Appearance:

• Fighting --- Whether it's a simple sparring match with a friend, or a fight to the death with a mortal enemy, Hero loves the thrill of a good match with other wizards and really anything that can fight.
  
• Reading --- A warrior must be as strong mentally as he is physically. One of his strongest beliefs is this simple sentence; it does not matter the content of a book, so long as it provides knowledge that is useful in all aspects of life.
  
• Violin & Piano --- Despite his appearance, Hero has a soft spot for music and more so these two instruments. After his difficult childhood, he took up learning of these instruments so that he could find some amount of peace in his daily life.
  
• Discipline --- Discipline is one of the primary cornerstones of success. Without discipline, focus becomes impossible, which can get people killed. This man strives to instill discipline whenever he can.

• Bullies --- Having been treated like dirt as a kid, Hero despises bullies and otherwise those who look down on the weak. True the strong rule, but the strong are not meant to be tyrants.
  
• Boredom --- Having nothing to do is a terrible thing for a warrior. Having no goal to achieve, no mission to complete, no reason to fight. Another bane of warriors, and a powerful one at that.
  
• Footwear --- Footwear weaken the strength underfoot and cause problems when moving long distances or fighting for long periods of time. Barefooted travel is the best way to travel. Though he does not mind wearing shoes as much now, they are still uncomfortable and he prefers not to wear any.
  

• To Become a Wizard Saint --- As the strongest wizards in all of Fiore, they are the epitome of strength. Hero's goal is to become one of those members and thus be strong enough to protect his only cousin and his friends.
  
• To Search for His Friends --- Due to recent events during his journey away from Fiore, he has begun his return home to find out if there are any survivors of the guild's destruction. His desire to do this makes him lose sleep.
  
• To Find His Path --- Possibly his greatest desire.  To have the will to carve out a path he can be proud of in his own mind, one where he would have no regrets.
  

• Past Repeating Itself --- Hero's past revolves around betrayal, abuse, hatred, loss, and failure. Of course he fears that some day his past could repeat itself in the most gruesome of ways. Who wouldn't?
  
• Failure --- Failure, to Hero, means many things but most importantly it means the inability to follow the right path. His failures could lay solely on his inability to make the right choices when it matters most.
  
• Lust --- It is a powerful part of humanity, though for Hero, what he fears is his lust for battle. Bloodlust. He fears that his passion for battle will lead him down a dark path that he does not want to tread.

Personality:

At a glance, he can be judged as “serious” or “proud,” as he has a very proper form of posture and always manages to keep a very seemingly strict facial expression. The way he walks indicates that he is very graceful, even though he does not take his appearance very seriously. This does not mean, though, that he does not express happiness, laughter or sadness. This general and common facial expression with him is not so much "strict" but more along the lines of "professional," or "experienced." He is by no means unfriendly, however. Hero, by nature, is also extremely loyal and trustworthy. Every one of his comrades know this about him without a doubt; he is like this because he believes that if one cannot trust another, they will be led astray and thus tread upon a lonely path. On another note, his comrades would not consider him kind, but rather than being kind, he is blunt and very open about his thoughts and beliefs. When it comes to work habits, Hero is focused on the tasks at hand at all times. He does not take breaks and he takes discipline to a whole new level. This aspect of him inspires many people around him because he is straight as an arrow, piercing straight through all obstacles whether it's paperwork or people. In his free time, he does a lot of reading which makes him a common sight in libraries; he has a reputation for being a studious warrior, one who learns with the mind and takes action with the body. At this point, many people would think that Hero is the rigid type, but he's a pretty happy man. His past has given him a wealth of life experience and he knows better than most how to live in such a way that keeps him in the positive.

In combat, his personality changes according to the kind of fight and who he is fighting with, eventually exhibiting a sado-masochistic streak. In a sparring match with a comrade, Hero is focused on the fight but he remains level-headed and thoughtful. Sparring is a form of training and it is important to keep an open mind so that he can constantly learn new things. A challenge from a comrade would make him much more serious. He would retain a relatively calm state of mind, but this is the type of fight where he starts to let loose and have a little fun while being focused on winning rather than learning. In a fight with a wizard from a guild who has shown misconduct but isn't necessarily "bad", more of his loosened personality comes out which makes him more imposing and deadly; in this scenario, he is focused on an imminent victory and in the time before that sets the wizard in their place. In a fight with a criminal on the run, Hero's fun switch gets flipped on entirely and focuses entirely on bending the target to his will while enjoying the thrill of it at the same time. In a scenario where he is fighting a wizard from a dark guild, his bloodlust switch is finally flipped and he no longer has limiters on his fighting strength. He uses his full might to destroy the target without hesitation and without mercy until the wizard is near death's door. In every scenario without failure however, the focus of the fight is taken on seriously. In cases where they are part of a mission, the target is brought to justice without causing death unless absolutely necessary. Duty is his strongest pillar when it comes to combat, right beside honor.

• To Lead the Lightsworn --- The Lightsworn are the elite group of the Rune Knights and are separate from the other divisions. To lead that group would be a high honor for a warrior and it would be his first true step.
  
• To Find His Only Friend --- In order to find a friend who had gone missing years ago, Hero joined the Rune Knights to amass a reputation and gain the authority to lead his own missions and search.

GENERAL APPEARANCE

Appearance: A tall, intimidating figure Hero is built like a juggernaut. Despite his stature, the muscles composing his body are smaller in size but well toned. All over the man's body are noticeably gruesome-looking scars earned mostly from his childhood and growing up. In particular, there is a scar stretched horizontally across his throat that looks burned and cut deep; there are also stab-wound scars scattered on his torso, back and shoulders. As shown at the top of the application, Hero wears a Roman-style armor with embellishments derived from Egypt. The small, gold braces around his wrists and ankles are made of a simple, cheap, and flexible metal so they function as no more than clothing; the same goes for the armor he wears.
