You quest is to descend into the depths and confront the Obsidian Dragon to get some of the precious ore that it's scales are made of.

An individual who's wanting to rob you blind, either through force, or wit. Sometimes they gang up, other times they take the lone wolf approach.

Mountains are great places to hide since they offer lots of dangers that the magic council and their petty rune knights wouldn't bother facing. So long as they don't bother the local guild, or make their presence known to them, they don't have anything to worry about. The mage's skill with their magic is the same as you with yours, and they have the same amount of spells; what those are, are up to you.

These are predatory creatures such as bears, mountain lions, bobcats, and other things with massive teeth. They aren't accustomed to seeing humans so have no fear of them. They're fairly strong and will try to ambush you.
Enemy Rank: Strong - Gold Obsidian Dragon
The dragon's breath attack is part steel, part earth, and is extremely dangerous. Being made entirely of such heavy materials means it's unable to fly, but at the same time, it can't be poisoned. The dragon lacks a nose to smell with but makes up for the missing sense with exceptional hearing compared to other dragons. It's able to change the size, shape, and density of its tail at will, as well as fire spikes made of its body from its back.
