The package must be kept safe and out of the hands of any goody-two-shoes who might try to prevent it from being sold. Steer clear of the high number of cops out on the streets, and don't look too suspicious or you might find yourself in some trouble with the authorities. Just your average local authority type. They're out en masse because they heard rumors that a highly sought after and illegal item was being transported into town to be sold somewhere, but they have no idea what it is, how it's being brought in, or where it's being sold. They're all on high alert and ultra suspicious of anyone who acts the tiniest bit odd, so they'll mobilize quickly and mob suspects and save the questions for later. Some are rather stealthy, so be careful not to lead them to the secret underground auction either.
