_____Grim had not visited this town in, a slow tapping finger to her chin as she attempted to recall just how long. After a brief moment she simply shifted her shoulders a slight degree upward and resumed walking having simply guessed 'some time since' as per usual. Time was unending, and her own was roughly matching so keeping track was a hassle she simple dismissed eons or so ago. Black heeled boots clicked against stone pathways as she shifted between the parting crowds.

_____Some moved because of her beauty maybe, some moved due to her odd skin tone, or maybe it was her blood toned hair that drifted aimlessly around her shoulders as if she was partly submerged. Others likely moved because of the raw magic she cared little to none to conceal for those who might not be able to handle it. But most likely broke away into a path because of the skin and bone infused scythe she had floating beside her right hand. Though in any case the woman simply moved along without heeding any of them as fodder or maggots wise enough to move THIS time around.

_____It was not until she felt a slight tingle in the back of her skull Grim slowed to a halt and turned to face the side area. A clocked figure, no that would not set off her memory in most cases. It was when the book was tossed aside, that the reaper moved. Frame just slightly shifting before she arrived to catch the book moments before it could touch the ground. Slowly standing back up as she flipped it in her hand and released a faint chuckle.

"The lost arts of necrotic preservation... I must say, not my proudest era of transcriptions but a decent one if you pursue necromancy or the sort..."

_____Slowly moving to the side of the robed figure as she reached the book back to them. Black flames flickering across before it looked new, in the terms of being a different book entirely now. The black bone spine leading into a bone trimming around a white cover with red print nothing shy of blood in color and look. Hand slowly letting the book go, and should the figure decide to look it would hold the advanced level notes or maybe some missing pieces of information he needed. When he looked absorbed into the pages, Grim's fingers would snap and the book would turn to ashes and scatter while she yawned.

"Might I ask why you would have interest in such medico dark magics that are often considered a taboo or what was the word they used now-a-days... banned? Honestly the question still remains I suppose."

"If you wrote something, would you not be curious why someone would read it? As for my name most have come to call me Grim reaper for... obvious reasons. Then the last question can amount to reading is for those who have mortality to risk from practicing it themselves. While I'm sure you don't have true immortality like myself, our lives are not so easily... snuffed out I suppose one could say."

_____Grim looked down at her hand as she began to flip it from seeing her palm to the back of it while she spoke. The way the skeletal man seemed intent to stare her down was slightly annoying as she often expected most to kneel before her or the scythe but today she was in a better mood and would exempt it this time around. Slowly moving to sit down as her shadow began to move upward and a Woman along with a shadow throne rose to accommodate the reaper.

"To be honest books and the sort only teach you the basics, if you trust them entirely about anyone who might have seen the same books can counter your magic or foresee what is going to happen. The only real way o learn magic is to be given the basics and devise what you need from there via trial and error. Mold the common magic to your own, using similar or matching patterns in the spell circle to throw off the enemy if they escaped the first time..."

_____Grim moved to rest one shoulder on the armrest while lowering her chin onto her open pal of the same arm. The other outreached towards the woman who had arrived that soon began filing her master's nails without so much as a word or order being given verbally to the shadow mage. Moving her focus back to the other figure as she yawned lightly, she partly expected him to try and verbally demand the book back or things to that nature but thus far he was losing her interest quickly and as the scythe behind her seemed to grow more ominous it was starting to show what she did to people that bored her.

"While I might be called the reaper, and might be old enough to date back to the first tales of that dark part of humanities history I hate to admit the title is to large for me to fill as things are. I have no task for you, nor do you irk me enough to remove you from the chapters of history before you could make a mark on it. While at currently I am in no mood for such, at a later time should fate cross your tale with mine maybe some training could be done."

_____Grim slowly lifted herself from the shadow throne as it vanished, her attire shifting rapidly to a large black cloak that appeared to have souls make up the fabric like appearance it held. Her eyes turning from green to crimson as she yawned lightly and looked to the skies overhead. Time she had escaped, but the mortal constraints still bound her to the world she sought to one day see ruled by her majesty.

"Do try not to die again before that comes to pass skeleton, I do hate when my offers get lost in such a matter... Now then, Shadow it is time to go check on the progress of the castle. Her majesty shall not be kept waiting forever."

_____The woman bowing slowly as she turned and kicked the shadows as they seemed to rip open and she took the lead. Grim looking over to the skeleton and chucking a bit in her head. Had they been female maybe she would have offered them to follow and trained them while overseeing the castle's repairs. Sadly the robe covered bones was male, and as fun as males could be Grim prefered the company of other woman better and simply walked into the shadow portal as it and any trace of her but a memory was left behind.
