    Magnolia Town.

It was yet another bright and wonderful and warm day here in the land of Fiore. The sun was out and the sky blue with little to know clouds in sight. The birds were chirping and flying about but they weren't the only creatures active on this day. Here in the city of Magnolia, life was always around. People were out going on with their daily lives among other things. Everything felt peaceful and festive, and ideal atmosphere for someone like Alburn who walked through the market district of this town with his hood up and one hand stuffed within his pocket as he tossed a paint can in the air repeatedly with his other hand with his little "sister" Genesis by his side.

"Heh, this place is something else huh, Sis? Has a very artistic vibe, y'know?" Alburn claimed, looking down at the girl with a relaxed smile on his face. The male's eye traced left and right, looking curiously at his surroundings. There were market stands all over the place filled with all sorts of items, but nothing that Alburn was looking for. "Come onnnn." Alburn sighed before stopping in his tracks with a sigh escaping his breathe. "There's gotta be a place somewhere." Alburn said to himself as he started to look around more. He'd then notice someone walking past them and gently patted their shoulder to get their attention. "Yo, sorry to bother ya, but do you know where we could get some booze?" Alburn asked while gesturing at his little sister who was definitely not old enough to drink. "Anywhere's fine, I'm not really pick-" Alburn would then pause as he got a better look at this person.

It was a woman...with BEAUTY like none other!

Alburn's mouth widened with his cheeks flushed. One could even argue that they saw steam come out of his nose! "A L-L-L-LADDDAAAYYY" Alburn screamed out, catching other people's attention while also confusing the woman who was just about to point the guy in the direction of a bar. Without a second thought, Alburn went onto one knee and grabbed the woman's hand while removing his hood. "Y'know, I don't say this a lot, but your beauty if unrivaled! Your smile must be what gives this festive town life!" But she wasn't smiling....in fact she seemed rather annoyed with this. The woman looked like she was just about ready to knock that wannabe suave look off the one eyed wizard's face, but it seems like someone else was going to have a crack at him....

Suddenly standing behind the oblivious Alburn was a tall and rather muscular looking man who was in the middle of cracking his knuckles. It was the woman's boyfriend. The moment Alburn heard those cracks, his body shivered, causing him to slowly turn around to see the equally annoyed brute. "Uhhh...." With a goofy grin on his face, Alburn slowly got up and faced the man, chuckling nervously. With the paint can still in his hand, Al started to shake it before suddenly spraying it in the man's direction.

"HYAAHHHHH!!" Alburn yelled out as if it were a battle cry. His aim was to blind the guy with the spray paint and make a run for it, but instead got it all over his shirt....further pissing him off.

Nervously scratching his cheek, Alburn was just about to attempt to rub the paint off the guy until he started to roar, "GET READY TO HAVE YOUR LIMBS REARRANGED, PUNK!!!" prompting Alburn to screech and run off straight out of the market district...and in the direction of the building where the independent guild, Fairy Tail resides. "RUN SIS THESE GUYS ARE PSYCHOS!!" Alburn would yell out towards Genesis as he ran, the guy pursuing the poor one eyed fool. If Genesis stuck around long enough, the woman Alburn previously flirted with would look down at her, and pat the girl on the head politely before asking, "Is that...weirdo your brother?"

A Good Role Model (Genesis/Open) Empty Re: A Good Role Model (Genesis/Open)

Post by Genesis 4th May 2019, 5:23 pm

There was always something exciting about towns and cities that Genesis always looked forward to. Perhaps it was all the new types of people or structures or maybe it was all the new activities and environment that she was introduced to. So far she had been traveling for a year with Alburn and she has yet to grown tired of it. It always seemed as if there was a new adventure that awaited her in each town they arrived to, some of which had enticed her to stay longer. While there were times when Genesis had considered heavily to stay in one of the towns, ultimately her desire to travel some more had influenced her decision to move on. However, she was beginning to grow tired of living as nomads. As much as she wanted to continue to explore, she simply wanted a place to settle down for a while.

This day the pair had arrived in Magnolia, and Genesis didn't hesitate as she looked around, checking out everything about this town. "Mmm, I guess." She muttered in response to her brother's question. Unlike her brother, she didn't exactly understand much about art as he did. While she did try her best, all she could get from things were that they were just pretty. As her brother began to look around at the stands, Genesis simply took a glance at all the items they were selling. While she didn't understand what some of them were, she simply just liked looking at them. It was enough to keep her entertained. As she was taking a look at some of the interesting drinks they were selling such as kombucha, she quickly heard a commotion from behind her. Turning around, she quickly saw her brother freaking out to another woman.

By this time Genesis had grown used to this. Her eyes glanced to the person that was slowly approaching Alburn. Immediately, a small smile appeared on her face. While she knew that she probably should have warned her brother, it was sometimes very entertaining to see what types of the situation he ended up in. As he continued to spout compliments to the woman, the man cracked his knuckles loudly to where even she could hear them from where she was standing. As he turned around, Genesis had to use all her willpower to stifle a giggle. Now, somehow this situation got even worse as now he had sprayed paint on the man's shirt. How was poor Alburn going to get out of this pickle now? While Genesis knew that she probably should go and stop him, she simply didn't feel the need. This wasn't the first time this happened and definitely not the last. They were going to get out of this situation somehow.

Watching her brother run away, she finally let out a little giggle. The woman appeared to notice her after all this commotion and pat her on the head which she happily accepted. "Mhm, he is. He's weird but I like him." After watching him run a considerable distance, Genesis finally began to make her way towards the path he went down. "I should see if he's still alive or not." She would follow him, all the way until they reached the outskirts of the Fairy Tail building.

Post by Noheme 9th May 2019, 11:57 pm

It would be an awful shame to spend such a wonderful day inside, that much people all around the town could agree on. With the lack of clouds in the sky and temperature stabilizing at the pleasant warmth, just about every street was bustling with life. That was Magnolia for you, one of the few places that could be like this no matter the situation. Noheme felt the pull of natural beauty as well, drawn out of her hiding after a very long time. Seeing this place again, with the guild sitting in its center… it was strangely nostalgic, despite everything that has happened.

And so the woman moved across the rooftops, not interested in tearing her way through the numerous crowds down below. Her form was hidden beneath the light brown cloak, tattered toward its end. Though it still did a fine job of making her appear like a mysterious figure that did not wish her identity to be revealed. It took so little force to hop from one roof to another, the warm surface feeling rather pleasant on the girl’s feet. Finally, she was on the market. Or rather, above it. Not quite feeling like going down there at the moment, she seated herself at the edge of one of the building.

Sometimes she felt like a child, dangling her bare legs over the heads of many different people walking down below while the rest of her form remained hidden, only a few green and orange locks of hair escaping from the hood and dancing in the light breeze. But something caught her attention, as one could expect in a place like this. A boy causing a scene, young redhead by the looks of it. He certainly managed to capture the huntress’ attention, who laughed softly into the wind as she watched the whole scene unfold.

Though she was ready to leap down there and take action of an actual fight were to break out, it seemed that she didn’t need to worry in the first place. While the boy ran off, there was another, much smaller figure that was at the scene. And even from this far above, she caught a bit of it.  “Brother…” There was something… Despite the boy not using any powers, Noheme felt magical energy out of him. As if drawn by some mysterious force, she got up onto her own two feet again and moved.

It was not difficult following the duo down on the streets, the open roofs creating an easy environment for her to move through. Eventually, they stopped near the guild hall. Perhaps it was work of fate? Those two were far from someone who would easily fit among the people of this city. But if they possessed a talent for magic, then they could become valued assets for the guild. Though there was the question if they would even be willing to join one. Giggling to herself, Noheme would finally leap off the building and gently glide towards the ground, as if some mysterious force was preventing her from hitting the ground too hard.

Letting the hood slip off to reveal her green and orange hair, along with a pair of fluffy fox ears, her sharp eyes gazed at the duo as she slowly approached them. A grin adorned her face, not even remotely hiding her mischievous attitude. “A troublemaker. What a perfect fit for the guild.” In Noheme’s usual fashion, she also had no respect for any sort of personal space, suddenly sidestepping behind the boy and embracing him from behind, her hands feeling him up all across his chest through his clothes.

I don’t believe I’ve caught your name, boy. And your… sister’s…” With that, her eyes moved over to look over the young girl. In fact, she looked a bit too young to be this one’s sister. Though she wasn’t about to judge. She was certainly looking forward to getting to know them both. Provided they would not be too scarred by her introduction just now. Most people were, seeing how Noheme was very touchy in this way. And dangerous to those who dared to overstep the huntress’ boundaries.

A Good Role Model (Genesis/Open) Empty Re: A Good Role Model (Genesis/Open)

Post by Mura Kensho 11th May 2019, 10:57 am

With his headband on, Mura darted through his duties inside the guild hall. It was a priority to keep the place clean, and given the reputation of Fairy Tail’s fondness for wild, unpredictable events, who else would meet the task of cleaning up? He saw it as a task of honor, optimistically pushing himself through with his sponge on his left hand and a spray can filled with soap on his other hand. No wall or surface was free from purification under his rule in the toilets. He would see this through ‘till the end.

Given the size of the toilets, he needed 3 clones to help him. Together, they sang Midi’s national anthem and made things difficult for those who tried to take a dump during his work:

    ((MIDIAN LANGUAGE))

    ”Midi!”
    “Midi!”
    “His Majesty’s Reign!”
    “His Majesty’s Reign!”
“Thousands of years of happy reign be thine!”
“Thousands of years of happy reign be thine!”
“Rule on, my lord, till what are pebbles now!”
“Rule on, my lord, till what are pebbles now!”
“By age united to mighty rocks shall grow!”
“By age united to mighty rocks shall grow!”
“Whose venerable sides the moss doth line!”
“Whose venerable sides the moss doth line!”

    ((END MIDIAN LANGUAGE))

And with the power of killing time, he finished the job. Finally, he could dash out and get something to eat in the guild hall. Knowing that the kitchen was free for him to use, he drenched himself in water from a shower on the wall next to the exit, then escaped the toilet completely covered in a thick layer of dihydrogen monoxide. A mere swoop with his hand, though, commanded all the water particles to escape his surface and land on the toilet floor.

After having made himself a nice chicken ramen stew, it was time to get some fresh air. Kyuken and Zirconis, his two trusty ghosts of ancient warriors being a samurai one and a legit dragon, flailed around the shaman’s head.

“It’s summertime soon! Ahhhh, I bet it’ll be every bit as delightful as last time…!”
“I swear, if I had chains, I’d lock you in the depth of a dungeon…”

Mura was determined to taste the warm air that surrounded Magnolia today. Walking right through the front door to the guild, he took a deep breath and felt at peace with his ramen bowl in his hand and janitor headband worn.

As Genesis took off to catch up with her brother, the woman who previously spoke to the little girl waved at her before saying, "I feel sorry for her..." under her breathe. A very reasonable response to anyone who witnesses such a sweet little girl hanging around with a wannabe Casanova like Alburn.

    Speaking of....

Alburn continued to dart across the town with the enraged brute of a boyfriend still in pursuit! Al being physically fit despite how lazy he can be was able to easily duck and weave his away around obstacles and people while the brute chasing him only managing to keep up by just rushing his way right through everything and everyone like a raging bull. Al turned around and much to his horror saw the crazy guy still in pursuit!

"Freaking hell, man!" Al yelled out before facing forward once again. It didn't seem like simple running will do the trick so the one eyed man was instead about to go for an alternative...

As he continued to run, Alburn placed his index fingers on the temples of his head and closed his eye, but just before he could use a spell....

    BAM!!

Alburn quickly turned around and opened his eye to see that the brute ran into a poor fruit stand, causing him to fall over onto his ass. With a satisfied smirk on his face, Alburn snickered as he managed to get himself out of yet another sticky situation. Al's running slowed to walking before finally stopping, unbeknownst to him that he stopped right in front of one of those wizard guilds. "Hm?" Alburn turned his head back around and looked up at the sign that read "Fairy Tail" before looking over at some guy who was currently eating.

As if he completely forgot about the pursuit he was just in, Alburn casually walked up to the guy. "Hey, you guys wouldn't happen to sell booze here? Me and my little sis have been looking all day for som-" As Alburn gestured to his side, he finally noticed that Genesis wasn't with him, causing him to blink a few times before placing his hands against the sides of his face in panic. "Aww crap, not again!!!" He yelled out. "Sis! Where'd ya g-" before he could finish, Alburn felt himself suddenly being embraced from behind. For a split second, he thought it was Genesis, but this figure felt taller....and more slender. As soon as this woman started to speak, Alburn's cheeks started to glow as a goofy smirk developed on his face.

"Gahehehehe..." was all he could get out of his mouth at the moment....

A Good Role Model (Genesis/Open) Empty Re: A Good Role Model (Genesis/Open)

Post by Genesis 14th May 2019, 8:31 pm

“Brother!” Genesis called out, trying to catch up with him. She honestly wasn’t sure if he had lost that big man or not yet. While she knew that she probably should hope for the better, secretly she really wanted to see him get into a fight with a guy like him. Just as she believed that she lost him, a giant crash caught her attention, causing her to instinctively wince in response. In the stand, she saw the man that Alburn had enraged and her brother running away into a nearby building. Genesis was both glad and disappointed that she wouldn’t be able to see a fist fight, but at least she didn’t have to spend half of the day tracking him down.

Following him, Genesis took a look at the building’s sign. “Fah-rai tiel?” She would attempt to read. She had never been the best with reading, although in recent months she had made some progress. But even so, she still had no idea what it meant. Maybe Alburn knew and considering the fact he was busy searching for something to drink all day she had to reckon it would be a bar of some sorts. As she made her way inside the building to see what was happening, she noticed two other people with Alburn.

The first was a woman with fluffy ears and crazy hair who was hugging her brother from behind. It wasn’t just the ears or hair, but just the vibe that she got from the woman. It was unlike any that she felt before and was mystifying... The other was a young man at the bar who was calmly eating a bowl of noodles. Compared to the woman, he looked normal, but Genesis could feel a strong power coming from him as well. She felt a little bit nervous around such strong people, however, she still had to retrieve her brother. “Alburn, you big dummy.” She scolded. “I’m right here but you had to get us in trouble again.”

The woman’s gaze shifted from Alburn to Genesis, causing her to shrink a little more in response. However, seeing that he was too smitten to even respond to the woman’s question, she would have to reluctantly take up that role. She looked at the woman with a timid expression on her face and quietly replied, “Genesis.”

Strangely enough, the boy did not have much of a reaction to the Huntress. And, well, the reaction that was there was rather… odd, to say the least. So all in all, this one most certainly did not have a warrior’s spirit inside of him, else he would have retaliated already. Not that such a thing could not be developed down the road. For now, the girl’s evaluation was mostly done. “Your muscle structure could use some… work.” He was no Aztec God of fitness, that much was pretty obvious.

The even younger girl joined the conversation as well, though the huntress could very easily smell fear, or something akin to it, from her. This was suboptimal, to say the least. With a sigh, Noheme would wrap her hands roughly around the boy’s belly and press her chest firmly against his back. “Now then…” and without any warning what so ever, she performed a perfect suplex, driving the boy’s head into the floor behind her as she loosened her grip onto him and rolled to the side. “You’re less guarded than a freshly born baby. That will do favors to no one…

That was the boy dealt with, potentially for up to a few minutes depending on how sturdy his skull was. The girl also interested Noheme, so she was next. Though, for obvious reasons, she was not about to do the same to her. Instead, she squatted down and looked the child over. “I’ve heard you earlier. Seems that you can barely read. I suppose that is more than most members of my tribe can do, but still… the guild’s library should help with that. So tell me, you and your brother over there… you two are mages, correct?

Post by Mura Kensho 22nd May 2019, 4:30 am

Mura barely got a chance to hear out the strange red-head’s request about some booze - which they did have in the guild, no worries - as he was taken aback by the male’s cry in his sister’s absence. “Y-You should watch over her a little more… have you been running?” the shaman asked curiously, a tad worried for his sister’s whereabouts. Was she young? Wouldn’t that make it worrisome to have, perhaps, a small girl wandering alone in Magnolia? Then again, there were many worse places to get lost in, and this town would likely serve as her guide anyways. That was just how friendly this town was.

And Eris was getting very friendly with him too. Coming out of nowhere, the vixen sorceress had her way with the redhead and revealed his fluster and… Mura could’ve sworn that he saw Kyuken’s face in that man. He rolled his eyes towards the samurai ghost for a brief moment, having Kyuken pop a question mark over his head in confusion. “… What’s wrong?”

A crash could be heard as Eris decided that a suplex was a proper greeting to the red-haired dude. Mura panicked for a moment and waddled over to where he would find Alburn after the ‘embrace’, looking down in guilt. “S-Sorry about that…” he apologized and offered a hand to get up again, “Oh hey, your sister’s alright. That’s good… now I’m more worried about your head. What kind of greeting was that, Eris?” His face pouted in a displeased fashion tainted with naivety towards the exotic fox for her immature hug attack, but he knew well that Eris was a very carefree type…

Despite being all worried about his sister's whereabouts and safety not too long ago, Alburn was now completely focused on the strange yet very enticing woman behind him. Al loves his sister very much...but when a woman comes into contact with Al it's almost as if he loses connection with the rest of the world. "Heh well you know I just decided to stop doing my daily work out regime for the day, take a little break...ya know." Alburn claimed, despite the last time he has worked out was...a very long time. Ironic since he comes from a family warriors.

Still he wasn't THAT out of shape...right?

Genesis has just came in, scolding her scatterbrained brother, but she'd get no response from him as he was too busy nervously chuckling over the woman squeezing him tighter. "Oh ho ho, I like where this is goi-ACK!!" Before Alburn could finish his little comment, the poor man found himself being sent head first onto the floor! "Errr..." Alburn groaned as he just laid there face first on the ground with his rear comically in the air.

"Beautiful...and strong." Alburn mumbled before slowly turning his slightly bruised face towards the other guy. "Ahh d-don't worry about...it. Happens to me alllll the time, ya know?" Alburn claimed. He's been both slapped and punch by women...even knocked out cold with one wielding brass knuckles...but never has one just suplex him! Al then finally glanced over to his sister as she spoke with the brutal amazon.

"O-oh hey, Sis. Wh-when did you get here?" Alburn asked as he attempted to stand back up only just now realizing Genesis was here.
