Mentee bonus gives Syndrome +50% Exp and she also gets an additional 100% jewels from that (you can find that we are mentor/mentee here)

I get the same jewel bonus for being a mentor (40kj) and I'm sacrificing exp for jewels (+100% so 40kj) get +100% from gold rush ascendant ability (40kj), lineage ability gives +100% jewels and an equipment (40kj and strong(+) equipment), golden lac is 25% jewels (10kj) for a total of 210kj and a strong(+) equipment (all relevant things linked in my signature except for mentorship which is linked above)

- Noctis Rose's bonuses: mentor/mentee bonus for +100% bonus jewels (300k) and +50% base exp, lineage bonus is +50% jewels (150k) and +25% exp, and golden lac for +25% jewels (75k) -> total exp gain 98,437 and jewel gain 825k

- Ran's bonuses: mentor/mentee bonus for +100% bonus jewels (300k) and +50% base exp, lineage bonus is 100% (300k), gold rush ascendant ability is 100% (300k) and golden lac is 25% (75k), also receive equipment from lineage -> 1,275kj + artifact(+) equipment and normal team/mentor exp
