Enemies:
- Weak: Weird, you actually found the one person in government that actually enjoys their job! This clerk happily goes over everything you need to know about the laws and requirements for officiating a marriage, and is quite lenient if you don’t have all the exact details memories. Just get close enough and hang on to your pamphlets for reference later!
- Normal: This clerk doesn’t really seem to care one way or another about what you’re trying to do. They just want to teach you the bare minimum of what you need to know so you can pass the test and they can finally go to lunch. As long as you don’t fail miserably, they’ll get you your license and get you out as soon as possible.
- Strong: Uh oh. You got the dreaded clerk! This person has been working here practically their whole life and has every single law regarding marriage and divorce memorized. Unfortunately, they expect you to have done all your research yourself beforehand and do not take kindly to questions. They are very strict when grading the test!
