Personality:
Aoife is a naturally curious, helpful yet somewhat ignorant young girl. She tries to be friendly and understanding, yet sometimes oblivious to other their viewpoints. She dislikes feeling like an outcast and is hoping to find a place where she belongs, though she is scared of actually settling down at a guild. She's friendly, makes jokes about herself when she can, likes sharing and helping others and hopes to fit in. Her willingness to help, yet her oblivious nature can sometimes get her in trouble, which made her stop trusting fellow humans. While curious, hungry for adventure and outgoing, she also loves to laze around, with food, friends and books. Her gentle nature and fear to lose connections she made makes her disregard her own safety at times.
While she is happy to help others, she has a hard time knowing what she wants for her self, she never really thought about that, That's why she travels the world, learning as much as she can before making decisions on where she'd want to go.
When she was young, she traveled the seas a lot with her merchant family. One night in the worst thunder storm she had ever encountered. a weird Demonic creature destroyed their ship. she was engulfed by the cold waves, losing consciousness as she drowned. Days later she awoke, in the presence of a godly being of the oceans. Whom saved her and taught her how to survive. This godly being used magic to alter her body to allow breathing underwater as well as living there. she lived there for years as it soon disappeared. While it told her to stay away from humans and live out her life with it guarding the oceans of the world. Young Aoife set out towards the nearest city hoping to finding out more, as well as finding her own goal in life.
Likes:
Books : Aoife loves hearing stories, learning about the past and imagining places she has never been able to visit. She enjoys sitting down and sinking her teeth in to a book, but hates being disturbed when reading one
Hotsprings : As a being that lived in the ocean for so long, water rejuvenates her, and her soul, especially when its natural and warm. She can sit in hotsprings or similar types of spa's and have the best time ever.
Dumplings : Being a big glutton, Aoife loves eating, dumplings are her number one way to indulge in that love. So far her favorite are chicken gyoza, to many peoples surprise it's not fish
Soup - Soup is warm, Aoife hates being cold. If she's cold she loves soup.
Exploring/ adventure Being a very curious person, loving to learn about the places from stories, if they actually exist, and finding out about things she hadn't seen before. She also kind of hopes that somehow her parents and sister survived the shipwreck
helping people - When the ship she was in as a youngster sank, she was saved, and she wants to return the favor to others that are in need. That's why she practiced healing and protective magic.
Dislikes:
Thunder / Thunder storms - The night she almost drowned and possibly lost everyone, it was the worst storm ever. Now every time thunder strikes she gets nervous, even anxious if its bad.
Boats - She hates boats nowadays, never wanting to get on one again, weirdly enough they not only make her anxious, they also make her feel sick.
Spicy foods - while she loves food in general, and even enjoys a slight kick. If something is very spicy, she will probably empty the nearest fountain.
Loud people - Loud people and noises make her uncomfortable, she loves being around people, but if there is a lot of noise she gets a little overwhelmed.
Lies - Hates if people are not speaking the truth, or being unfair in general.
Being woken up - Aoife loves sleeping and relaxes completely when she does, so beware, if you wake her up she might bite, and she grows weird claws too.
Motivations:
To find a new family - Having lost her previous family, having been raised by a god of the ocean, Aoife always wondered what new connections with humans would be like.
Hoping no one ever has to lose their family again - She wants to make sure she does what she can so others don't go through her pain of losing a loved one
Eating the tastiest dumpling in history - She's on a quest to find the yummiest dish in existence, so far dumplings win out, but can it even be tastier?
Hearing stories and exploring - There is so many things left to learn, places to explore and books to read. She is just very curious and intruiged to the wonders of the world.
Finding an actual goal in life - While there are things she likes, she never really found a big goal in life, what is her purpose? she hopes to one day find it.
Fears:

Losing those she cares about - It's hard for her to find real connections, and when she does she will be afraid to lose them, since she has lost everyone she cared about so far, and that scares her a lot
Not being good enough - She wonders if she's strong enough and good enough to receive the help and kindness those around gave her. She worries that if she isn't people will leave her
Abandonment - She is scared of those she cares about leaving her, but she also doesn't want to be clingy so she doesn't express this fear at all.

Aoife Has a small stature, long pastel purple hair moving down to about her hips in a big braided tail. She has features like coral and scales that look like horns of some sort. Rather than others with her bloodline, being in the sea for most her life her features grew to adapt more to the underwater life, yet still will get bear like when she's pushed too far. Aoife her style in clothes can be a bit extra, liking bows or jewelry to keep her hair tied together, as well as skirts, dresses and jackets that fit her general style. She likes experimenting with clothes, as long as they do look somewhat fancy and aren't boring.
