Alternate Character Requirements

Nothing major, just something that came to mind.

The way alternate characters are managed is completely fine right now, and to keep it brief, I don't think the ranking requirements needing to be done in a specific order really matter or are otherwise redundant. If each character is active, are all progressing, and all meet the rank requirements, I don't think it really matters which order they rank up in.

So that's it. Nothin serious~
