Personality: Quick-witted and cocky, Toril or Tor had always managed to get into trouble and get back out of it without much danger. He was a child that had grown up on the streets, possessing the smarts that he needed to navigate his way through and the skills to fight his way out of any situation his silver tongue would fail. His youth was mainly spent getting into fights and joining gangs, peaking when he was finally admitted into an underground criminal group called Red Eagle that was one of the many dark hands moving Fiore’s surface from beneath. During his time in Red Eagle, Tor got to know Shane Stern, a member of the Rune Knights who had gone undercover to infiltrate the organization, seeking a way to topple them. Shane could see that Tor wasn’t bad by nature, and that he had joined the organization as a way towards a better life, or to survive at least. The youth’s proficiency with magic was also observed by the Rune Knight. After a long period of getting to know each, Tor began to learn and see the world from Shane’s perspective and in his free time would think about how he could live life differently. However, every time he had those thoughts he would dismiss them as a pipe dream, until one day his life reached a pivotal point when Shane finally destroyed the Red Eagle organization. Shane had given Tor a very simple decision to make. Continue living his life from day to day with no meaning whatsoever, or join the Rune Knights and put his skills to good use. In a loss for what to do, Tor had agreed without much thought and in return, had received a letter of recommendation that would allow him to embark on a new life.

Likes:

• Rain, storm, bad weather - It’s weird for a boy who grew up without a proper roof over his head to like bad weather, but perhaps due to his lightning magic, Tor would find himself very comfortable during rainy weather
  
• Archery - For some reason, Tor finds himself most comfortable behind a bow and has honed this craft to become his trademark skill
  
• Bread - Despite having eaten stale bread for most of his life, Tor would still be happy to claim bread as his favorite food, especially sourdough bread

• Drugs - He has seen many of his friends succumb to illegal substances as a way of numbing themselves to their hard life and eventually losing it
  
• Looking down on others - Himself of low status, Tor never allows himself to look down on others
