Whilst wondering the guild one of the Guild's fairies approach you handing you a note before fluttering away the note is addressed to you and reads;

Hey Toppa,
Sorry to put this on you, but we've received reports of a magical disturbance in Sakuramori mountains. Apparently, it disorientates anyone who gets too close and their magic becomes unstable.
