This poor soul thinks there is something valuable in these packages. He keeps following you, attempting to swipe the packages after you place them, which compromises the whole job and thus your safety and pay! You can't let him take them, let alone open them! He's a very weak fellow, but he's slippery as an eel and darn near impossible to catch, making him very, very annoying to deal with. The only weapon he has is a dagger, but more troublesome is his magic. It has no offensive capabilities, but it does allow him to become intangible to slip through walls and grips alike. One C rank attack will do him in...if you can actually hit him.
