Description: Elementals are anthropomorphic personifications. In other words, they are natural processes or elemental forces that have been given a form capable of interacting with the world. The mage seeks out and makes contracts with these elemental beings. Once a contract is made the mage can summon the elemental to aid them.
In order to make a contract with an elemental, the mage has to earn their token. This can be done by performing a task for the elemental, proving the mage's worth to the elemental, or otherwise gaining their trust and respect. In certain rare cases, a mage may so embody the characteristics that an elemental prizes that they may seek out said mage of their own accord and make a contract. In any case, once an elemental consents to a contract with the mage, it grants a token to them that they must keep with them. In order to summon the contracted elemental, the wizard must touch the item, focus on the elemental's image, and say its name. If the elemental's token is ever lost, the mage loses the ability to summon it.

Description: In order to summon this elemental, the mage touches the token she has bestowed on them (in Cuthbert's case it is a purple acorn) and says "Decida". The token will glow and moments later a sapling will sprout from the ground at the caster's feet. This tiny sapling will quickly grow into a towering tree standing a good 9 feet tall, which will then morph and shift its form, changing from that of a tree to that of a slender old woman. Gnarled branches meld and and contort to become hands and feet. The trunk splits to form legs and morphs into a willowy body. The tree's leaves cascade down the back of a newly formed head like a full mane of hair. Decida breaks a long branch off of her own body to use as a staff upon which she leans. The newly formed face has no eyes or mouth per se, but there are recognizable features on the countenance of the elemental. Her voice is quite definitely female, and obviously ancient. She has a quiet, calm demeanor, kindly and reminiscent of a grandmother figure.

Description: Decida waves her hand and roots rapidly grow from the earth around her, shaping themselves around the target in a protective barrier that will remain until it is destroyed or the elemental dismisses it.

Description: Decida shakes her head, dislodging several leaves which fall on the target or targets. When the leaves touch the target in question, there is a flash of green light and their wounds receive healing and relief of pain.

Description: In order to summon this elemental, the mage touches the token he has bestowed on them (in Cuthbert's case it is a small, red, hexagonal gem) and says "Vitrolus". The token will glow and moments later the ground will crack and split at the caster's feet and Vitrolus will burst forth in a blaze of glory. Vitrolus is a black fennec fox with glowing orange eyes, wisps of fire and smoke curling up from his large ears, and a magnificent flaming tail. Vitrolus is a very prickly character and demands at all times to be addressed with respect. He's a bit of a bully, and although it's impossible to tell his age, he acts very much like a petulant child most of the time.

Description: Vitrolus opens his mouth wide and sneezes, sending a moderately sized fireball at his opponent. If struck, the target burns and smolders, unable to be put out by non-magical means.
Spell Effect: Fireball places a DoT on the target, who continues to take 16 HP worth of damage per post until 48 HP worth of damage has been done or the DoT is somehow nullified.

Description: Vitrolus turns his back on his opponent. His tail transforms from flesh and fur into molten lava. The fire spirit then flicks his tail in the direction of his opponent, sending a stream of lava in their direction.

Description: In order to summon this elemental, the mage touches the token he has bestowed on them (in Cuthbert's case it is a smooth, white stone) and says "Buster". The token will glow and moments later the ground will crack and split at the caster's feet, gushing water. Buster will emerge in a bubble of water before hopping out to stand next to the caster. Buster is a cross between an Axolotl and a human. He stands at only about 3'4" tall, with white skin and rosy pink highlights on his tail and the "fronds" on either side of his head. Buster has large, inquisitive black eyes and he's dressed in adventuring clothes, carrying a little walking stick in his hand. He is very childlike in manner, and although he tries to act brave, he is actually very cowardly and most everything frightens him. He has to be coaxed to engage in a battle of any kind.

Description: Buster crouches down and lifts his arms up over his head, drawing a pillar of water out of the earth and up and around his opponent. This is in effect a DoT on the target, who continues to take 16 HP worth of damage per post until 50 HP worth of damage has been done or the target is freed from the pillar of water.

Description: Buster summons a ball of water over one hand which he manipulates to cover a wound on his target. The water begins to glow as it covers the wound, healing 40 damage and alleviating pain.
Plot ability: If the target is suffering from any poison effects, Healing Water will cleanse them of this effect.
Spell Effect: If the player pays the same amount of mana that their opponent paid, this spell will negate a negative effect on the player.

Description: In order to summon this elemental, the mage touches the token she has bestowed on them (in Cuthbert's case it is a metal trinket shaped like a bolt of lightning) and says "Silu". The token will glow and moments later clouds will form overhead. A bolt of lightning will crash down to the earth next to the summoner and at the point of impact, Silu will appear. She appears as a woman with blue-tinted skin and stormy gray eyes. Her hair is a dark, almost blue-black and resembles roiling storm clouds that fall down her slender back. She has an exotic accent, and even though she is friendly--even flirtatious--with most, everyone who interacts with her gets a distinct feeling of danger from her.

Description: Silu creates a powerful blast of air that throws her opponent upward. The force of the air buffets and bludgeons the target and hurls them upward a number of feet. After the spell ceases, the target falls down to the ground once again. *Note: The knockback effect of this spell requires OOC permission if used on another player.
Spell Effect: The character targeted by this spell is immobilized for one post by the wind buffeting them. If the character is to be immobilized again, they need to be hit by Gust of Wind again.
Spell Effect: The target of this spell takes a 5% burn on their HP.

Description: Silu calls down a vertical bolt of lightning that deals electricity damage. The bolt of lightning flashes down in a vertical stroke at whatever target point chosen within the spell’s range.
Spell Effect: Targets struck by the bolt of lightning take a 50% debuff to their speed.
