Naphtali stood just outside the entrance of Sin. The hood of his cloak raised and his face covered by his pink bunny mask. He stood motionless as he listened to the howls echoing throughout the bone graveyard before him.
You're not gonna pussy out, are ya'? Asked Paresse.
Naphtali paid her no attention. He was to busy trying to think of a way to survive in Sin long enough to find the Elysium guild hall. He was really just going off of rumors he heard from employees of his parents, and a few others he heard from shady dark mage dive bars. This was the only rumor he had heard a few times that made any tangible sense.
Oh come one! Paresse pestered, We're risking eviction-no, excommunication-no, execution by the hands of your family right now, and you don't even have the balls to keep walking?!?" At first she sounded pissed, then mildly disappointed. That's f***ing rich! She busted out laughing as Paresse continued to stare into the void before him. Of course, no one but Naphtali would be able to hear any of the noises or words that came out of her mouth. And thank g-d for that. In fact, the only creatures that would even know of her presence are those few who can sense death itself.
"Watch your language, Paresse." was all he could afford to say. He had to come up with a plan. He had 2, low ranking bronze keys attached to his hip, and Paresse. Lepus and Paresse would be a good offensive combination for fighting off any low-class beasts thats tried to attack them, but that would block him from summoning Mensa for any defense. And if they were to face anything but the weakest of the creatures that surrounded Sin, they would be done for.
"How are we going to do this..." He thought aloud.
