoplasm shares the same blue glow as the ring, and is all but transparent, allowing the user to see through it perfectly. This shield cannot be pierced by any means and is able to withstand up to 2x user rank advanced single target damage before breaking. Additionally, once per turn, while this ability is active, the user may negate a spell equal to the rank of this ability making contact with the shield around the user. The user must spend the appropriate MP costs in order to negate a spell. Lastly, the user can choose to copy a spell that they have seen in the same thread up to once per turn, effectively allowing the user to absorb the spell’s magical blueprint through the ectoplasm so it can be recast by the user. The user must spend the appropriate amount of MP to copy a spell, and they can only copy a spell that is equal to the rank of this ability or lower. The user can only copy a spell from its original casting, meaning that they cannot copy a spell that is already being cast as a copy.

Description: Spies tend to have a lot of advanced, creative, and deadly tools and attacks. They also tend to find themselves in combat with other spies with similarly dangerous equipment. Crafted with some of these espionage trade secrets in mind, this ring emits a frequency of invisible energy in max user burst range around the player that protects them from certain effects and helps them dodge attacks. Up to once per turn, the user may teleport to any location within their max burst range. Additionally, this energy is capable of disrupting the efficiency of some spells after they have been cast, as the spell’s magic must be filtered through the energy field before it reaches the user. Due to this, while the field of disruption is active, any debuffs the user suffers are reduced by 50%, effectively halving the potency of the debuffs. Additionally, the field can cause spells to sporadically lose their accuracy, allowing the user to redirect a spell with up to once per turn. The user must spend the necessary amount of MP to redirect a spell, and they can only redirect a spell equal in rank to this ability or lower. The spell must make contact with this spell in order to be succesfully redirected, and the spell being redirected cannot be redirected at another entity.

Description:
A cyborg whose real name and history are forever buried beneath layers upon layers of classified documents, this cyborg is a unique model codenamed "Greyhound." From what little unclassified information there is, he was once a secret agent who proudly served his country until a betrayal from a fellow agent he once called a friend left him badly wounded and barely clinging to life. At death's door and wanting revenge for the betrayal, the subject who would become known as "Greyhound" willingly underwent cyborg conversion to go into the field once again. His superiors also granted him a chance at revenge when his former friend was declared a traitor and the newly rebuilt Greyhound's first mission was bringing the traitor to justice, dead or alive.
After dealing with his treacherous former friend and completing a variety of classified missions for over thirty years, Greyhound was implanted with a memory suppression chip that would keep all of his exploits forever secret and honorably discharged to get a chance at a normal life. However, the newly released agent just could not get used to civilian life and after a year returned to a life in the shadows, this time as a mercenary. Looking to get back into action once again, Greyhound is now looking for a new cause to fight for.
Equipped with a special nanoforged blade capable of cutting through both body armor and light vehicles, extensive knowledge of weapons usage and infiltration techniques, plus a special stealth field that can foil almost all forms of visual and electronic detection, Greyhound is an expert in his field. Using his stealth field to conceal himself, he can sneak past most security measures and can allow his owner to do the same with a special weaker version of his top-secret stealth field. If the mission goes bad and the time for stealth has passed, Greyhound is more than able to fight his way out of trouble with his nanoforged blade and any weapon that his owner gives him or he can "acquire" in the field. All in all, Greyhound is a valuable asset for anyone looking for a friend in the shadows.
Abilities:- Plot Ability:
Weapons Master: Those who think that Greyhound is only able to use a sword will be pleasantly surprised to learn that Greyhound can also use other weapons. If one wants him to use a weapon other than his sword, hand him another and simply instruct him to use it. Thanks to a combination of an implanted combat chip and his past experience, Greyhound will be able to use it with the ease of a master.

The Stealth Field also dampens a user's footsteps to make 50% less noise than normal. Furthermore, the user gets a user rank active buff to Speed multiplied by 1.5x for the duration of the ability. Energlove 6.0 Prototype

Description:
The Energlove 6.0 Prototype was engineered to be the swiss army knife of gloves for the most overt and covert of operatives. It’s easily concealable with its consciously non-bulky design, and while the outer shell is made of the strongest of metals and polymers, it remains mobile and light. The showstopper is the energy core that sits on the wrist like a large watch face. It is a self-sustaining energy source that powers the glove non-stop, even under the heaviest usage. Cutting edge technology has enabled the energy drawn from the core to be shaped by the gloves, which use sensors to read impulses sent from the brain. This energy, once it takes the desired shape, becomes as hard as metal although luminescent blue and semi-transparent, suitable for shields, blades, guns, grappling hooks, etc. It can easily replace most tools and weapons in a spy or soldier’s arsenal and support kit.
This piece of tech relies on no magic and was made for a rather secret convention concerning weapons, armors, and other tech aimed to be sold to those who need a little help with their goals. The intent was that this prototype would do the demonstration, then the manufacturer would get orders and mass produce it as needed to the buyers. However, before it could even be shown at the convention, it was stolen and never seen again. Until now.
Abilities:- plot ability:
Super Spy: The glove has multiple functions that enhance the user’s stealth and spying abilities. These functions can be and are not limited to hearing through walls by pressing the vibration-sensitive fingertips to them, grappling hooks to scale buildings and mountains with ease, and lockpicking capabilities to either breach or escape most places [The user must have OOC permission to use this ability on a player character, a player-owned NPC, or an Event NPC as well as associated magics belonging to those mentioned].

Assassin's Shadow
Wielder:
[Insert Character Name here]

Description:
Sometimes covert business and operations require a little intervention that goes beyond that of simple thievery, subterfuge, sabotage, stealth, and subversion. The art of killing in the most subtle way possible is regarded both as a form of art and a sophisticated skill that only the best of the best can acquire through careful training, incredible prowess as well as talent, and insightful intelligence that goes beyond the mere gathering of information. A substantial industry and culture have developed within the underworld centered around people who take up this profession, those same people being called "spies", "hitmen", "assassins", or sometimes simply referred to as "killers". Still, even among them, there were some that stood out for their inhuman abilities, one such man, whose name has already passed into legend and story, working from within the shadows to build himself a reputation of no equal among the intelligence operatives and infiltrators of the criminal underworld. It is said that he could move faster than any eye could see and effortlessly blend into the shadows, striking from anywhere with a swift and deadly accuracy that could kill in an instant. Still, some believe this to be entirely fiction, for a man that can kill anyone with a single blow sounds too out of this world to be true. Yet, others claim the man mysteriously vanished some 100 years ago, leaving behind no trace of his existence, making it hard to prove that the legends and stories surrounding the man are true. Who can truly say what is truth and what is a lie, though? Perhaps the man's legacy lives on, and perhaps another one could claim such fame as this legendary individual for oneself if one possessed his abilities?
Abilities:
✕ Legendary Killer ✕
The Legendary Assassin's skills were so respected among his peers that his talent has become the stuff of legend. Shadows seemed to cling to this man's form and act as a separate existence under his control, leaving many wondering what exactly it was that gave him his power. The user gains access to a new magic type called "Assassin", which can be used in the creation of magics. "Assassin" type magic grants the user access to "Caster" type spells, as well as "Requip" type, spells in any magic using the "Assassin" magic type. The benefit levels for "Assassin" type magic can be found below:- Solitary: Character can have up to 5 Requip spells active at once. +200% to Movement Speed.
- Primary: Character can have up to 4 Requip spells active at once. + 150% to Movement Speed.
- Auxiliary: Character can have up to 3 Requip spells active at once. +100% to Movement Speed.
✕ Swiftness ✕
The master of these abilities was a man said to be able to move as fast as a shadow extinguishing a light, blending into the darkness with his unrivaled agility and sheer speed. The user gains a 200% increase to their Base Movement Speed as well as a 50% increase to their Spell Cost Reductions. Lastly, the user of this mythical technique gains a regular passive 300% buff to Movement Speed.
✕ Shadow's Power ✕
Shadow seemed to cling to the man who had obtained the power of the darkness that assassins seemed to rely upon to an almost obsessive degree, and his command of shadow was a thing most fearsome. The user's being is afflicted by darkness and shadow, so much so that their blood flows black instead of red. The user gains a 150% buff to their Base Spell Speed as well as a 150% buff to their base Spell Range. Lastly, the user gains access to either a 100% Base Spell Damage buff or a 100% Base Strength buff, depending on the way the shadows that cling to them integrate into their system. The user must specify which stat is chosen when this lineage is handed in for approval and note it down in the marked area below:
Stat chosen (Base increase to): [Specify Strength or Spell Damage here]
✕ Assassin's Armory ✕
Naturally, one's own abilities are not all an assassin should rely upon, as an assassin's armory of tools is almost as useful as one's own natural repertoire of skills and abilities to draw from. Sometimes, the former can even be used to reach the potential of the latter. The user not only gains 100% additional jewels from any completed job, they also gain a single additional H+ Rank advanced spell and a single additional S+ Rank advanced spell to every magic including the "Assassin" type they possess. Further, they also obtain a single additional Signature spell, which is equal to user rank and ranks up to S Rank, as well as 2 regular spell slots, which rank with the user up to S Rank, to every magic including the "Assassin" type they possess. If any of these additional spells are used to create a "Requip" type spell, the Requip in question gains an additional ability equal to spell rank.
✕ No Second Strike ✕
The Legendary Assassin was famous not only for his skill and his prowess but also for a fabled technique that was said to be able to finish any opponent in a single strike. Named "No Second Strike" by those that would talk about it, the technique itself would almost exceed the assassin's fame itself, the martial art as its core swiftly becoming part of mainstream teachings. The user can double the total maximum damage of a single spell or melee strike per post. This takes place after all modifying factors apply (Downsides and base increases) and regular buffs are factored in. Only one instance of damage dealt in a single post can benefit from this effect, meaning that DoT spells or other percentage-based effects are not included in this increase (Only the initial damage of a DoT spell would be affected). Further, the strike in question (whether spell or melee hit) can pierce shields, armor, or barriers, sacrificing no damage in the process, and can not be countered by counter-effects, negated, reflected, or redirected in any way and cannot be consumed by slayers.
Price: 1,000,000 Jewels or 50 CC
