In combat Gades likes to remain far back and avoid being in close quarters but if need be he can fight at close range. The Incubus will normally dance out of striking distance while bombarding the enemy with spells  to either defeat them himself or keep them distracted while his allies go in for the win. However if he is forced to move into close range combat, Gades tends to swiftly avoid strikes and aim for pressure points on the enemys body to disable or even kill them if he has to go that far but he always uses killing as an absolute last resort. this stems from his family belief that battle should not be barbaric or rough but rather elegant and fluid.As a leader the Incubus can come up with very complex strategies and has a knack for reading a few moves ahead of the enemy often giving Allies a strong chance to defeat the enemy. Under a leader Gades is dutiful and will perform his tasks to the letter though when facing opponents far weaker then himself he can get a bit overconfident and that can cause him to make mistakes. However he always learns from his mistakes and will always focus on getting even better.
