Abilities:

Ability 1 : Bertha's lacrima power engine means that when he rides her, she can drive up to the equivalent speed to a B-Rank spell, 200mps. [Capped by Rank] This is too fast for a consistent speed. Please make it a once per post dash and lower the mps to burst speed of your rank.
Ability 2 : Whilst worn in watch form, as it manipulates mana output through the body, the mana cost of Artemis's spells are reduced by 50%.
