Blink blink. Blink blink. Okay that was enough time waiting in awkward silence that was still awkward no matter how much tranquility was around in the world. "Thank you for that thorough introduction. It was... more illuminating than I had expected as an answer to my question. I am Samira Nassar. The Sun granted me passage here. Will you be like they were or are your actions going to be similar to that of The World and Judgement?" Samira prayed that there would not be another long-winded monologue. A simple answer would suffice.
A curved bladed weapon appeared in the right hand of The Moon. "That makes things much clearer, much more quickly. Thank you." Samira smiled with genuine gratefulness. An odd reaction one could have when a weapon suddenly appears in the hands of a potential enemy, but well, she was just glad the answer lasted seconds instead of twenty minutes.
The Moon's head tilted as she stared blankly at the summoner. Her patterns of speech seemed to be nothing at all, or very long speeches only the most patient could sit through. She didn't attack though, and instead stood there, waiting. Samira took that moment to stand and face The Moon fully. That peaceful awkward silence came down again and remained for several minutes. "Should I be looking for a door to the-" The Moon started to speak again, nonstop and in one long sentence. That was a no. "Nevermind then."
Within the Moon's freehand two cards appeared in glittery light. The same routine had happened the previous three times so Samira already knew what they were. More cards. The Moon threw them as if they were throwing knives, effortlessly, as if throwing cards at such speed and and ease was habitual. The two cards landed in front of Samira, face up. Just as she predicted. The cards matched the door of The Moon in detail. One was upright and the other was not. She knelt down and claimed them for herself, glancing at them before once more eyeing the moon lady as she pocketed those cards with the rest.
"Consciousness. Subconscious. Illusion. Fear. Anxiety. Inner confusion. Intuition. Dreams. Insecurities. Secrets. Lies. Self-deception. The Moon represents much. It tells all but nothing at all. Left vague for one to listen to oneself for clarity." The Moon spoke and then lifted her weapon, pointing at the teal-haired woman standing there. "Can you understand the role it plays for you?"
"That is a lot to decipher. I imagine I am supposed to reflect on all of those to fully understand my life. Probably who I am if the past cards are any sign of that." The whole tarot thing was starting to become complex as it seemed a lot of the cards had similarities. How readers of the cards could ever pinpoint their exact meaning she wasn't sure. That took some talent and wisdom she didn't comprehend, and it was very unlikely studying a single book about it was going to get her much progress in understanding. It'd require several. Possibly hundreds. Good thing she wasn't looking to become a master of reading cards in that life or the next.
"Look further. Not just you. There are those that wear masks and are not what they appear to be. Look past this illusion, and find the knowledge that is not on the surface. You have been blinded all your life to many things. Many secrets. Many lies. The only one that can be trusted to guide is oneself. Seek the truth behind the untruth. Unveil the hidden deception and mysteries surrounding you. Find their meaning. Put them to rest. Heal. The block in your path will be eliminated. The future will become more clear and possible. Keep these words in mind should you pass through the room of stars."
"Oh." That was about the only thing Samira could think of to say at that moment. It was a lot to think about. There were many things that could have covered and her mind was racing as she went through all the possibilities. It was funny how The Moon made it seem as if the advice and suggestion was the easiest thing to follow. Years it had been for many of those mysteries and secrets. If she couldn't solve even one yet then how did anyone expect it to be solved at all? Samira could picture herself old and on her deathbed with still many things unanswered. But, she was grateful... she guessed? It was always good to be appreciative of advice and aid. "Thank you for that general explanation." It was better than having a certain snake explain it.
The Moon didn't really respond to that. She had already moved on to what was more important to her. Like Judgement had sensed the connections with certain spirits that were relatable, as did The Sun, The Moon also sensed her own ties within Samira. Yes, she even had a moon spirit within her collection of deity spirits. The Moon paced around, forming a circular path around Samira while keeping her piercing gaze on her; observing, examining, studying. "You are the key bearer of a version of Awilix. Very ancient. I acknowledge her power within you. As with Nox, a sister of night even if not fully the moon. Interesting. They can also represent death. Strange it is that Judgement did not recognize them. Their ties with you must not be as strong as the others are. They must still be recognized for who and what they are. Shameful Judgement looked past them. So much death for one human. If those like you could be called such. The average human mortal is different. The world changes, and more and more fall into this new level of strength. Very few pass through here. Average mortals are what we see. I should like to see one above average."
