Magic Name: Blazing Phoenix

Description:
Blazing Phoenix is a type of fire magic where the caster inherited the ability to summon magical flames from their body. The magic focuses on damaging the opponents, healing is a secondary focus while buffs are auxiliary types at most. Defense is practically impossible from the caster part of Blazing Phoenix. Which results in Requip spells being the only way to have defense based spells. The Fire magic is strong against Wind Magic and Plant Magic. However, Blazing Phoenix is weak against Water, Ice, and Darkness magic. Derivatives of these magic or even combinations of these magic types will have the same effect against Blazing Phoenix. i.e. In the case the opposing wizard has a combination of Darkness and Wind Magic then Blazing Phoenix will be treated as a neutral/equal advantage against the magic.
Additionally, the wizard has access to a set of Requip spells that's based on the concept of phoenix. This can be represented as having something small as a feather or the coloration of red, gold, and blue can be found on the Requip. As a result, all Requip abilities must be related to the phoenix. The only mild leniency to this of course are items that were added into the Requip armory simply because the item can have a pre-existing ability. When Renji is able to cast B rank spells or higher, the flames take on the azure blue coloration.

It is wrapped in a blue silk thread and at the bottom of the handle is a golden small feather that looks like liquid fire that refuses to fall. The feather is held up by a short cord of blue silk.

The handle has a golden crossguard that comes down in the form of a wing around the knuckles of index and bird finger. The crossguard is designed to protect some of the hand from a stray blade, but otherwise the crossguard holds the engraving of a phoenix head with one eye of condensed fire. The handle is made out of what appears to be marble, but the weight is light as a feather.

Reducing flammable matter into a blazing fire within range. Afterwards the user’s body continuously builds up a blue haze until by the user’s next post it unleashes another wave of blue flame. Because of this effect, the user is at the center of each wave and it will move with him.
Each shockwave from the blue flames deals damage to those caught within the range. The flames proceed to burn through not just flesh, but the target(s)’ magic power as well.
Buffs Spell Damage by 90%
Inflicts Burn that reduces the afflicted targets’ HP and MP by 5% per post for the spell’s duration.
