Starlight Maiden is the ability to possess and control the light of the stars, to manifest in or around the body of the caster. Starlight Maiden magic appears to others as a white glowing light and can take different shapes depending on the user's will. The light is pulled from the skies and wields to the control of the caster, because of the casters affinity to the stars it is not harmful to caster but can be when used as a weapon against others. Because the starlight radiates with the vibrational matter when impacting an opponent it delivers and powerful force. Similar to a very strong punch or kick.
The magic can be radiated from the body to be used as a shield exuded its own force to repel the attacks of others. The kinetic energy in the starlight repels the attack in the opposite direction. Can be used to shield body in the form of an aura. It can also be moulded into shapes of light, orbs or spears, which can be used as a weapon. The caster can adjust the intensity of the magic, depending on their rank. The more intense the magic the hotter and more damaging it is, this is limited by rank. The magic can also be used not to harm others but as a source of light or warmth. Because stars are essentially burning clouds of gas, when struck with the spell, the opponent can receive painful burns. The magic is more resistant to the magic that emanates heat or fire. The intensity of the heat can be manipulated by the caster to a harmless warmth. The caster cannot allowed the Starlight be cooled completely as it would nullify the spell.

Description:
It is said that magic is the extension of one's will, the physical manifestation of the power of one's soul, though in the end a tool created to achieve one's own goal, designed to overpower the will of others, carrying with it inherent selfishness. Still, magic is not a fundamental law of nature, but yet another weapon of war, another device created. The author of this lineage scroll, however, claims that magic is not the pinnacle of power, but quite the opposite. It is written that there are things that easily surpass the limitations set by magical abilities. Magic, like many things among men, is but an artificial concept, and, as the author of this strange, almost cryptic lineage scroll claims, something objectively inferior to the abilities granted by the depths of the cosmos ... and what elder horrors reside within those depths, of course.
Abilities:
Sovereign of Nothingness:
The user of this lineage is granted insight into the inner workings of the cosmos, the very fundament of reality itself, by trading something of theirs to higher powers, in one way or another, in exchange for power that is unreachable for those relying on magic to reach their goals. The user gains access to a new magic type called "Cosmic" and is able to use this magic type to create magics. Cosmic Magic in itself is not magic per se, but rather the manipulation of cosmic energies by the user, similar in effect to casting "Caster" type spells. The benefit levels for Cosmic Magic are specified below (These benefits apply only to the "Cosmic" type magic in question, not the character itself, excluding the MP increase):- Solitary: +3 posts to max spell durations, +50% MP cost reduction, +25% to MP

Imperator of Dust:
The user of this lineage, while granted the knowledge to manipulate and utilize cosmic energies, is also indirectly granted superior knowledge over the nature and flow of Magic and Ethernano. The wielder can apply this knowledge to directly influence the magic of another, though it is not unlimited. This allows the user to, once per thread, negate a spell within their user-rank burst range for free, provided the spell is of H rank or lower. This negation is not affected by counter-effects and cannot be negated itself. The spell being negated seems to lose color, turning grey before fading away into dust, scattering into nothing. After the spell is negated, the user absorbs its magical power for their own use, gaining the MP it took to produce the spell that was negated through this lineage effect originally.
Regent of the Void:
The user of this lineage, after studying the scroll containing details of the horrors from beyond, has gained an innate understanding of the fabric that makes up reality itself, and, in a small way, is granted the ability to manipulate this very fabric, altering the manifestation of their will to give them an advantage. The user gains a base increase to their MP depending on their rank (Increases follow the chart below). The base increase is factored in before all buffs apply. Further, the user also gains access to a 5% MP regen per post which is independent from their regular MP regen maximum, meaning the combined total MP regen, including this ability, can reach 10% per post max.- D rank: +25 base MP

Monarch of Emptiness:
Cosmic energy, in effect, interacts with its environment similarly to magic, though is, at its core, vastly more powerful, flexible, and possesses a higher potential for manipulation than magic itself. Still, Cosmic Magic requires great intellect, intuition, and skill to wield effectively, though, through the insight granted by this scroll, that shouldn't be a problem for the user. The user, as a consequence, gains 2 additional Signature Spell slots to be used on a single one of their "Cosmic" type magics, one additional Advanced Spell slot that ranks up with the user (Up to S+) to be used on a single one of their "Cosmic" type magics, and an additional H+ rank Advanced Spell slot (Unlocked at H rank) to be used on a single one their "Cosmic" type magics. Further, the user has the option to give up their H rank spell slot within one of their "Cosmic" magics to gain an additional H+ rank Advanced Spell slot (Unlocked at H rank) within the same magic, though this spell is limited to a single user per thread and costs double the regular base MP to cast.
Ruler of All:
While the user's understanding of reality extends to the control of magic and magical power, it is not exclusively limited to it. The user, through the secrets revealed to them by this scroll, has obtained the ability to shape reality itself. This grants them a 200% buff to spell damage while also granting the following effect: Within their user-rank advanced Multi Target range, the user can freely shape the world around themselves according to their liking. This includes changing the physical state of materials, their shape, density, temperature, and all other attributes they possess. This further enables the user to manipulate all aspects of their selves, including voice, appearance, blood type et cetera. If players, player-owned NPCs, Event NPCs or player-owned equipment are manipulated in any way using this ability the user must seek OOC permission before. Attacks with a manipulated element always possess user-rank advanced Multi Target range and move at user-rank advanced Multi Target speed, dealing user-rank advanced Multi Target damage (capped at H+ rank). Description: Centuries ago, a tribe came to Fiore from a continent that is so incredibly far away that to this day those who ventured to find it have failed; the tribe members claimed to have come from a place called "Egypt". Wherever the tribe went, they prospered beyond belief; to each country and continent they went to, they rose to become the most powerful group of people there. Eventually, they were captured by all dark guilds at the time for their fortune and ability to prosper, and when the tribe refused to cooperate, they were all killed. Luckily, some were not captured, so your bloodline still lives on today. However, you must be wondering - "How did they do it?". Well, it's quite simple.
The tribe from Egypt, which were known as Egyptians, were cast away from their homeland by raiders with absolutely nothing. An Egyptian goddess, who was saddened by what could potentially happen to her people, cast a powerful spell over the tribe to make them the luckiest people on the planet (literally!). Because of this, the tribe was able to find a significant more amount of jewels, items to sell, and they were said to be so lucky that they could even cheat death and danger; of course, that wasn't the case when they were completely obliterated...- Ability: The user is given 3 passive abilities and 2 active abilities, though they can only ever choose one ability from the passive and active parts of this lineage. Whenever going on a job, the user must always pick from one of the following abilities:
* Increase your own jewel reward by 100%
* Find a custom weapon, item, or armor (rank depends on the difficulty of the job; you get to choose the type of item)
* Increase the jewel reward of you and ONE other participant of the job by 50%
The user's active ability are the following:
* The user is able to sacrifice their EXP gained from jobs for additional jewels
* The user's luck will become at its peak (as though you needed any more...) and will now have great things overall happen to them. This ranges from getting a simple kiss from that one special person, to having your opponent stumble, causing them to, even if narrowly, miss the direction they were sending their spell at. - Usage: Lineage has three passive abilities and two active abilities; you MUST pick one of the passive abilities at the start of any job. Description: In all magic there are prodigies and masters, those who from an early age are destined to be a natural talent in a particular magic or skill. For the Master of the Other World, this mastery comes in the form of summoning; they seem to see lines where others would not and are able to make contracts with their summons of choice which are lasting, and more binding than those made by a normal wizard. When these masters choose to show their power, they seem to be able to better control, and better understand their summons. For some, this is due to a deeper understanding, and even friendship, for others it is their will which allows them to overpower that of the summons.- Ability: The user gains the ability to actively maintain one additional Summon spell on top of the active Summon slots they already have. If the user does not possess a magic that is at least of an Auxiliary Summoning type, the active summon cap is raised from one slot to two slots instead.

Name: Armoured Beast
Description: A humanoid monster was said to live in a small village in Fiore. The monster was said to be intelligent, yet strong. However, despite holding the intelligence of a human, it was shunned for it's hideous figure, which lead to it crafting it's own armor to hide it. Eventually the armoured beast rescued a princess in distress and they fell in love, eventually settling down and making a family. Their children, however, didn't have a hideous appearance of their father but they were prodigy at war and wore armour fit for conquerors.- Ability: A passive defensive ability that allows the user to have a higher endurance (50% more HP), tolerance (Poisons and disease/curse effects last half as long) and a keener intellect than most others.

It also means that once she activates any Starlight based magic, she will receive a 70% buff to spell damage. The range for this ability is her 'self', the speed is 'melee' and the ability will last a duration of 10 posts before needing to be recast.
- Starlight Orbit: The caster can summon three mini Suns that orbit them, creating a gravitational equilibrium and allowing the caster to levitate in essentially any direction. The caster speed will increase by 70%, this can be applied in addition to Starlight comet. The range for this ability is her 'self', the speed is 'melee' and the ability will last a duration of 10 posts before needing to be recast. Whilst active any spells that are designed to 'immobilise' Nessa, will be rendered less effective and instead, she will receive a 50% decrease to base speed.
- Maiden's empowerment: Nessa's magic is inherited meaning she carries the magical ability of all Starlight Maiden's in her family, this inherited energy is designed to empower Nessa. Meaning once she activates any Starlight based magic, she will receive a 70% buff to spell damage. The range for this ability is her 'self', the speed is 'melee' and the ability will last a duration of 10 posts before needing to be recast. It also means debuff effects used on Nessa are filtered and become 50% less effective.

Description: Starlight Orb is a spell that pulls the power of starlight and shapes them into orb-like spheres that can be propelled towards the opponent. The caster can create one orb or several. The orbs can move quickly but not as fast as Starlight Spear, as they are not as aerodynamic. If there is a single opponent that is moving around, the spell can be divided into multiple orbs as a means of more chance of hitting the target. Once activated Nessa receives a spell damage buff of 70% for the spell's duration, to reactivate, she needs to summon a new set of orbs.
Plot Abilities: The caster can reduce the intensity of the magic to produce a gentle warm glow that does no damage. This gentler version of the spell is ideal for lighting up a dark room or warming those around it. The caster can also create a single floating star, the star itself is harmless, but has the ability to locate what you seek should you ask. Starlight guide can be sent to an ally to lead them to the caster if they are lost or in danger. It can also sure you, your heart's true desire. Requires OOC permission to be used on other players and NPCs.

Starlight Pulse summons a giant wave of Starlight magic through her body causing Nessa's overall Spell Damage to be buffed by 115%. The caster places their paces vertically next to each other facing outwards, thumbs crossed over one another. Once the magic is released, it will disperse forward and spread outward, hitting any opponents around of the caster within an range of 500 metres, unless they are able to move out of the way before the spell lands or create a strong enough barrier. The spell expels it's magic in waves, each post the magic releases for a new wave unleashing a new bout of damage on any targets it lands on. Additionally, being struck by the spell will deal 5% burn damage to Mana and HP once every post for its duration. If the spell hits any shields, barriers or armours, it will pierce through at the cost of 50% of it's base damage.

Duration this accumilation of magic, Nessa recieves a Spell Damage buff of 115% for the spell's duration.

Description: The stars appear to be pulled downwards from the sky in the form of twinkling rain. Although this spell is very pretty, it is harmful to anyone hit with it. Ideal for when the caster is alone and fighting a moving target or surrounded by several targets. Due to the caster affinity for the spell, they can be showered with the magic and remain unaffected. The spell has the same trajectory as heavy rain only it is starlight magic in the droplets instead of water. Anyone Nessa considers an ally will not be harmed by the spell. Anyone caught in this spell will have their speed debuff by 70% for the remainder of the spell. They will also be drained of HP for 5% once per post for the spell's duration. Additionally, the starlight rain can be used to ‘wash away’ the effects of one spell equivalent rank or lower granted Nessa pays the equivalent mp cost. This negates one effect once per post.

When in the range of this spell a target is immobilised, once every other round for the duration of spell for as long as they continue to be struck by the spell. Everyone hit with the spell will also have their speed debuffed by 70% for the duration of the spell and be drained of MP for 5% once per post for the spell's duration.

Similar to starlight orbs but only works if the opponent is close range. Cannot be propelled away from her body, must remain connected to these limbs in order to remain effective. Because of the nature of this technique, Nessa has basic combat training from her father in order to deliver this attack effectively. Once activated Nessa's speed is buffed for 70% for the remainder of the spell's duration. Additionally, when attacking shields, armours or barriers, the damage will pierce through at the cost of 50% of its base damage.

Moving at great speeds around the body, when an enemies spell strikes the whirlwind it is repelled back at the attacker. This can only reflect spells of S rank or lower. The shield will renew every round for the duration of the spell. In order to reflect spells back at the caster, Nessa must pay the cost of the spell being reflected twice.

Description: As the name suggests, the starlight magic takes the form of a sword. The magic is pooled into the casters dominant hand, for Nessa her right, and reshaped. Because the magic isn't divided the spell, when it lands, delivers the full damage permitted to it in this case 202HP. It is also a faster and more direct form of attack, however, because the spell cannot be propelled or thrown as it is a heavier form of magic that must remain connected to the caster's hands. Once hit with the sword, the target will be drained for 5% HP and MP once per round and receive a debuff to spell damage of 105% for the remainder of the spell's duration.

Once activated Nessa receives a durability buff of 65% for the spell's duration. The spell's durability will also restore at the beginning of each post.

Description: Nessa's body will glow with soft starlight, this magical light will heal Nessa's hp for the equivalent spell damage, can be activated once per post for the duration before it must be cast. Also can be transferred to an ally, once doing so however means the spell will have to be recast to be used again. Once activated she will receive a healing buff of 65% for the spell's duration. This spell is also able to negate one spell/ability effect of equivalent rank or lower for the cost of the equivalent spells/abilities mana, this can only be used one per post.

Additionally being caught under the net will reduce the captures speed by 65% for the duration of the spell as well as deal AoE rank damage. They also are drained for 5% of their mana once per post for the remainder of the spell's duration.

Description: Upon touching another player, the caster has the ability to temporarily transfer some of their magic to another player. The receiving player will begin to glow with starlight and their movements will become faster. Receiving a 65% speed buff for the remainder of the spell's duration. She can buff seven individuals in total, and can also negate one spell of equivalent rank or lower on herself or an ally should she pay the equivalent mana of the spell negated. This can only be done once per post. She can also copy one spell of herself or an ally [with ooc permission] of equivalent rank or lower as long as she pays the equivalent mana. This can only occur once per post.

Description: The caster places their hands on the ground, and releases pulses of magic that burrow themselves underground. Upon receiving a target from the caster, an orb of light will burst out from underneath the target. Hitting them with a painful ray of starlight. The caster can create one pulse or several. Being hit by this spell can immobilise a target once every other round. If this light hits an armour or shield it will pierce through but deal 50% of its base damage. If hit the target will receive a 100% debuff to their durability for the spell’s duration.

When activated this spell gives Nessa the ability to summon a cluster of stars that will suddenly appear a few metres away and shoot towards her targeted enemy (As long as they are in range). If this spell lands a hit, the enemy will be hit with 50% Single Target Damage of that rank, leaving a glowing mark on the area of skin that received the hit. This burn will deal 50% of this same damage per post for several posts until the damage has reached a maximum of 2.5x the damage. Additionally when activated Nessa receives a buff of 90% to spell speed for the remainder of the spell's duration.

Description: The area will begin to twinkle with flecks of Starlight, although these do not appear threatening, anyone stood near them in the specified range above with be dealt B+ Aoe rank damage. On top of which once hit with the spell, the starlight flecks will coat the skin of that person, draining them of 5% Hp and Mp for the duration of the spell, even should they move out of range. They can also debuff any spell damage by 90% for the duration of the spell.

Additionally, she receives a healing buff of 55% for the duration of the spell.
