    Description
Gods, Demons, Dragons, and everything in between; entities having the same gargantuan arrogance to any primordial concept or empyrean-like being have toyed with creatures they deem ‘lesser’ since Destiny first flipped the pages of Time. This was not a unique experience, nor a special circumstance reserved only to a handful of individuals. This happened throughout generations, for millennia. It has been happening and will pursue to do so to countless millions, for eons to come. From tales of warriors gathered as pawns to deities’ wars resulting in heroes rising from their fruits of cruelty born from a life of hubris, to untold sacrifices surrendered willingly by delusional fools manipulated by entities they barely grasp the concept of, and even to whole generations birthed from lust of callous gods. The Timόtheos bloodline was one result to such acts when the primordial entity of Night bedded a mortal man resulting to the Progeny of Nyx. His lineage, and the unbridled power unknown to his descendants, became an unseen curse to those who could not keep it at bay. The forty-second bearer of said Progeny’s name was no different, bearing the lineage’s curse his whole life.

Timόtheos XLII hated divinity, in all its forms, and in all that it represents. From its influence to reality, to the ugly beings that flaunt their assertions of being divine, and to the fools who wholeheartedly believe the hype? He despised it all. In his life in the Neutral Grounds, where magic was unbelievable scarce, he had lived a life devoid of any reliance to his lineage after he was forced to abandon his home. He lived a life where his lineage only haunted him through its curse and nothing else. In his late childhood, he lived a life of a street urchin and later a life of a workhouse rat, there he lived with others who both believed in gods and those who do not, yet they all live lives without their influence. This mindset he would carry until his early adulthood as a dock-worker where, even after being exposed to magic, his outlook has yet to be proven wrong. Only in his years as a mage he had been forced to confront his heritage. Yet in the few moments of desperation, where he had allowed himself to hold the domain he had inherited and despised—even then—he would always see the situations where he used divinity when it was against situations where divinity itself was the root cause and would only force his hand, reinforcing his belief even more.

Tim’s vendetta against divinity could hardly be called a lineage, he was not even the first of his line to bear hatred against the divine, but he will be the first to turn his back against it. Such a distinction was enough for him.

    Plot Abilities:
    • Infamy
Going against divinity was not an uncommon occurrence. It was frequent and a mild annoyance to such beings, at worst. Yet, even most renegades were backed by deities who use them as a proxy. But ripples of information bouncing against the more tittle-tattle of divine beings would often come. It was about a mortal who stole a divine’s domain, even creating his own, to use it against them. It became a thought that would crawl in their collective consciousness, and their worry would only grow as his deeds became greater.
    • Loyalty
An astral wolf by the name of Asena became Tim’s partner when he first became a wizard. The pair did not even notice it happen, but Tim would only need to call her name and not even the dimensional gap between realms would be enough to keep her from locating him and materialize by his side.
    • Progeny of Nyx
Not even turning his back against divinity would let Tim escape his true lineage. Whenever his body was not being hit by a light source, Nyx’s curse would often manifest itself just as it had since the day Tim was born. It would manifest as an inklike substance, pouring from Tim’s skin like sweat, lathing his body until it either is burned from light or it drips down into a puddle of shadow on the ground. This curse would also allow the Primordial Entity of Darkness, Erebus, to creep through Tim’s mind and converse with him.

    Abilities:
    • Anathema’s Hunger
Whether it was a product of the different domains he had violated in his time or it was from his unique instinctual understanding of such concepts courtesy of his circumstance, Tim can consume a spell's (up to H+ rank) energy and convert it as his own, regardless of whether the spell’s element fall upon Tim’s domain, twice per thread. The spell can be converted into either MP or SP, depending on which was used to cast it. A Demon-slayer’s spell will also be consumed but Tim will still take full damage from the spell. The consumed spell, should it be converted to MP, will not be counted for the cost needed to access Force. (3 effects)
    • Thug’s Self-neglect
The innate disregard Tim carries for his own wellbeing reflects even in his abilities. He gains 100% base Strength at the cost of 50% each for his base Spell Healing, base Technique Healing, base Spell Durability, and base Technique Durability. (2 effects)
    • Urchin’s Pride
Having both grown up alone along with the other street urchins in the Neutral Grounds, his stubbornness after having grown up had done nothing but bloat exponentially. Tim gains 60% increase to both his Damage Resistance and his base HP at the cost of 60% of both his base Spell Range and base Technique Range. (2 effects)
    • Fighter’s Ego
Gambling in illicit cage fights growing up and not abandoning the habit even until he moved to Hargeon, Tim’s ego as a fighter was second to none. Tim gets 60% increase to both his Strength and his Stamina. (2 effects)
    • Haggler’s Courtesy
Even as he had mellowed out since his days in the Neutral Grounds, his habits of ‘negotiating’ for a better pay had never left him, much to the dismay of his employers. Though it must be said they never sent a complaint his way about his work-performance. Tim wrings out a 100% jewel bonus upon completing jobs. (1 effect)
