Appeal to the Lacrima Coffee

The Ancient Scroll, the item that allows one to create a custom Lineage, has two sources to acquire, the General Store and the VIP shop allowing for a Jewel Price or a Cosmic Coin price at a fair rate either way. The Extra EXP doubler is a VIP shop item that grants extra base exp for a 100Y or 10Y rank job. Meanwhile the closest thing to an equivalent in the General Shop is the Lacrima coffee, which essentially acts in the same way except for the fact that it has two restrictions, it can only work on a 100Y job, and it requires a minimum of H rank to purchase.

My suggestion is to at the very least lower the requirement to S, or abolish the rank requirement completely and keep the use for 100Y rank jobs only. I feel like this would be fair as still 500K is a fair amount of jewels, and would allow more open usage of the item.
