Far beyond the creation of the solar system and the planet itself of Earthland, there has been life living beyond the stars. Earthland, magic, mankind, so much a grain of sand to the endless expanse of the universe. Those who existed long before Earthland became what it was before... they existed, and now are considered gods among the cosmos. Creatures of such cosmic might their bodies contain the galaxies and stars of different worlds, connected and interwoven with them all.

A Cosmic Dragon Slayer can command the wide range of powers that make up the universe. From stars, nebulas, the darkness of space, meteors, to even black holes. One of its most amazing abilities, however, is its ability to control the fabric of 'space', able to control the dominion of one of physics' essential elements. All of this combined makes one capable of exploring and commanding the powers of the cosmos at their whim beyond any form of 'astromancy' has been able to do. The caster of this magic can conjure 'shooting stars' , gravitational fields, and cosmic energy in different shapes, often in the form of a dragon's body.

Further, the ability to bend space to their whim, one can freely augment and utilize dimensional space and energy to deliver attacks or mess with the laws of physics. One can easily teleport unbound throughout the galaxy, or restrict the energy between dimensions to their own uses. The reach and control of this Slayer magic can boggle the most imaginative of minds...

The use of 'Dragon Force" in this stage, actually can either coat the user in a starry veil of nebula clouds or can transform them into a variation of a dragon, often as an 'energy projection' as the 'dragon' takes over, wtih Zachary contained in its frame.

Starlight, Sunlight, Moonlight, Night/Darkness, Nebulas, Space, Gravity. (You are, as denoted here, utilizing 8 elements in this custom slayer magic. Due to balancing reasons, every custom slayer magic is, however, limited to 4 elements at max, which means that I am forced to ask you to lower the number of elements the Slayer can wield accordingly)

Unique Abilities:

• Multi-versal Domain: The Cosmic Dragons are eternal, god-like beings who are in tune with the cosmos and worlds beyond. Their reach doesn't just extend to our physical universe, but the parallel, multiverse beyond our physical view. As a result, they can sense, reach and travel to any part of the universe. As a slayer to this power, the mage can use this same ability... The caster becomes a living 'Wakusei Portals', capable of opening portals and rifts to different places on Earthland, other worlds, including parallel worlds in the multiverse. This allows himself and his friends to travel instantly through them to other worlds and locations (Please clarify that this may only be used outside of combat, and on other players, player-owned NPCs, and Event NPCs with explicit OOC Permission). Also, the caster has access to a 'private' dimension, enclosed his immediate surroundings within the caster's (S-Rank) burst range. This in turn allows the caster to wield a new source of magic power (while still requiring MP) but can use the fabric of the multiverse and make him immune to areas where magic is impossible. While inside this range, a target enemy cannot teleport in or out from its field of effect due to the dimensional space the caster controls, via paying equal MP to the enemy teleportation (As teleportation is instant, and any transportation across a given space through the use of a teleportation effect will have already occurred before you can even attempt to negate it, this ability and effect are not possible to be used. Further, since this is a negation effect, if you wish to keep it as it is, should follow all associated rules for negation effects, including the limit of a single negation per post, only S Rank spells or lower may be negated through the use of this effect, and only spells that make contact with this ability may be negated. Further, this ability would also require a duration and a speed, since it is an active effect).  Use of AM from Galaxia, can be used to pay for this effect as well. (You cannot base your unique abilities on equipment abilities in any way. Broadly speaking, incorporating equipment into magic is limited exclusively to Holder and Requip magic types, which this slayer magic does not and cannot belong to. Even then, utilizing a unique system exclusive to a piece of equipment in your magic and basing abilities on it is not possible. • Dimensional Aegis: The dimensional energies controlled by the Cosmic Dragon allows them to bend space to their whim. As such, they can easily absorb or revert offenses against them as if it was nothing, making their enemies' efforts vanish into the void. Even more terrifying, their ability to consume space-- allows them the ability to not just refuel their magic from anywhere, but also to consume the matter and objects inside. The caster of this magic can freely use their dimensional abilities to create an isolated space that responds to the caster's will on command. The effect creates a barrier that can block up to 2 (User rank max at S) attack damage till it expires (Please specify the durability of this shield in HP rather than displaying it in the number of spells it can take, as the latter is misleading). When expires it takes 1 post to reform (As this shield is an active effect, please additionally specify a range, speed, and duration for this shield. The shield cannot be passive). In addition, should the caster choose either by opening a void or by consuming the space in front of them, they may pay MP equal to an enemy attack to negate the attack by opening a rift for the attack to fly through-- making it vanish into the emptiness of space (As this is a negation effect, please additionally specify a range and speed for the effect. Please also clarify that only a single spell or ability may be negated through the use of this effect per post, and that only spells of S Rank or lower may be negated, and that spells must make contact with this ability before they can be negated, as otherwise this would entail automatic negation of abilities or spells within range, which would constitute an auto-hit). • Consuming Singularity: A rare trait for a Cosmic Dragon Slayer, is the ability to consume dimensional space to increase it's own power. However, to eat the fabric of space creates 'rifs' and 'breaks' in spacetime, areas where the gravitational field of a celestial body is predicted to become infinite by general relativity beyond measure. While localized, the laws of space-time break down inside these rifts. When Zachary eats the dimensional space in his vicinity, he can potentially create small-scale singularities that warp the spacetime around it, being what people recognize as 'black holes' or even 'white holes'. During the events of the thread, if Zachary had ever negated an enemy attack, by paying the same MP cost again, the caster may recall the enemy attacks they had, and launch them back at their enemies through the rift. Can only recall one of each offensive spell used and only once per post. The surpreme power of the Cosmic Dragon. By inhaling energy from their surroundings, the space itself, a Cosmic Dragon's Roar is capable of tearing the seam of reality asunder. The roar isn't just an attack but can cleave through dimensions to reach targets most would think 'unreachable'.

Effect:Releases a breath of pure-cosmic energy so potent it is dimensional in nature. Should the attack encounter a shield or resistance, it can cleave through space to appear on the other side, as if it jumped dimensions-- but results in 50% reduction of its base damage.

With mastery over the element of spacetime, one is unbound by the laws of phsyics. Either by forming portals or by simple 'blink' of arcane energy-- the caster can instantly tranverse space at whim to disappear and reappear in a new location. Outside of combat, he can easily travel to far away places and worlds in a blink of the eye. In combat, he uses it to cross distances on the battlefield swiftly.

Duration: Instant (Spell durations cannot be denoted as "Instant". Please give this a set duration in a given number of posts)
Effect: Through either the use of physical portals or by blinks of energy-- the caster can teleport freely to evade or counter attack (This is worded somewhat like an auto-dodge, as teleporting away from a spell doesn't equate to automatically dodging a spell. Please change this accordingly). May carry one person during combat, but requires a 1 post cooldown afterward. (Please additionally clarify that teleporting any other person than the caster themselves requires OOC permission to be used on players, player-owned NPCs, and Event NPCs)
