This is the opening passage to the Book of Algernon in Phoebe's possession, and perhaps a grim foretelling of what Phoebe's ultimate fate may be. The book itself details the history of a number of demons; such as the romance between Pharo and Stolas, the atrocities committed by Niel, and the ways the genius Monatta spent toiling away to create powerful potions and elixirs. Phoebe had toiled over this book of curses for the longest time, hoping to one day find away to reverse engineer it's magic. Initially she was hoping to cure her own afflictions, and her own diseases, but now that that's done for she's seeking a way to cure others.
One thing she knows for certain however is that the book itself is incredibly useful in her life as a guild mage. While many of those around her may find her magic and curses creepy all she needs is to properly accomplish the jobs she's set out to do. By studying the curses of Monatta, the effigies of the demons, and the clever little ways that she can twist the magic power of the book itself Phoebe has slowly learned to grasp a very dark type of magic.
Unique Abilities:
Ability 1: A number of small mist fairies follow Phoebe around wherever she goes. These fairies are the aspect of Stolas, whom longs to one day be rekindled with his love Pharo. Phoebe can use these mist fairies to whisper messages to people within 60 meters that will be instantly transmitted as if she was whispering right into their ears.

Many of the spells in the Book of Algernon require a component to be cast at all. While there are some exceptions to this it is a general rule of thumb. However no simple flower, berry, or nut will function as a component. What Phoebe requires is the usage of special components that have emotions tied to them. For the most part she can generate these flowers using spirits she's summoned herself. However, if a component piece bears emotional importance to someone it can serve just as well if not better than a generated component. Some spells can only be cast using components infused with the emotions of another person (i.e; A white rose given to a spouse on valentine's day. A rotten apple thrown to an orphan who despises it's existence. Or a Lilac flower placed at the grave of a loved one). It should be noted that a general weakness of Phoebe's Magic is direct conflict due to the myriad of spells she needs to prepare components for.

Downside: As the spell requires Phoebe to whisper an incantation, if she is in anyway silenced she will become entirely unable to create her components severely gimping her entire magic. In addition to this as this spell has no effect other than generating a component she essentially wastes a post standing still.
Description: Phoebe whispers an incantation evoking the tales of the demons from the Book of Algernon. She can create any of the following items by having done so;- A white Rose infused with the ambition of Pharo
- A lilac flower awash with the despair of Stolas
- A cherry filled with the obsession of Monata
- A wheat straw that has embraced the rage of Niel
Regardless of what item is formed, it has a durability of 120HP.- A white Rose infused with the ambition of Pharo

Description: In order to cast this spell Phoebe must turn a lilac flower awash with despair into mist in her hand. A magic chain with a dagger at the end of it quickly sprouts out of the mist in Phoebe's hand. When it locks onto it's target it does not damage them but instead causes them to feel great amounts of despair. It burrows into the part of their body it landed on as if it were a snake slithering into a hole and forces them to relive their own past trauma or experience the trauma that was imbued in the Lilac Flower. The target of this spell loses 75% of their speed if it hits for as long as the spell lasts.

Downside:
Description: In order to cast this spell Phoebe must turn a wheat straw that has embraced rage into mist in her hand. After the straw has turned to mist, an Ibis made of red mist flies out of Phoebe's hand and fuses itself with the target if it hits. The target finds it difficult to breathe afterwards and begins to choke on their own rage, or feel the rage that was imbued in the wheat straw. They receive a 50% debuff to Spell Resistance due to their lack of focus.
