2. The Word of Law was once a powerful magic that had once shaken the world of mages, which used the spoken words of a long-forgotten language to bend their surroundings to their whim. Across Earthland, tribes said to be descendants of the first users of the Word of Law go about their daily lives, using whatever diluted remains of the dead language with very little potency. However, recently, there have been a spate of attacks on said tribes, the people killed with little mercy. While the Rune Knight higher ups suspect something much more brewing below the surface, they have assigned multiple Knights to locate the closest tribes and protect them from whoever or whatever is hunting them down. As a higher-ranked Rune Knight, you are to lead a small squad, locate the nearest tribe to you and protect them. Keeping as many as survivors as possible is your utmost priority.
