Man, hadn’t it been a while since he visited Spa Town… its real name being Hosenka. The town of spas, steamy air even in the streets, nice view across the Cloud Sea, a renowned tourist location in Fiore and a town that Mura had visited once before… soooooo many years ago. It must’ve been, what, 9 years ago? During one of his first quests as a Fairy Tail Wizard, he unearthed a plot by people of Sin to dirty the spa waters as a way of luring people away, so they could enjoy the luxurious atmosphere in the town all by themselves.

It took a handful of sword slashes and magic, but Mura proved his mettle to them, and they thought it too much of a hassle to deal with him and the upcoming reinforcements, in which they ditched their plan and never returned again. Compared to future opponents on his path as a wizard, they were fairly tame and… somewhat unaware of just how much of an annoyance that they had become. They also seemed really lazy, so perhaps they just decided to stay home and grow up. Hopefully.

Hmh, if this was just for entertainment - the reason for him being here today - then surely, he would’ve invited Mythica with him. However, the client in question of today’s quest simply wanted Mura to watch over said client’s wife - you see, said wife was a bearer of a very priced Celestial Key, which made her a target of jealous Celestial Wizards - and the paper specifically suspected one of the wife’s closest friends to hold deep grudges against her. Even with people like Zachary brightly standing as righteous users of such Celestial Summoning Magic, they too could sprout a few sour weeds… upon reading it, it saddened the Guildmaster a little.

That was why he visited the client in a hurry to gain more intel, but the client was nowhere to be found - despite him having signed the quest paper by the name ‘Maverick Maroon’ - funny name, by the way - Mura soon got himself informed by Hosenka’s officials that Maverick had been reported missing a week ago. At that point, Mura began to worry, for it was likely that the worst had happened to him… which meant that his wife, if she was still around, would meet the same, assumed fate if he didn’t watch her back.

He quickly found the client’s wife who worked as the town’s local soothsayer. Using her enlightened vision, she claimed that the stars in the skies whispered the world’s secrets to her in small sips, random at times but more than often convenient and helpful enough to benefit the people of Hosenka, hence why her business had boomed. When the quest paper was shown to her, along with necessary info from her missing husband, she shrugged… and then she expressed:

“My husband is on a journey to Bosco right now - so he told me. Who are you to come with such a weird claim? Why do you think that my life is in danger?”

“B-But isn’t this belonging to him, then?”

She did skim the paper, though, and confirm the handwriting to be his, but still…

“Yes, that is his handwriting… still, why is he- this makes no sense,” she expressed with a voice of slight suspicion, “He knows about my powers, my vision granted from the stars themselves - he knows that I see my life planned out in front of me, but why has he revealed to you about my Celestial Key? Who are you, whom my husband thinks he can order around-“

Wait, she didn’t know him? That was weird… oh well, perhaps she didn’t read magazines.

“I-I’m Mura. Mura Kensho, Guildmaster of Fairy Tail.”

“Ah, from the tales that my friends tell each other… sadly, I cannot confirm the truth in your statement - I am blind, you see…”

Okay, what even… how did she feel safe like this?

“Wait, you’re blind?!” he expressed in shock. This was a good moment to inform the reader that Mura was sitting inside a decorated tent with purple, red and yellow garments - much like a gloomy soothsayer’s lair. “Then how’d you know that it’s your husband’s handwritin-“

“The stars, sonnie… they told me. And I put my whole faith in them and what they convey to me. I do not need protection nor bodyguards nor magical mercenaries… I will wait for my husband to return, so he can explain things to me in full detail. Whenever that’ll happen, the stars will soon tell me.”

That pretty much summed up Mura’s predicament; she didn’t want help or protection, being convinced that her visual prowess was more than enough to keep her safe. And yet… given that she didn’t even know when her husband would return, Mura worried for her. It would surely fail, that ability of hers… he had to watch over her.

That was when he noticed, by waiting outside of the tent, that she didn’t notice his presence despite her so-called ‘visual omni-awareness’ or whatever. Maybe, he just had to survey her from the shadows.

This led to what he was doing now - cross-legged position, his sheathed katana Harusame and red dagger Futsu no Mitama resting on his chest as he sat behind a huge boulder with steam all around him. This room was huge, one of Hosenka’s biggest spa rooms, and the wife of the client was having a sweet talk with two other women. Thankfully, the steam prevented him from having to look at her or anyone else in this room, for it was quite embarrassing…

But if there was a chance that one of her friends would do something to her out of spite, then he had to protect her. That was the purpose of the quest.

For now, it didn’t seem like any of the friends along the wife had anything against her. And the steam was making him yawny…

    Zzz…

His two spirit companion, the blue spirit ball Kyuken and the green spirit ball Zirconis, both eyed the almost-sleeping shaman. The blue samurai ghost commented: “H-Hey, he’s falling asleep again! Zirconis, quick, bite him or something-“

“What? I can’t, I’m a ghost… but it is embarrassing of him to fall asleep during a mission-“

“I… I can still hear you two-“ Mura grunted, but he quickly held his mouth by the sound of someone asking ‘what was that voice?’ from the spa. Where he sat, he could see the entire pool from atop a huge boulder with a rock covering him, but his voice could still reach them… he had to be silent.

    “D-Damnit… zzz…”

Just hurry up and finish your little bath, so they could get out of here, mistress… he wouldn’t be quick enough to shield her if he waited outside…

The door to the spa room opened at that moment and inside stepped a rather tall kitsune, dressed in only a bathrobe, her nine tails lightly swishing behind her. She looked a little worse for wear but that was only to be expected. She’d been simply walking along, minding her own business, when some raving lunatic had come up from behind her and demanded to see her master. Her master? What kind of stupidity was that? In all her time exploring Fiore, she’d never been in that kind of situation before. He hadn’t listened to a word she’d said and despite all of her protests that he clearly had the wrong person, he attacked her anyway. The arrogance of the man. Luckily, she’d managed to escape with only a few bruises and she was at least proud that she’d managed to hit him with a couple of lightning spells for his rudeness. He was still out there someone though and the nine tailed fox hoped that she’d never set eyes on that weirdo again.

Still, as she glanced around at the lovely spa in front of her, a smile crossed the features of the centuries old vixen and without any hesitation, she’d enter the water. Oh, it felt heavenly and it was like all of her stress just disappeared, the moment her body touched the lovely liquid. It’d been so long since she’d last visited Hosenka and it honestly hadn’t been where she’d planned on visiting but after her encounter with the maniac, she felt like she deserved a little pampering. Mind you, didn’t she always? Pleasure was the spice of life after all and the raven haired kitsune could never say no to a fun time.

As she almost disappeared completely into the water, her ears would twitch as she picked up on a conversation taking place a short distance away from her. Three women, by the sounds of it, gossiping sweetly to each other. The vixen had never been able to stop herself from listening in to other people’s conversations and her attention was definitely grabbed as a rather stern voice said something about having someone approach her and warning her that her life was in danger. The kitsune couldn’t help but wonder about whether it had something to do with her own troubles and so she made her way towards the women.

Being the prankster that she often was though, Menka couldn’t help but try and pull something off and so she’d take a deep breath and sink into the water, before swimming silently over to where the women were chatting. She swam rather majestically and had to admit that it was lovely to take a dip in such lovely water. She’d have to visit here more often, perhaps with a friend or two although she wasn’t sure if they’d be able to stay for too long. Her pals tended to be rather rowdy at the best of times and Menka wasn’t exactly always a master of manners either.

Finding the perfect spot behind the three women, the kitsune would certainly reemerge from the water, causing them to scream in alarm. “Hi there!” She simply said with a chuckle, finding their reactions hilarious although judging by the way they were looking at her, they didn’t seem to find her joke all that funny. Saying that, they didn’t shoo her away though and she was soon perched beside them, happy to take part in their conversation. She only wished that she had a camera though, as the looks on their faces must have been priceless when she’d reappeared.

Post by Mura Kensho 5th November 2020, 12:34 pm

”… Hey, Kyuken, look at that-“ Zirconis called for his ghost fellow to glare over at the area behind the three women, where a suspicious, black figure was torpedoing towards the group, “Couldn’t that be-!”

“Huh?! The persecutor!” Kyuken screamed, thankfully mute to the ears of most nonwizards except those with close ties to the other world - including youkais such as fox girls or shamans like Mura - as he tugged onto Mura’s gi, “MURA! MURA! THEY’RE HERE TO KILL HER!!!”

Mura jolted up on his feet by the warning. He couldn’t be too late to save her, not if he rushed down now! He pulled down the manifestation of a purple, antique helmet that rendered him entirely invisible before charging down from the air towards the three women, hoping that they wouldn’t notice how the steam around Mura was pushed away by a seemingly invisible force. He spotted the shadow under the water, and he was about to reach them when the figure revealed itself to be that of a woman - not just a woman, and not just a… buttnaked one at that, but a kitsune.

And her exclamation held no ill intent towards the women, so Mura just floated above the area between the three and the kitsune - holding onto his invisibility helmet for dear life - with his face red as hot pepper. He averted his eyes away by using his arm and forgot to fly. Therefore, near the edge between the huge boulder and the water - about 50 meters away - he splashed down.

He quickly ran away before the women could spot him, thankfully due to the thick mist covering his ass… but damn, the mist was rather thick. He could barely make out his hand right in front of his face…

Was that- wait, no, this couldn’t be… a tombstone? In the middle of a spa?! Mura surely was behind the boulder now, so he approached the tombstone and figured that someone must’ve pulled a prank on him, but they hadn’t spotted him yet, and he could hear their blabbering… they hadn’t noticed him, he thought.

The tombstone, though… it read out his name… before he glanced over the boulder to secure his secrecy, he read that. Mura Kensho… as if it was his tombstone. Why would it read out his name, though?

It was gone, as well… did someone cast an illusion spell on him?! Had they spotted him?! He was so paranoid at this point that he dove down and laid on the bottom of the pool, his face too red to even attempt to reach up to the surface again.

The ex-Celestial Wizard, however, showed genuine fear seemingly towards the kitsune, in which she almost toppled back on her bum. Her two girlfriends had to catch her shoulders to calm her down, only mildly phased by the surprise from the new but friendly figure. “H-Hi…” the ex-Celestial Wizard greeted back to her, “Sorry, I… not you, I saw someone… I think. My vision- n-nevermind… what was that noise, though…”

She held her forehead in deep thought, wondering just what she saw. Despite being blind, she had a vision of a figure nearby - mostly transparent by a veil of magic, but it was definitely a person. The person had been in hiding for a while… why was her heart beating so fast? Was she afraid? After what she had heard from the Mura guy…?

She took a deep breath and sat back down again, thus inviting the kitsune to sit among them as they were all just women who needed to relieve some stress via these pleasant waters. “Phew… hey, I think you scared her a bit too shockingly,” one of the two girlfriends told Menka by referring to the ex-Celestial Wizard’s sudden shock. The latter would, with her blind eyes, glare at them all and take a deep breath.

“… I got a vision that some… strange, strange entity flew down somewhere here.”

    “An entity? I saw nothin-“

“M-My vision never fools me! Whatever it was … hnng, the boy was perhaps right to warn me,” the ex-summoner explained, “Sorry for that, uh… oooooh~” Suddenly, the ex-summoner eyed Menka and laid her hands on the kitsune’s shoulders to rub them around. “M-My vision, too, tells me of your vixen beauty… my, my, I’ve never felt such smooth skin in my entire life! And those tails - I can see them all too clearly, their texture drenched by the waters…”

“H-Hey, we just met them, Mavis! S-So sorry for that, she doesn’t mean harm…!” her friends excused their summoner friend’s strange attraction to the stranger slash vixen kitsune’s form. “… Hmh, your eyes are as sharp as ever, Mavis… wait, you said someone was hiding?”

“You sure it wasn’t just another woman who wants to join the pool-“

“S-Still, I’m… uh… o-over there,” the ex-summoner pointed, towards the boulder, “Maybe it’s just a shy girl, b-but… just to be sure, would you mind checking?”

The two girlfriends were a bit iffy on checking, partly convinced that it was just another gal, but also kind of not wanting to be the first victims of a possible peeping tom.

The kitsune couldn’t have been more amused about how successful her little stunt had been, a playful smirk crossing her features as she watched the trio. They’d seemed to have taken to her quite quickly and she was comfortable in their presence. To her slight surprise, one of the women would then start to get a little handsy with her, which only caused her smirk to grow. Oh, she had no problem with that at all and if anything, it made her feel even more comfortable. Menka had never been the shy type and she appreciated that trait in others too.. In fact, her tails would start to move towards the woman, gently starting to explore her features in return.

“Oh, not to worry,” The cheerful vixen replied as one of Mavis’s friends apologised for her behaviour, “I don’t blame her for being a little curious and I’m just grateful that my stunt didn’t spook you girls too much.”

In fact, Menka’s attention was so firmly fixed on what herself and Mavis were doing that she didn’t keep track of the conversation fully. Something about someone watching them? Well, it wouldn’t have surprised her, as she’d just been doing precisely the same thing before approaching the three women. Who wouldn’t want to watch a group of lovely ladies bathing? Still, the trio did seem to truly be worried about it and eventually the kitsune to check it out.

Twitching her ears, she’d sigh a little, before chuckling, “Just when things were starting to get exciting. Typical. All right, I’ll have a look. Sit tight.”

Taking her leave of the three women, the vixen would turn and start to swim towards the location that Mavis had pointed out to her. As her bare form glided across the water, she couldn’t help but wonder if perhaps the madman had managed to slip into the spa somehow and was waiting for her on the other side. It did cause her to become a little more cautious but she thought it was unlikely, as surely one look at him would cause the spa owners to throw him out. She could still hear his ranting and raving now in the back of her mind, very little of which made sense. What irritated her the most though was his form of speech, speaking to her as though she was a slave to someone else, property. It caught in her craw and bothered her quite a bit. She hoped that he would get what was coming to him one day.

Reaching the edge of the pool, Menka would clamber out of the water, her tails only partly able to shield her form from those who might be watching. The steam helped somewhat too although if she was honest, the raven haired vixen wasn’t all that bothered if anyone saw her or not. She was proud of her form and never felt shy about showing it off, much to the chagrin of her family. Her mother had never been a fan of her ways, not like that had ever made any difference to the crimson eyed fox.

Wandering around the boulder and glancing down into the pool behind it, Menka could make out something lurking around the bottom of it and without any hesitation, she’d enter the pool. It was a fairly deep one but that wasn’t going to put her off and after taking a breath, the vixen would dive down, unafraid. The water was just as lovely here and she could almost feel the bruises that the maniac had inflicted on her start to heal.

As she dove deeper, the dark shape that she’d seen started to come into focus and her eyebrows rose in surprise. Sitting at the bottom of the pool was a brown haired young male, with a blush on his face that the kitsune couldn’t help but smirk at. It seemed that Mavis had been right with her claims and as Menka reached the boy and curiously started to circle him, the look on her face couldn’t have been more playful. He’d been caught red handed and had some explaining to do.

Coming to a halt in front of him, she’d briefly point to the surface, before heading up herself, expecting him to follow.

Post by Mura Kensho 6th November 2020, 8:29 am

    *Blurp*…

He had a lot of thinking to do right now. This whole ordeal could very easily be misinterpreted by some random soul who entered the spa and got the chance to spot him - he could be framed as a peeping tom, a creep, whatever, while he carried a lot of responsibility and image of Fairy Tail! He couldn’t allow himself to be spotted, no way in hell…

Kyuken and Zirconis dove down to join up with him, but Kyuken spotted a figure approach them from the edge of the pool. A smooth leg had dipped into the water, causing hearts to pop out of his eye sockets - sadly, this meant that someone had noticed Mura’s whereabouts, but Kyuken was all too infantuated by the oh so beautiful kitsune who joined them. Smooth, chestnut-brown hair, nine tails of sovereignty, and the look on her face was sweet and promised trouble in a very alluring fashion. While Kyuken was more than eager to follow the vixen up to the surface, clearly not satisfied enough with just seeing her bare nude, Zirconis was worried that Mura’s cover was blown and shouted at the samurai ghost: “The hell?!”

Mura, on the other hand… his face was burning with regret. He had done it now - she would probably call the authorities and get him kicked out, and that would only lead to a new headline in the Sorceror’s Magazine ‘Guildmaster of Fairy Tail Caught As A Peeping Tom - Despite Married!’

    Fuck.

    FUCK.

FUCK! What about Mythica?! What if she caught news of it?! She would definitely be completely shattered, if not by the misinterpretations, then by utter shame! How the fuck could he have been so unprofessional in his quest?! He should’ve left that ex-summoner, damn it, this was getting out of hand!

Not to mention, the shaman tried his darn best to cover his eyes; he couldn’t afford to just see anyone naked. That would cause a world of problems along the line…

Reaching the surface himself, he stuttered and backed off from Menka as calmly as possible - calmly being while shaking in his boots with his Gi all drenched. “I-I-I can explain, I was- a-a-a g-guardian, t-that woman over there, h-her husband asked me t-t-to guard her…!” he whispered to her in haste and paranoia.

The trio further behind them, covered by the thickening mist, asked out in worry: “H-Hey, fox lady! Foxy lady! You alright, over there? Everything good?”

Post by Guest 7th November 2020, 6:33 am

“Yeah, everything’s fine. No need to worry.” Menka called out to the trio although her crimson coloured eyes never left the shivering figure in front of her. She could have exposed him then and there but Menka was curious and there was obviously more to this than met the eye. He seemed pretty meek and the fact that he couldn’t even look her in the eye, or anywhere else, spoke volumes. Still, there was always the off chance that he was simply pretending to be shy, in order to get out of the tough spot that he’d put himself in. Either way, she was going to find out.

“So you decided that the best course of action was to follow her in here and watch while she and her friends bathed?” Her voice was a little teasing in nature but she wasn’t trying to patronise him. In fact, she was more amused than anything. “Surely there must have been another way, right?” Folding her arms across her chest, the kitsune did her best not to just laugh although doing so might have gotten an odd reaction from the trio of women if they’d heard her, so she managed to hold herself together. “How do I know that you’re not just a peeping tom who likes to watch naked women? Maybe I should bring this to the attention of the authorities and see what they have to say?”

Truth be told, she was enjoying every moment of this and once she’d finished with her questions, Menka would approach the young man, intrigued by him. He did look awfully cute when he was embarrassed and the raven haired vixen couldn’t help but notice. “I mean if you wanted a peek, all you had to do was ask. The trio over there seem awfully friendly and I’m sure they wouldn’t have said no but I suppose that if it was you that Mavis saw just now then you’ve probably already had an eyeful.”

“Can I at least get your name? There’s no point in being secretive now and I never forget a face.” She asked, figuring it was worth a try. Thinking about it, she had a sense that she’d seen him before already as she dwelled on it. Maybe in a flyer of that magazine that was released from time to time? That only increased her intrigue further. “I’m Menka, by the way.”

    … W-What?

She spoke up to the other women that everything was fine and that they had nothing to worry. Was she… was she covering up for him? Holy shit, she covered up for him! Maybe she figured that he had a very good reason to be here, and that he wasn’t being a creep - what proud, married man would creep in a women’s spa pool?! Surely, her sense of reason was strong enough to catch notice of that strange idea.

She did rebuke him on his idea to enter the spa, but that was Kyuken’s idea! Kyuken expressed how difficult it could be to wait outside - the persecutor wouldn’t care about privacy, so he had to be ready! He was about to explain that to her, but she quickly put pressure on him - mentioning how there could have been another way, and despite what he just concluded, it just felt like he had committed a crime. His face was releasing dots of shame at this point.

“N-No, I’m not… I’m really t-trying to make sure that she’s not, y-y’know, stabbed to death by s-someone,” he explained, his eyes averting her out of the neat fact that he wouldn’t be unfaithful to his precious wife Mythica. When she assumed him to be a peeping tom, he flailed his arms in front of her with his eyes shut in panic. “N-No, I’m actually married!” he continued to whisper ever so silently with a raspy voice, “T-There’s no reason for me t-to peep on you women here… I’m trying to protect her, for her husband’s sake…”

This whole ordeal sure took him back to his days as a young teen in Fairy Tail, constantly finding himself in these situations thanks to Kyuken’s ridiculous ability to convince him of any idea that would end up biting him in the ass a moment later. Speaking of, Kyuken hadn’t taken his eyes off of her - the blue spirit ball even circulated her, having transformed into his full, human form and all.

The Most Reliable Mercenaries In The World [Private | Menka] YpIoQPr

“C’mon, c’mon, Mura~! She seems friendly enough - I think the whole hiding shtick won’t do you any better,” Kyuken spoke as he held his chin with deep interest in who he was glaring at. Menka was every bit as attractive as he assumed kitsunes to be - oh yeah, she was a kitsune, too! Damn, what a coincidence meeting one all the way here in Hosenka. It was no surprise that, unlike the married Wizard Saint, Kyuken saw her in her entirety… and he liked what he saw.

“Ooooh, Menka! What a sweet name!” Kyuken responded quickly, “In case if you can see and hear me - I’m sure all kitsunes can - I’m Kyuken. I might be a ghost and all, but you and I aren’t that different, right? We’re both tied closely to the world of spirits in our own ways, so I’m sure we can get to understand each other much, much better… oh, and he’s-“

“I’m Mura… Mura Kensho,” the shaman greeted, still having his eyes closed.

“… Still too embarrassed, huh? Guess you’re still a kid, deep inside-“

“Have you forgotten that I’m married, Kyuken?!” Mura scolded his ghostly fella, troubling to keep his words on a low, but still somewhat staying hidden from the trio further away, “I’m not that free-spirited, anyway! I like being married to one, and I’d like to stay that way!”

“True that, but she did say you could just ask,” Kyuken snickered, “And don’t you make a ghost like me too jealous, just ‘cause you can still grasp women on your own-“

“I thought you could touch humans too-“

“-SOOOO! Since she basically gave you green light, why refuse that?” Kyuken finished by floating behind Mura, then turning back into a blue spirit ball before ramming straight into his back and entering Mura that way, much akin to how Mura let Kyuken leak through his skin via his Spirit Magic. The impact, however, was meant to force Mura straight forward as the shaman’s eyes turned silvery white, signaling that Kyuken had partly taken over and aimed at one, sweet area for his weary face to bury itself…

    Bo-boink!

At the edge of the pool, a hooded figure dipped a silver key into the surface of the water. It was only then that the hooded person spotted Mura, a Wizard Saint with his face flung into the cleavage of a nine-tailed kitsune in humanoid form, but it didn’t stop said person from summoning a black snake that slithered across the waters towards the two of them. Since Kyuken was in delight at being an awesome, worst wingman, and with Mura losing his breath as well as consciousness with a face melting, it was only Zirconis who noticed the slithering creature and warned: “Guys, snake! Behind you!”

The Most Reliable Mercenaries In The World [Private | Menka] Empty Re: The Most Reliable Mercenaries In The World [Private | Menka]

Post by Guest 8th November 2020, 8:25 am

The kitsune couldn’t help but twitch her ears playfully as she listened to the young man try to defend himself from her teasing. His shyness did seem to be genuine and as she watched him desperately try to look in any direction but hers, Menka was willing to accept that he was telling the truth. Still, she couldn’t help but smirk though as she thought about the predicament that he’d put himself in and to learn that he was married only added to that sensation. Marriage wasn’t a foreign concept to her but Menka had never considered it for herself, as much as her mother wished that she would. The life of a kitsune was a long one and the brunette had never been one to settle for too long.

She was taken a little bit by surprise as suddenly a fully grown figure appeared by his side, causing her sensitive spiritual senses to spike for a moment or two. Menka had always preferred to focus on the living rather than the deceased but she’d spoken with her fair share of ghosts in her time. He was quite an attractive ghost too and the brunette’s eyes did briefly look him over, her tails flipping around in the water with interest. She had to chuckle at his rather bold personality and he couldn’t have been any more different, or at least it seemed to her, than his...his? Hmm. Just what was the connection between the two? It was an intriguing question and she might have asked about it, however, the moment passed and both of them were soon introducing themselves.

“A pleasure to meet you both,” she finally said, completely and utterly amused but the whole situation. “Don’t worry, Mura, I believe you. I was just playing around…!”

She was suddenly cut off as Kyuken possessed the brown haired boy, the force of which sent him straight into her rather ample chest. The strength of the sudden movement was enough to push Menka backwards as well but fortunately her tails managed to prevent her from getting hurt, working as a kind of cushion for her against the side of the pool. For a few moments, she was a little stunned by what had happened but a smirk would cross her features as her arms and tail would start to wrap around the boy. “Well, I won’t tell your wife if you don’t,” she chuckled, about to start having a little fun with him.

Only to be sadly interrupted as another voice ruined her fun, much to her annoyance. First Mavis and now Mura? Today just didn’t seem to be her day.

Looking up from Mura, her crimson eyes would widen slightly as she noticed the snake coming towards them, before looking up to see the hooded figure. “Ah crud. You again?” She sighed. “I already told you that I’m not a celestial spirit. Leave me alone!”

Reluctantly releasing Mura and pulling him from her cleavage, Menka would utter to him, explaining quickly. “I’m going to take a guess and say that this is the guy that is after Mavis? I don’t know what his issue is but he was after me earlier too. He’s out of his mind and I was lucky to get away from him. He thought I was Mavis’s spirit and tried to force me to lead him to her. I thought he was just a maniac who was high on something.”

Menka didn’t have the energy to engage him again so soon and firing lightning with all the water around would probably just risk Mavis and the other women even more. “I guess this is the part where you get to play hero, Mura.”

The Most Reliable Mercenaries In The World [Private | Menka] Empty Re: The Most Reliable Mercenaries In The World [Private | Menka]

Post by Mura Kensho 8th November 2020, 2:20 pm

Oh boy, this was about to get steamy - and troublesome. Despite having given his body and soul to another woman, and sworn upon those to be faithful to her ‘till death did them part, how was he going to fare with the way he lost all energy in his body via planting his face in big honkers like Menka’s? It was such a stupid, ridiculous weakness! What kind of twisted fate had come upon him?! Was it because that he was considered a ‘shota’?! Had his body’s composition sealed his fate from the very beginning?!

He ought to train and escape this fate.

Luckily, the snake sure drew their attention towards it. Zirconis’ words reached Mura as he snapped out of his daze by Menka releasing his poor face from her bosom, before he looked back towards the hooded figure whose key was dipping in the pool. That must’ve been the culprit, the persecutor of Mavis! Menka recognized the figure too, stating that she wasn’t a Celestial Spirit and that she just wanted the hooded person to leave her alone. Quite a mistake of theirs to assume that about her, because now, they had to deal with Mura.

“Must be,” Mura replied to the vixen, surprised to hear that the cloaked guy was after her too. Her explanation about him thinking of her as Mavis’ spirit did expose the hooded culprit as the persecutor from Mura’s client and his plead. “Then that proves it…”

The culprit scoffed at Menka’s remark towards him - thinking that he was just a maniac who was high on what, crack? He was convinced of his purpose, a purpose to obtain Mavis’ secret concerning her Celestial Spirit, something that only Mavis could tell him. A random kitsune with a mouth and a young lad wouldn’t be able to stop h-

Wait… the hooded figure’s eyes squinted towards the short male. It felt like he recognized him…

“… Wait, aren’t you- no, can’t be…“ the hooded man mumbled under his steamy breath. His summoned snake leapt up from the surface of the water and lunged its fangs down at Menka, hoping to trigger a reaction from Mura that could give said culprit a chance to pass by them in order to get to his real targe-

Well, it triggered what it wanted - Mura, who now had a katana penetrating the snake’s sleek belly with a bluish aura. If Menka tried to look for Kyuken, then she would notice that he wasn’t present - it was his soul that had lunged into Mura’s katana and caused it to turn into a spirit weapon. This spell was one of his minor ones, low on mana cost and practical. It was enough to lunge the snake off to the marble platform away from the pool.

    “I am a hero…”

The hooded figure only then heard Menka’s comment… combined with Mura’s answer to said comment. And thus, the name of the swordsman in front of him was revealed. A name that he recognized oh so well. “W-Wait, did you say Mura…?” he asked with a voice stammering with disbelief. His thoughts pulled the strings together: Black and orange gi… a white katana… Spirit Magic?! Shit, did I just attack-

“-Fairy Tail’s G-Guildmaster, Mura? T-The Wizard Saint? Mura Kens-?”

His words were quickly cut short by the arrival of a dome of water that encapsuled him, preventing him from breathing a single word out again. He screamed large bubbles out of his lungs in shock, realizing that the Wizard Saint was trying to drown him or something! Before he lost his breath too much and began to choke himself, Mura flung his hands down and solidified the water into a hill of ice that coated the culprit’s lower body and arms to prevent him from moving. Anti-climactic, but the deed was done.

“D-Darn you, you little bitch! You were with Fairy Tail, all along?!” the culprit screamed at the top of his tired lungs, “Fucking hell! This isn’t even any of your business! You don’t know how important it is that I go through with this!” After venting his anger towards the brunette kitsune - which, by the way, was very uncalled for and rude as hell - he then turned his head towards Mura with a less pissed look on his face.

“I thought you were a Wizard Saint! Won’t you listen to me? My life depends on what she, Mavis, ha-“

And once again, he didn’t get to finish his poor sentence - an iron orb was launched from Mura’s fingertips straight onto the persecutor’s face, knocking him out with great force. The iron orb dissipated into the air after impact, a small display of his magic. Now, he had showcased invisibility, Spirit Magic, Ice Magic and Iron Magic… must’ve been confusing.

“I don’t care what your life depends on,” Mura stated with a tired voice, while Mavis and the two others had heard the commotion and approached in worry of their new friend Menka, “If anyone had gotten hurt, I’d have killed you immediately - be grateful for… f-for… t-t-t-t…”

Sniffing, he tried his best to prevent the trail of blood trickling from his nose to taint the spa waters, while Kyuken crooked his fingers in excitement. Mavis was t h i c c

The Most Reliable Mercenaries In The World [Private | Menka] Empty Re: The Most Reliable Mercenaries In The World [Private | Menka]

Post by Guest 9th November 2020, 6:57 am

The kitsune had simply twitched her ears when the hooded figure insulted her, not paying all that much attention to it. He’d been exactly the same when they’d met earlier and she’d always been pretty good at just letting insults bounce off of her. She wasn’t offended and simply watched as Mura quickly put him in his place. It wasn’t much of a fight but Menka was OK with that. She’d never been a fan of fighting anyway and didn’t honestly want to see the crook getting beaten up too badly. Seeing him being taught a lesson was enough for her, which her new friend had done incredibly easily.

Her and Mavis’s stalker had revealed Mura’s true identity though and frankly, Menka was far more interested in that then the summoner’s defeat. So her inkling about having seen his face before had been right. The Guildmaster of Fairy Tail, a group that Menka most certainly had heard of before and not only that but a Wizard Saint too. Today had certainly been filled with surprises and the vixen couldn’t help but chuckle when everything clicked. How many girl’s could say that they’d had a Saint pressed up against their rack, before being saved by them? Not many, she reckoned.

Smiling, she’d approach the Guildmaster, detecting the tiredness in his voice. “Well, you sure didn’t hang around there. Are you OK? You look a little worse for wear.” As casual as ever, the kitsune didn’t change her tone or attitude in the slightest having learned of his status. Titles were fancy and all that but Menka had honestly never thought much of them. “Or should I call you Sir Mura or something, now that the cat’s out of the bag? You’ve certainly acted like a knight in shining armour today.”

Looking up as she heard the sound of splashing, the brunette kitsune would grin as Mavis and her two friends closed in. “It’s all right ladies. Guildmaster Mura has dealt with the trouble maker. We’re all safe now.” It was so difficult not to stare at Mavis’s beautiful form and she couldn’t help but wonder if perhaps she was going to have a bit of competition from Kyuken. She had to admit that it felt rather weird thinking of a ghost as a rival but that was how it was. Maybe they could find a compromise or something? Jeez, where was she even going with this train of thought?

“I think any chance of you hiding is well and truly gone now, don’t you think?”
She then said, returning her attention to Mura. “Might as well just bite the bullet and make the most of things. I’m sure that no one’s going to grass on you for just doing your job.” Of course, she could only speak for herself but it would be a little harsh if the others decided to make a fuss after all Mura had done for them, even if his way of going about things might have been a little strange.

The Most Reliable Mercenaries In The World [Private | Menka] Empty Re: The Most Reliable Mercenaries In The World [Private | Menka]

Post by Mura Kensho 9th November 2020, 9:41 am

Yup, any chance of hiding was a no go when Mavis and the two other women entered the scene, holding up their towels with a soft sense of shyness on their faces. Mura looked very young to them at first sight - again, that god-awful shota heritage - so they both felt embarrassed and… somewhat mildly confused. However, as Menka spilled the beans about his status as a Guildmaster - Mura from Fairy Tail, as they had heard of - and the knocked-out troublemaker, they calmed down a bit.

Mostly also because of Mura… he was overheating, floating around the surface of the water as if he had drowned. His head was emitting a generous amount of steam to the area. He had seen a lot of skin today; skin that didn’t belong to his rightfully married wife, which just tugged at his consciousness and sense of morale to the point where his brain was shutting down.

Kyuken, on the other hand, raveled at the sight. He had an idea that Mavis couldn’t see him, given how she was more worried about the ‘boy’ who looked like he was drowning. “U-Uh, is he alright? Look, he’s drowning…!” Mavis asked worryingly. The two others were worried too, but they were also quite curious.

“… M-Mura Kensho? He looks so young, though… y-you sure about that?”

“If he did that-“ the other stated, pointing at the culprit enclosed in a berg of ice, “-then there’s no doubt! Ahhhh, I’ve always wanted to meet a Wizard Saint…!” A drop of sweat trickled off of her face in realization. “… Although, n-not exactly like this- or not, y’know, that randomly… hehe.”

Ohhhhhh, all these ladies are just so tolerant, aren’t they?! This is the fucking best! I haven’t felt this aroused since I still had junk and flesh on myself!, Kyuken imagined, his mouth watering even more, Oh, Mavis, you sexy fiend! I wish I could touch you, and your friends too! And you, you hot piece of Venus!

His eyes turned towards Menka in an instant, having an idea on mind. “Y-You should come with us, Menka! You’re a kitsune, so you probably possess some insane type of magic! Fairy Tail is always looking for pretty, powerful mages like you!” Steam erupted from his nostrils as he approached her, his entire body vibrating, “A-And that way, we could get to see each other so much more! Don’t you go and disappear from my life now - otherwise, I’ll grow depressed and kill myself again!”

He eagerly awaited her response, lots of hope and sparkles in his eyes, while Zirconis just sweated profusely, glaring at Mura who was pulled up and resting on Mavis’ lap after having passed the fuck out. He didn’t look too good, even worrying them sick and muttering words like ‘I’m sorry, Mythica’ and ‘Forgive me, Mythica’

The Most Reliable Mercenaries In The World [Private | Menka] Empty Re: The Most Reliable Mercenaries In The World [Private | Menka]

Post by Guest 9th November 2020, 12:54 pm

The Wizard Saint was completely out of it although Menka was starting to get the feeling that it was more because of the amount of skin on show rather than the fight. Had the four women accidentally ruined his wedding night or something by him seeing them in all their glory? That could well have been the case and the fact that he kept uttering the same name over and over gave a hint. She assumed that ‘Mythica’ was the name of his wife anyway. Hmm. Perhaps she’d become so casual that she’d forgotten that not everyone shared her own views and beliefs when it came to morality. On the bright side, none of the trio seemed to be upset with Mura for having seen them in such a way, which the kitsune was thankful for. He was their saviour and they owed him for his help with dealing with the summoner.

Her attention was swiftly captured by Kyuken, who appeared to be almost foaming at the mouth and almost shaking with delight at the feast of flesh before him. Oh, she’d seen that look plenty of times before over the years although she had to admit that seeing a ghost behave in such a way was new. It also explained as to why Mura ended up pressed up against her so quickly too. The handiwork of the perverted spirit, no doubt. That wasn’t to say that she’d taken a dislike to him and had actually become quite fond of the spirit. It was unfortunate that she hadn't met him when he was alive, as she was sure that the two of them would have become well acquainted. He was so overcome by his feelings of desire that Menka just had to smile, finding him quite cute with that look plastered across his face.

However, her smile faded just slightly as he suggested that she join Fairy Tail. It wasn’t something that she’d considered and for once, there was hesitation on her part. Menka didn’t like being tied down, unless it was for fun and games, which caused her to be a little indecisive about this idea. She mused to herself that she owed Mura for him having saved her but joining a guild was a big commitment and commitments were something that she’d always tried to stay away from if at all possible. There was bound to be a bunch of rules and regulations that she was going to have to deal with and she wasn’t sure if she wanted to deal with that.

Saying that, there was a part of her that was curious and so she moved a little closer to the spirit, forgetting about the fact that she was probably the only one conscious who could see him.

“Hmm. I don’t know about that, Kyuken. You’re going to have to tell me a little more about how Fairy Tail works first as I’m going to want to know what I’m getting into before signing anything. I’ve always been a free spirit and that’s not going to change now. I admit that the thought of meeting a bunch of sexy and powerful mages is for sure appealing but at what cost? What would Fairy Tail want from me?”

Tilting her head to the side, Menka would patiently wait for an answer, assuming that Kyuken could give her one. Her gaze would briefly shift to Mura’s still mumbling form, the lucky boy still laying in Mavis’s lap, before returning to Kyuken and adding with a smirk. “Do you think Mura could handle having me in the guild?”

The Most Reliable Mercenaries In The World [Private | Menka] Empty Re: The Most Reliable Mercenaries In The World [Private | Menka]

Post by Mura Kensho 9th November 2020, 1:35 pm

Oh yes, come closer, Menka. Oh sexy, naked Menka, your approach towards Kyuken only made him foam even more. If he just had his physical body, then… he wouldn’t hold back, not at all! She seemed like she enjoyed his company for now, even when he had such a comedic smile plastered on his face, and she was definitely very playful and seductive, even having tried to lead the confused Mura into something hmmpf! Hmmffph! Something so *lewd* if not for the ridiculous persecutor’s entrance.

Then, while his eyes were dashing everywhere - imprinting the images of her voluptuous assets as well as a full-body portrait onto the surface of his nonexistent brain - she stated her hesitation in wanting to join Fairy Tail… which, sadly, caused his smile to fade into a confused grin. She wanted to know exactly what Fairy Tail was all about, which he could answer, actually! Yeah, he could do that!

“Well, surely, you’ve heard lots about our esteemed guild! We’re a bunch of rowdy, diverse and utterly handsome, beautiful and experienced mercenaries seeking to fight any enemies of ours, save the oppressed, gain lots of coin, delete bounties from the face of the earth - and everything in between!” he explained to her, “Among us are some of the most powerful wizards and sorcerers to ever walk this earth, but we’re no pushovers! Trust me, you’ll be surprised at how laid-back our tight, little family is…!"

Truly, every Fairy Tail Wizard had it in their hearts… a string that drew them towards each other. Kyuken believed in that, and so did Mura - despite everything that had happened; kitsune or not, Fairy Tail Wizards loved being around Fairy Tail Wizards!

He winked powerfully at her comment about being a free spirit, “Free spirit, you say? Well, allow me to put it into perspective…”

He was suddenly on his knees, attempting to hold her hand - to no avail, he simply stretched his arms out. “Even free spirits often want a place to call their own, don’t they? Yes, indeed, I too am a free spirit - Mura can never stop me, hehe - and I get it! I get how liberating it feels - to be your own boss, to not have anyone hold the right to point fingers at you, to simply live your life ohhhhhh~-” He suddenly moaned mid-sentence before regaining himself and continuing, “To be so, so for yourself… but we all yearn to have a resting place… a place where we feel at home, where we feel like we truly belong! A place where we don’t need to melt in with the surroundings, because EVERYONE IS STRANGE, AND STRANGE IS THE CANVAS OF THIS PAINTING OF HOME! A PLACE WHERE WE CAN SAY HELLO TO PEOPLE AND THEN FALL ASLEEP, KNOWING THEY’LL WATCH OVER YOU!”

Mura kept moaning Mythica’s name, half-convinced that it was her lap that he was laying on.

“Mura might look like a fragile target of your advances, but he has fought with his life at the edge - for more than 9 years - to make Fairy Tail a place where people don’t just know each other… but where they value each other! And you’re not the only kitsune to have this shining opportunity - Kumi-chan would be bewildered to meet another like her! And I, I… I WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU EVERY DAY!”

Tears began streaming from his eyes. “All we ask for you, ooooh Menkaaaa, is for you to aid us in times of need, and for you to try your shot at becoming a powerful wizard yourself! I swear by my nonexistent balls that nothing makes us grow like being out in the field - it may sound like a hassle to you, but I’ve been with Mura for most of his life, and I can tell when people have talent!”

“So you finally noticed it, huh?” Zirconis commented, his nose twitching at the scent coming from Menka, “’Cause her magic power is… promising.”

“A drop-dead gorgeous, nine-tailed kitsune and a wizard of pulsating potential? Aren’t you the most perfect woman I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet! Mura, damn it, wake up, so I can sue your body again!”

It had to be said that the spirit had a way with words and they did indeed give Menka food for thought. The way he described Fairy Tail was far more appealing than she’d expected and she had to admit that perhaps she’d misjudged them. The guild didn’t seem to be as uptight as the brunette kitsune had assumed from what he was saying and that was what had been giving her cause for concern. Instead, they seemed to be a group of fun loving, profit seeking mercs which definitely caused her interest to peak. The more she heard, the more fun the group sounded and her hesitation slowly but surely began to disappear. They sounded like her kind of folks and Menka was never going to say no to the chance of earning some coin and maybe a few new friends. His point about having somewhere where she could call her own wasn’t something that she’d ever been all that worried about before but as Kyuken spoke about it, she did briefly think about her own family or what was left of it. Her only kin was her mother and they had never really been close. They were two very different people and all they ever did was argue. The idea of finally finding a home was nice and her mind briefly dwelled upon it.

Then came the but that she’d been expecting. She was going to have to get involved in fights that weren’t necessarily hers and that brought a flicker of doubt back towards her. Fighting for the sake of the guild? That was completely foreign to her. Not only had she’d never been all that interested in fighting anyway but when she had, there’d always been a more...material kind of incentive rather than just doing it in order to protect someone. The kitsune wasn’t a hero like Mura was and she just didn’t have that same sense of honour and justice like he did. She was a creature of self preservation and whimsy rather than a knight who defended the weak. She’d always struggled to understand the reasons why people would put their lives on the line in order to save others and even after all these years, she still didn’t get it.

It was frustrating that she couldn’t actually hold the spirit as the thought of pulling him in towards her as he seemed to break down was so very strong but he’d made his point. Sexy mages, jewels, a place to call home, a chance of learning more about her magic and even a fellow kitsune for her to meet and hopefully make friends with. There were just so many pluses that in the end, Menka couldn’t really say no and finally managed to get rid of her doubt.

“Well, I think it’s safe to say that you’ve convinced me, Kyuken,”
she finally said with a chuckle, “It’s going to take me a while to adapt to being in a guild but I’ll do my best to fit in. I’ll do what I can to help out the guild in its times of need but I admit that’s new to me too. My life’s always been about my needs coming first and it’s not going to be easy for me to break that habit. I can’t promise that I’ll be an angel though.”

Saying it aloud seemed to be the final confirmation that she needed to be fully convinced and as she watched the sexy spirit, she smirked and then turned her head towards the still moaning Mura for a second or two, almost repeating Kyuken’s words to the letter. “Come on, Mura. Wake up so he can use your body!”

Wait, did she say that or just think it?

The Most Reliable Mercenaries In The World [Private | Menka] Empty Re: The Most Reliable Mercenaries In The World [Private | Menka]

Post by Mura Kensho 10th November 2020, 1:05 pm

Mura wasn’t going to wake up by himself, and he had been pretty much absent in the recruitment of a new member of Fairy Tail. Kyuken had to slap him back to consciousness, proving Zirconis’ point.

“I knew it! You can still tou-“

“ONLY HIM! AND I WANT TO GET RIGID DOWN SOUTH-“

Today was an eventful day, indeed. Mura, despite all the experience and merit he had accumulated, was still quite childish deep inside - a childlike trait that he had wanted to get rid of for a long time, as he saw it as a wall to overcome in order to become a real man and lady magnet. Perhaps, he had misjudged the shota in him and underestimated its true potential…?

Kyuken readied up to possess him one more time to make use of Mura’s utter confusion, so that he could feel up Menka a little more - and also explain to Mura what had happened. Despite having been mentally absent, Mura welcomed Menka into the ranks of Fairy Tail with open arms and a tomato-red, nose-bloodied face. Yup, the moment he came back home, he would kneel down and ask for forgiveness…

It was so crazy, being a Fairy Tail Wizard. You never knew what tomorrow had in store for you - you always think that you’ve seen most things already, and vupti, a whole new adventure awaits. Fairy Tail and fairy tales walked hand in hand…
