Description:
Iarann Fuar is a whip made of iron chain link that has been enchanted with ice magic. It possesses a spiked tip that allows the wielder to cut their targets, and a spherical guard around the handle made of glistening, frigid ice.

Additionally, the target may suffer immobilization effects at a maximum of once every other round as well as a 5% HP drain up to once per round if they cannot find a way to free themselves from being restrained by the chains. The target must be hit again in order to reapply the immobilization effect.

If a shield or armor is pierced through the use of this ability, the damage dealt is decreased by 50%.
