It had been a long day already and Teresa still was not sure of what she wanted to do. She was supposed to be on a ‘trip’ with that cute archaeologist from the science department. So far he had not shown much interest despite her best efforts, but she had been sure today would be her day. Dressed in her tight black jeans, high brown leather boots and red jacket -with lots of fringes of course-, over a tight black t-shirt that had a very deep V neck, allowing plenty of her ample bosom to shown. Sadly by the time she had gotten to Hosenka to partake in the event, he called her, claiming there was an amazing Archaeological found made in the phoenix mountains and he could not afford to miss it.
Since she was already there though it would have been a waste to give-up and she was actually looking forward to this whole christmas event. As she approached the main hall were the event would be held, she could already smell the christmas in the air. Fresh pine trees, egg nogg, fake snow and dozens more unique christmas smells wafted out of the huge main doors she was just about to enter.
“My name is Teresa Sinclair and I am here to participate. I did book for two, but I am afraid it will just be me if that is okay.” She said unfazed, a slight Christmas blush already on her cheeks, as she approached the reception desk. “Okay no problem. As long as you enjoy yourself. Your lot is number 172. The numbers are sprayed on the floor and a tree has already been placed there. Now if you will just take this box, you are good to go.” The clerk said friendly, but a tad uninterested. It was not that the young man was having a bad day, rather his disinterest was two fold as far as Teresa could see. It probably had been a long day and the bosom of the young elf next to him was bouncing nicely every time she bent down to grab a box. “Thank you.” She said with a sly grin as she watched the young man, trying to secretly, failing miserably at it though, observe the young girl next to him.
She nodded to the young girl who handed her to box and then made her way to the designated area. Inside the huge hall everything reeked of Christmas. From the frosted windows, to the bunting and all the tiny details, it was obvious the organization had pulled out all the stops.
The first event of the evening would be to decorate the Christmas tree as best as you could. It had said so on the flyer stuck prominently on top of the box. With a bit of skill, a bit off luck and a lot of time asking for directions, Teresa eventually found lot 172. In it was a medium sized christmas tree. Perhaps not the tallest or the biggest of them all, but nice and full nonetheless. “You will do my dear.” She said as she patted the tree.
She had just put down the box with ornaments and as about to open it when she saw a familiar face. “KURO! KUROOOO! Over here!” She shouted, waving frantically trying to draw his attention. She was unsure why, it was not like they were best friends, but she was for some reason very happy to see a familiar face in this large crowd.
