Sara watched with piqued interest as she neared the island that the West Fiore Trading Company had made its base of operations. From the boat that she had taken to get here, Sara was already in small awe from the huge Dock. The dock itself had 3 ports and Sara had no idea from where to enter, hopefully the boat driver knew where to go. After a bit she noticed that the boat driver didn't change directions to any of the other ports and she guessed that the middle one was the right one.
Soon the boat stopped and Sara picked her backpack that was carrying her clothes and the metal skirt that usually stays on top of her black one as a layer of protaction. Paying the boat driver, she proceeded to enter deeper into the island. Following the path that was lit by lacrima, she couldn't stop herself from looking around. She didn't have much time as she reached a rather larger white building. She looked around, before entering guessing that this was the way she supposed to go. Honestly Sara was quite lost at where exactly she had to go and instead followed her gut to get her to the right location, she didn't want to go somewhere that she was not supposed to be.

After walking up some stairs, she found herself at a pair of large double doors. After every room she was more and more in awe at the place she may soon call home.  Passing through the set of doors, she found herself at a large reception area. Spotting some people at the rather large reception desk, she made her way towards it. Once she reached the reception, one of the receptionists greeted her and asked what business she had with the company. "I'm here in hopes of joining the company." Sara told the receptionist with more excitement then she usually let out. But today was a kind of special day for her.

In the upper offices of the company  Sol was doing his paperwork and enjoying a cup of green tea while he pushed thru the stack of forms. After a  while the void dweller finished his  papers and decided to head out and get some air outside of the company building. He descended down the stairs as he made sure his company uniform was straight and looked good and he glanced around. Despite the  fact that it had been sometime since his change  Sol still drew attention due to his looks. His snow white skin  made his two colored eyes stand out even more as he hit the final step and proceeded into the Reception area.

Hearing a voice saying she was hoping to join the company before Alisha could answer Sol gently put a hand on her shoulder and he smiled softly.”I believe your in luck Miss” he said his crimson and violet slitted eyes looking at her.”I am Sol Terumi a Vice President of the Company and if your looking to join we are always willing to take in new people but of course we always give a test if you will follow me please” he said politely as he bowed to her before motioning for her to follow him.

    The Next Step

It had been a short time since his visit to Clover town to check up on an issue that seemed to have arisen there, at current it seemed as if, if it wasn't one thing it was another with the company and now being one vice president down it meant the work load had increased of those who remained. He had ended up going to a camp where some teenagers had been killed checking on an urban legend though upon the way he had met a young woman whom seemed to want to help end the murderer's spree of killing. She had informed him of the urban legend of the place and couldn't believe that such awful things had happened due to the pain of one child due the cruel misunderstands and neglect of those in the camp that were meant to help them. He could understand the hate the child would have and the want to have those that hurt him pay, at the same time however he couldn't condone such a horrible way of correcting such a wrong. It even had him wonder due to his own upbringing why hadn't he turned out the same way but upon further thought he realised it was because of the rules he had to abide by and the punishments that came from straying from those rules.

During the job the two had gotten into several conversations one being that the young woman wanted to become a wizard saint, upon asking why she said it had always been her dream to become famous and it seemed like a logical step. He had explained to her what it truly meant from his point of view to be in the position was in and though didn't discourage her in following her path suggested that she may want to think if she could fit the role or if it truly was just so her name would be known. Another conversation they had was if the other had thought about joining a guild and ended in him offering her a position within the company if she so wished to join them. He had mentioned they weren't officially a guild but a company but due to the sheer amount of mages they done many considered them a non official legal guild. In honesty that didn't bother him because that side technically was as the employees could pick up jobs to do when they weren't on duty or wanted a change of scene. It had turned out it had been something on her mind but of that point she hadn't made up her mind where she wanted to go and so he told her to take the time to make the correct choice for her but the offer would be open to her if she ever wished to take him up on it.

During the job his sickness had started to flare so when he got home he decided to go right to his bedroom where he had stayed for at least ten days, today was the first time he had ventured out of it wearing a white male yukata with ice blue obi belt. It was clear he was still sick as his eyes were still dimly glowing and his hair was slightly messy. Making his way down from the elevator his hand went to the wall using it to support himself when he heard the voice of the young woman he had met recently. With a little effort he moved towards her, his hand going to his chest as he bowed a little but felt like he was going to fall flat on his face "Good morning Miss Ravencrest, it's a pleasure to see you once more." he said with a tired sounding voice. Standing he put his hand to his head feeling light headed and dizzy "What brings you to Tolgalen?" he asked after a moment as the room stopped spinning.

Sara's lone green eye pinned itself on the new face that came behind the receptionist. The stare itself wasn't because of the snow white skin that was quite unique in her opinion, and it was probably the first time she ever saw a person with that type of skin tone, it was the fact how much taller he was then herself. Sometimes she woundered why she ended up being so short, maybe because she took of a bit of her mother but even she was a bit taller then herself right now and she doubted that she grow more then now. As it had its minuses it also had its pluses, and sometimes it could be quite unnerving, but that was not the case now. The stranger soon introduced himself as Sol Terumi and her guess was correct that he was from the mage part that Ruvel had spoken to her about, when he introduced himself as a Vice President. "It's nice to meet you, my name is Sara Ravencrest."  She wondered what the test would be, but there was no point in asking, she was going to find out either way.

As she went to follow Sol, she heard someone call out to her. Turning her head towards them, she didn't need to see who it was to know that it was Ruvel, she already knew by the voice, it wasn't that long ago that they had done a job together. It was a chance encounter that they met, but it helped her to reevaluate her goals and where her life would go from there. " Its a pleasure to see you too, Ruvel." She said with a small smile. He looked tired, maybe not enough sleep was the case of it. " I spent sometime thinking about the offer you gave me, and after a while I decided to take it up, I checked a few guilds out, but nothing had stood out to me, and here I also knew someone that could help me if I had questions, and after that I ended up here." After the job they did, Sara had went back to Clover to see her surrogate father and check up on general information about the guilds. Most of the guilds didn't really fit for what she wanted. She wanted things a bit more organized in a way, and the trading company fit perfectly. Well that was if she could pass the 'test'.

As Sol saw Ruvel approach the Void Dweller saw that his hair was messy and his eyes were glowing and he instantly became concerned.”It is nice to meet you as well miss Ravencrest” he said before he  heard Ruvel ask what brought her to Tolgalen which Sol was about to answer before  Sara did and explained she was interested in joining the company after considering other options and the Deathless nodded In comformation.”I was actually just about to test her and bring her into the company when you showed up” he said before he addressed the issue of his CEO’s health.

Rui your not looking very good you really should be resting” he suggested gently,he made a mental note to keep an eye on his leader  incase he needed his medicine. While it was rare for him to have to give it to the CEO he knew it was a nightmare to administer.”By the way Rui have you Seen Demi around lately I have been meaning to talk to her about some things” he asked. Sol was still learning about his new condition and his new race since he was now a Void Dweller and it was still something he was getting used to. As he was about to speak again he heard footsteps approaching  before Sol turned his head to see his Servant Yuzuruha approaching them.

She was dressed in traditional Midi clothing and her vibrant red hair was long and very silky  which looked good with her Vibrant purple eyes, she bowed low to Sol before speaking.”Sol Sama I retrieved the documents you requested and also a report from the elders of Myazhe” she said as she offered him the papers  with two hands and he took them with two hands as well as they both bowed to each other and  he looked over them quickly before putting them in a shadow portal.”Thank you Yuzu Chan I am grateful for your help” he said before he glanced over to Ruvel.” Rui do you mind if my attendent joins us?” he asked politely

    The Next Step

Ruvel had been listening to the two conversing, it was true he looked less than his best but that was not of his doing. He had fallen sick due to over extending himself in quite a few ways, it was true he should have still been within his room but it didn't always work that way as normally it was his elder adoptive brother Cirven and his summons that tended to his dietary needs in this state so he didn't need to worry about such things. That was until Cirven seemed to do a vanishing act and the trip to his apparent ancestral home changed his magic from a type of summoning to what he currently had at the moment. It was true he still had a few summons that didn't want to give up their contracts but there was reasons why they couldn't do it. The twins got hurt by light, in his current state he wouldn't dare call the reaper, Sato would likely be gardening with his sister Yona, Bennu would not only burn down the building but the immediate area and his big sister was a fairy so she wouldn't be able to carry the glass.

It wasn't exactly like he could all room service either as, as soon as the magical darkness started only he, his summons and at one point Cirven could enter. This was for Ruvel's safety as when he was sick he was unable to use magic to defend himself or it could and likely would turn out in a bad way. He still had to wonder what the hell was going through Cirven's head when he allowed Sol know that the specialised medicine he was making was for him, his health and such was no one else's business inside the company as far as he was concerned and nothing would change his mind on that. He couldn't care less if Sol was the head of their medical and research departments there was still things that he didn't need to know in his opinion and this was one of them. He would have asked his big brother what the hell he was thinking when he done it, there was the issue that no one actually knew where Cirven was and even if he did get the answer nothing could be done about it now as Sol ready had the information. Still didn't mean he had to be happy about it though. "I'm glad you took the time to look into everything and made an informed decision Miss Ravencrest." he said offering a small smile of his own, his voice however was faint showing just how out of sorts he currently was.

His eyes then turned their attention to Sol as he spoke about taking her for the mandatory test that their company done and shook his head. "On this occasion it is not needed Mr. Terumi" he said simply as he leaned a little against the reception desk to steady his balance, one of the receptionist seeing just how their CEO was acting moved their own chair behind him and helped him sit "Thank you Miss Aima." the young woman smiled before going back to her post to deal with a client she had asked to wait just a moment while she helped Ruvel. "I done a task with Miss Ravencrest a few weeks back in Clover Town so I have seen her abilities first hand, to add to this I offered her a job which she has decided to accept." His voice showed just how tired he was but it still held the air of authority that dared his vice president to argue with him on the matter because he would happily shoot the elder male down on the matter.

He was waiting for his health to be addressed and sighed a little rolling his eyes, he knew the other was just looking out for his well being, however he had just stated something so obvious that even a blind person would be able to see it. "Yes, I should be resting because I am sick." he said calmly, it was true that the other could administer his medicine but he was more likely to hurt himself more to keep the medicine away from him. It was the only time he ever fought back at full power and it often ended with him being sicker than if he was left alone and the one trying to give it do him landing in the hospital for a few weeks. There was of course reason for how he acted but this was something not even Sol knew, all he knew was it was one hell of a dangerous task to even try to do it.

Hearing him asking about Demi he was about to open his mouth to answer the question when a young woman approached Sol with paperwork, a short conversation happened between the two and he was willing to wait to talk. "No, I don't know where Demi is. Last I knew she was trying to hunt down my wayward elder brother." he said when the conversation came to and end, his eyes going to Sara once more "You must have some questions and there's some information we need to collect so you are on file, if you wouldn't mind following us we can go to the board room and finish up the formalities." he said starting to stand slowly his attention once again returning to Sol "I am sorry but I have to decline your request for your attendant to come to the board room as information may come up that she shouldn't be privy to." his tone again was weak but at the same time it showed he wouldn't waver on the matter "If you do not wish to attend then you do not need to" his words showing the choice was his but it could only be him and his attendant wouldn't be allowed to accompany him. Standing he motioned Sara to follow him as he headed towards the elevator allowing her and Sol to follow him if they so wished. He had originally came down to get some water but knew there was always water in the board room so he didn't have to worry on that.

Post by Killua 8th April 2019, 3:06 pm

It was now fairly obvious after seeing how the mage moved and used the reception table as support that something was wrong. Then again it was none of her business to pry into him about it.  She nodded to Ruvel with a small smile of her own, as the other two mages began to converse, Sara began to space out a little bit and it wasn't long before she had found herself in her own mindscape, a long her trip, she had found herself quite i few times lost deep in thought or talking with her tenant,. 'You haven't said a single thing since we got here, i'm quite surprised' She asked the pitch blackness that was around her and for a second she thought he wouldn't reply, but then a red eye had opened in the darkness slightly illuminating the area around them. 'I'm just amusing myself by how fragile you humans seem to be, and keep up with the conversation I don't need to listen to what they have to say for you.' The demon closed his eye after that and would completly ignore what she had to say. He wasn't in the mood for talking all that much and it wasn't like now was the best time for that either, so Sara just let him go back to his constant slumbering state that he was in when nothing that was interesting to him was happening.

What felt like half an hour to Sara in her mindscape was actually a few minutes in reality, it was mostly because he liked to make her wait when he was berely interested in what she had to say to him, if he wasn't the one to start the conversation just to annoy her and have a bit of fun for himself. Their relationship between them had gotten slightly better in the past few weeks, he wasn't constantly trying to make her murder someone, or to let him have some fun in his own personal way that ment ripping apart everything around her, atleast he was a tad bit more helpful then before.

Sara would have sighed, but she didn't want to draw the attention of the two mages around her, it had become somewhat of her trademark when she got frustrated with something, she didn't know why but it helped in keeping her calm, and now that she thought about it, she seemed to sigh way more then she used to. The recent events had gotten her a bit stressed out maybe, and it wasn't like she had taken much time to rest, the last time was when they finished the job at Azure Lake near Clover with Ruvel, and even then it wasn't exactly as she wanted it to be, instead she searched around to find in which guild she would be most content to be, and before that was even rougher as she traveled from town to town as a wandering mage, accepting requests. And it was at Azure Lake that she finally decided that she didn't want to live the same life and that a change in pace was needed.

Her attention was finally brought back to the matter at hand, as at first she had to guess that they were talking about the test that she had to take. But now as Ruvel decided to step up for her, she doubted that it would be needed, none the less she was still intereted in what said test was going to be about. From the time that she had spaced out as now another woman had made an appearance and handed some sort of documents to Sol, before bowing to each other, it was probably one of the things she had to get used to other then addressing people in a more polite and professional manner. Sara continued to stay silent as the two mages continued talking about, it wasn't a long one but she didn't want to interrupt the two men, she was quite timid in terms of her social skills, sometimes she was could talk all night without a single care about what she's going to say to someone, and the rest of time she would just rather stay silent and listen.

She nodded when Ruvel  mentioned that they had to collect some information about her, she guessed that it was  mandatory for newcomers to to be asked a few questions about somethings, and it was also the perfect time to ask questions if there was something that needed to be cleared up for her surrounding the company. She followed Ruvel when he stood up and went towards the elevator. " I finally decided what I'm going to do with my goal. I gave it quite a bit of thought when i got back to Clover and i decided that I don't want to strive for a saint spot just for the fame. Rather i want to be a beacon of light of sorts, and i wanted to thank you about opening my eyes about what it really ment to be one." She let out another small smile as she spoke those words, before wondering if Sol was going to come with them. It was kind of funny to her how one job had changed so many things for her. Only time would now tell if things were going to go for the better or worse.

As his CEO explained that a test was not needed and that her skills had already been seen Sol nodded in understanding.”I understand Rui  if you have seen her abilitys I trust your judgement” he said  understanding his leaders decision, if he had already seen her skills then he would accept Ruvels decision. Seeing his boss roll his eyes Sol sighed knowing he asked a stupid question be he couldn’t help but be concerned.hearing that Yuzuruha could not come with him he glanced at her.”Yuzu Chan Please return to Myazhe and let the Elder know I got the message and will visit with him when I am done here and then Ill see you back at home” he said softly as he bowed to her. “of Course Sol Sama I will make sure things are in order at Castle” she said  as she bowed back to him and then headed out the door to head back to Sols Province.

Seeing Ruvel and Sara head towards a Board room he followed them and as Sara mentioned that she desired to be a Wizard Saint and Ruvel had opened her eyes on what it meant to be one the Void Dweller Smiled softly at her.”If that is your goal Miss Ravencrest then we will do our best to help you attain it” he said as he followed both of them into the elevator, once they got up to the board Room Sol  stepped inside with them and he moved and poured  a glass of water for Sara and for Ruvel before he poured one for himself and he sat down and  waited for Ruvel to speak to the newcomer.

    The Next Step

Ruvel waited until Sol and Sara were both inside the elevator until he allowed the doors to close his eyes closing at just how bright it was, he hated being like this on so many levels but there was nothing that he could do when sick. "Board room" he said calmly within a few seconds they had been moved to the top floor and the doors opened, as he walked forward the head receptionist dashed forward to help as she seen just how bad of a condition he was in, her eyes looking at Sol wondering what the hell he was thinking allowing Ruvel to be doing anything but resting right now. "Ruvel you need to be resting, Cirven would be upset to see you like this." she said her voice mirroring the concern on her face "If he was really concerned he would be here now wouldn't he." he stated without missing a beat his voice sounding a bit agitated only to bring his hand up cough violently, a trickle of light coming from the corner of his mouth.

Alisha helped Ruvel to the board room and got him sat down in his chair before shutting the blinds making it darker, she had been left with a bunch of instructions that she thought strange when it came to his health but followed them when needed. Ruvel kept his eyes closed though the glow in his eyes could be seen through it, he wasn't trying to be rude he just needed to close them, once again he coughed making the receptionist move back to him quickly taking the glass of water that was given to him and helped him drink before cleaning he light that seemed to be trickling from his lips. "You need to get to bed" she said sternly "I will soon, I just need to get this done." he said in reply his eyes opening as he heard Sara talking and smiled weakly "I'm glad and I'll do everything within my power to help you meet that goal." he said with a warm tone. "Before we begin, is there anything you want to know about us?" he asked his voice unwavering as he waited for Alisha to leave to get the needed paperwork

Sara was even more amazed by the place by the second, as they had entered the elevator Ruvel had just said one word and in a few second they were already there. As soon as they exited the elevator, a woman had rushed towards them, more specifically Ruvel. As the two had started conversing Sara took the time to look around the new room. Her eye trailed from the desk in the center to the six other rooms that were there, she didn't have much time to marvel at them as a cough had gotten her attention. Looking back towards Ruvel she saw that the receptionist was helping him get to one of the rooms and Sara followed them towards what she suspected was the board room.

Sara smiled and sheepishly rubbed her left arm, as both mages told her that they would help her achive her goal, she wasn't certain how to reply to both of them as she wasn't used to situations like these. Sometimes she cursed her poor social interactions in times like these, but intentional or not Ruvel had asked her if she had any questions and saved her any trouble of embarrassing herself. She pondered for a bit before she spoke up "I've read up on most of the things about the company, but I was wondering about the day to day duties outside of the mage jobs that is, and i'm guessing there are also living quarters, which is probably quite stupid to ask." She said, the last part was mostly obvious as the company was on an island and movement between the two wasn't as fast as some people would like. "I can't think of anything else, and if you want to know anything more specific about me, I'll be happy to answer." She said as she looked between the two mages, before her eye stopped at Ruvel. He knew something about her during the job they took but it wasn't anything specific, and now even though it wasn't one of the best times for long talks, as Ruvel looked really tired, they still may want to ask her something before accepting her.

As Alisha looked at him questioning why he would even let Ruvel do anything other then Rest Sol just sighed since he knew that no answer would work  due to Ruvel not listening to him. He saw Ruvel then cough up some light and the slayers worry increased and if it continued or got worse then he would politely ask Ruvel to Go rest and he would take care of the rest of Saras Introduction into the company. As she sat down and mentioned that she had read majority of the information on the guild but was curious about   the day to day activities of the company and then also said that if they wanted any information on her then they were more then welcome to ask her.

Sol nodded as he took a drink of the water he had before he spoke again. “well our day to day activitys depends on where your put in the company but most of the time our company emembers are doing shipping and delivery jobs here on Tolgalen and over Earthland” he explained before he went on.” We do have company housing for all of our members and it is very generous so don’t think it was a stupid question  its understandable to ask where you will be staying when you join the company” he added with a soft smile. On the subject of her Sol thought for a moment before he then spoke.”I am rather curious on the nature of your magic if you have any miss Ravencrest” he asked wondering what her abilitys were.

    The Next Step

Ruvel sat in the chair he was put within and was shallowly breathing, he knew that this was a bad idea but still he had duties to fulfil as the CEO of the company. He sat on his seat stifling a cough in the darkness of the board room "Apologies about the darkness and my less than presentable appearance Miss Ravencrest I usually look more presentable..." he eventually said to her when the coughing had ceased at least for the moment, he was embarrassed to be seen in such a manner, he was always wanted to be as professional as possible but on this occasion that wasn't possible as he would be chewed out worse than he already was if he wore a uniform as they would believe that he was intending to do some work. Then again he wasn't dressed for doing work and here he was still doing some, he was going to get into trouble but right now he really didn't care. He sighed closing his eyes for a moment "I suffer from an illness without cure, without a name actually now I come to think about it." he said his eyes opening his eyes still glowing but a lot brighter than when they last seen each other "When I get ill I am sensitive to light so that is why the room is dark." he said believing she needed an explanation for the strange circumstances she had found herself in.

Taking his glass he took a few small sips of the water before putting it back on the table "We have five job boards in this company and a request board." he explained getting into the first question. "The first board is for jobs within Tolgalen, second is jobs within the company if someone needs something covered and you want more hours, third is for jobs from the magic council and fiore, fourth board is for international jobs, fifth board are for jobs that are dangerous but don't pay a lot... people who go request jobs on this board have little money but need the help. It is one of the more popular boards we've found." he smiled knowing his guild and company had good hearts which made him happy. "The request board is for if you find a job you want to go on but you find you aren't strong enough to go on by yourself. Here you can also look for someone to help teach you or look for someone to teach." he explained the boards to her that she would quite easily see in the first floor of the company. "Mr Terumi we need another board for special requests at some point." he said to his vice president knowing that several of those had crossed his table of late. He gave a tired, weak and faint smile but was trying his best to stay strong at current, he was trying to push the fact he was sick out of his mind. "Joining the company you gain a house of your own, the rent and utilities will be taken from your company wages so everything you gain will be yours. We pay very well so you wouldn't even think that anything had been taken, if you ever decide to leave us you can negotiate a lease or to buy the house so you wouldn't need to move." he informed her knowing that was often things other worried about and he always wanted to make them feel at ease about quickly.

Soon enough a form would appear in front of Sara as did a pen, "Fill in the form and to the questionnaire then we can get you stamped and I believe we can show you the tour of the head quarters." he said before tapping his bottom lip "Oh yes, there are a lot of security measures in place on Tolgalen and even more within the company for employee and client protection. One of them is that you must have a company marking or be escorted by a company to get most places in the building, your company pin will have additional security clearance added. As you can imagine we deal with a lot of sensitive information being a company of traders and diplomats." he said informing her their might be areas that she wouldn't be able to access due to her clearance not being high enough. Given some of their own secrets they had to have that additional security, it wouldn't look good if that got to light that was for sure.

The petite girl's eye stayed on Ruvel for a bit as he seemed quite different then when they met. It was obviously because of he was sick and it seemed to be beyond the normal sickness a person would have, but then again they did live in a world filled with magic so it wasn't unordinary for people to have a more specific type of sickness, but it wasn't her place to ask about it, as she didn't want to make the CEO potentially feeling uncomfortable. Without asking, Ruvel had started to explain to her the reason for the darkness in the room and for the way he was dressed. "You don't have to apologize for anything, a person's health should come first, in my opinion, and I hope that you will get better soon." She said with a small smile.

Sara looked at Sol as he began to answer her questions. From explaining the daily activites in the company, to telling her that there was company housing and that in fact it was quite good. The red-golden haired girl smiled again as she was quite content with what she was hearing. "My magic is a mix of two aspects one being holy and the other... demonic." She said with a small pause, as she wasn't certain at first if she wanted to tell everything to the other two mages, but Ruvel had shown her only kindness and offered her a helping hand even though he didn't know a single thing about her, and Sol the mage that she had met now, seemed as a nice person also. These things were bound to get out if everything went smoothly, so better early then late. "I can use both sides on their own, but my magic excels when I combine them into one, creating . And from the things I can do with it for now, its a short to mid range magic. I could show it to you sometime, I love training in my free time, so someone I could spar wih is going to be great." She said with a smile as she uttered the final part. She left out the part of her tenant, but does things could come with time, it wasn't really something she was content with talking as people tend to have sometime bad reactions towards stuff like that, even thought they were mages and dealt with a lot of serious things, her own insecurities about it, held her back.

Her attention was brought back to Ruvel as he started explaining to her the different kinds of job boards there were in the company. Everything was organized which made things easier when you wanted to find a certain job and with the request board she could potentially take harder jobs with someone. What took her by surprise was that the company gave a house to the member and the rent and utilities were taken directly from the wage the company gave which made things even easier, as she wouldn't have to think about it that much.  She nodded when Ruvel told her that if she ever decided to leave they could talk about the house, that she used while she was in the company.

Soon enough a paper with a pen in tow appeared in front of her and Ruvel had told her to fill in the form and with some questions for her to answer. "I guess it should be normal, you can't have someone totaly new running around and having access to everything." With a nod she grabbed the pen and paper and started filling it in. Soon she moved to the questions and it wasn't long before she was ready with them as well and places back the pen and the form on the desk "I think this should be all." She said with a small smile.

Sol listened and took a drink of water as his CEO explained to the Sara about how jobs at the company worked and all about the boards they had for available jobs and how they were divided before the younger mage would direct his attention to him and mentioned that they needed to have a board put up for special requests. The Vice President nodded in understanding “Ill get the paperwork done and have it put up by the end of the day Rui” he said making a mental note to do that after all of this was finished up. As Sara responded to his question and mentioned that her magic had two aspects to it holy and demonic which made the Deathless blink in surprise before nodding. “an interesting combination Miss Ravencrest and one I wouldn’t mind seeing in action sometime, if your interested in training Im sure you will find plenty of people here that are more then willing to help you improve yourself in fact I would be more then happy to help you on close range combat if you would like” he commented and smiled a bit as he offered his help near the end.

Sol had balance in his magic so he was good at all ranges but he was more at ease fighting up close and the Vice President was always more then happy to give people in need of guidance some pointers. He watched while she filled out the paperwork and then would give the form and pen back to them before he smiled a bit.”Well I think Everything is in order then Rui” he said before he spoke again.”Rui why don’t I stamp her and give her the tour I know your under the weather and need to rest so I can finish up here if that is alright with you” he suggested. He wasent pushing but he knew that the young CEO was sick and he needed to be resting so if he could take the weight off his shoulders so he could rest then the Deathless would do it in a heartbeat. As he waited for Ruvels answer he took a drink of his water and hoped that the young mage didn’t push himself any further since it was easy to tell he was at his limit already and should honestly be in bed till he was better.

    The Next Step

Ruvel looked to Sara with weary eyes, he wasn't suspicious of the woman he had become accustomed to within Clover town. They had told each other things they were clearly uncomfortable normally talking about. The weary look was because of how the sickness had run him down over time, he had pushed himself far beyond what was reasonable for himself and now he was paying the piper so to speak. "It's something I have had for as long as I can remember, unfortunately, I don't think it has a name and where there is medication to help speed up my recovery I don't like having it being used." he said to her wanting to explain why he looked less than his normal immaculate self. Normally he wouldn't even be out of his room in his current state but he was to weak to call one of his summons to get him whatever he was needing at that time. That was why he had been in the lobby of the company and heading towards the mess hall the company had for employees, he needed a glass of water. "Thank you for understanding. I usually remain in my bedroom until well enough to go back to my tasks. I am to weak however to call one of my summons to help and no one can access my bedroom due to the protections on it." he explained to her, sure it was strange he had a bedroom actually in the headquarters but this had been the case since he had been brought here by Cirven. He returned her smile with a weak one of his own "Thank you Miss Ravencrest, that means a lot to me." he let her know, they had only done one job together but it seemed like they had made quite the impression on the other on that occasion.

The sickly blonde listened as she informed them of her magic types, Ruvel himself already knew this information from the Kayson Warheez job where they had originally met. He guessed that she was clarifying more for Sol's benefit than his own "As I told you in Camp Azure Lake my adoptive brother uses the same two aspects in his magic. I also told you no magic is inherently evil it comes down to the wielder and that every magic is unique and special so here it wouldn't be questioned and you wouldn't be stigmatised for yours." he reminded her his voice weak but still held a warmth to it. "As I said in the camp it might be a lost, ancient or new type of magic yet to be seen. It might be a requip or a maker type, with time and training you could find out the answers to those questions." he continued with the reminder of the conversation they had previously, he guessed she was nervous or had a lot going on between the time they met and now. He had encouraged her to do her research and then decide the place she wanted to align herself with, it was a big choice and one that would shape her future so he didn't want her to jump into a situation where she might regret the decision later or it take her down a path she didn't want to go down in the first place. "My colleague here would be the best one to train with, we have two self repairing training rooms so you are more than welcome to use them when needed or we have a forest that acts like training grounds. Don't worry if you use fire, there are precautions in place to prevent it catching fire." he informed her taking the glass of water he had and drinking from it. He went out of his normal routine in regards to liquids when he was sick because it was the one time the facility allowed any of the 'chosen' to drink as much as they needed.

The youth nodded "That is part of it, the other part is for medical, next of kin and the likes." he let her know as he put the glass down his eyes closing but the glow of his eyes could still be seen clearly through his eyelids. The teen knew how unsettling this was to people but it wasn't exactly something he could help it was part of the condition he had. He nodded as Sol stated that the new board would be added by the end of business that day, if nothing else the company was quite efficient at things and that had always worked in their benefit. "Well, not really... that has to be put in clerical. Miss Ravencrest requires a tour of the company if she is to work here, she needs to be assigned her home, her pin needs to be aligned with her, her stamp needs to be given and she needs to be assigned her work detail." he said knowing the elder male was jumping the gun more than slightly. "I will come along on the tour at least within the building, we will have to go a little slower than normal but I hope that is fine with you both, if not I will go get my water and head to my room once more." he said in reply to the others awaiting their responses before he decided to do anything.

"Medication can always be a pain, there are some that are.. quite unpleasant." She said understanding that sometimes it could be unpleasant, as she herself didn't like most medicine and would try to go without it. "I hope that its not that necessary in order for you to get better, if its not pleasant." The two had shared some things about each other that were deeper then just normal conversations, the petite mage had grown to trust the Blond CEO on their singular job together, and wished that he could recover quicker, as he was someone that helped her clear a lot of issues that were running a mock in her mind and even helped her set her goals, so in a way she grew to look up to him and knew that if ever needed to even just talk, Ruvel could be a person she could freely go to and talk.

Sara smiled as Sol mentioned that the combination of her magic was interesting and told her that a lot of people in the company would be willing to help her improve, and that he could help her with close range combat. "I'll hold you to that then, maybe once I settle in a bit we can go at it and you can also give me some pointers." She said with a smile. Sara knew that Sol was definitely better then her, she had still quite a lot to go before she would confidently say she could beat someone in a spar, but it was always better to train with someone. "Ruvel had mentioned to me that the training rooms were self repairing and the forest area, so I think I'll be spending quite a bit of my free time there." She said sheepishly, it was mostly the thing she would do in her free time as she didn't really have a hobby or something else to do, so it was great news to her that there were places like this.

As Ruvel let her know that she had finished a part of it she nodded and stayed silent as she looked at Sol when he mentioned that he could give her the tour and stamp her now, before Ruvel informed him of all the other things that needed to be provided to her as well. She sweet dropped a little at all the things but quickly shook it off as the blond wizard saint mentioned that he could accompany them while they give her the tour of the building, if they went a little slower due to his sickness. "I don't have a problem going a bit slower, but if its better for you to rest, then there is no need to push yourself." She said as she was a bit worried about him, and waited for their decisions.

    Adalinda

    The Iron Dragon Slayer

Just her luck. Adalinda came back to Tolgalen to hear that the CEO was currently unwell and she had some paperwork to fill out. She just wanted to train in peace. Tamaria, her purple exceed would be giving her an earful for her running off to train on Fiore rather than in Tolgalens forest or something like she usually did when she eventually made it back into the guild. It wasn’t too fun to hear that cat at times like this. Her ice blue eyes looked around the entrance to the company headquarters as her black hair was tied back in a high ponytail and still draped down to her hips. As per usual, she wore her uniform a bit more looser than the rest of the company employees did. She wore her white jacket with the cyan trim unbuttoned to expose her white tank top underneath to the jacket flow a bit while she walked, a pair of white pants held up by a white belt around her hips, and a pair of black boots on her feet. Her company pin was still proudly pinned to the flap of her collar for all to see that she was branded as a Vice President of the company. The dragon slayer had gone towards the receptionist to inquire about how things were when she was told that Ruvel had come out of his room and was giving a test with Sol to someone wanting to become an employee to the company.

With a sigh, the black haired woman nodded and started to make her way towards the board room. “Adalinda!” The female cat yelled in her neko form, holding a file in her arms as she was dressed in a white jacket with her own little pin on her collar, and was wearing a pleated white skirt with white stockings and white Mary Janes on her feet. The purple hair of the transformed exceed bobbed as she stormed down the hall. “You left me for weeks on end, and you come back now?!” With another sigh, the slayer raised her hands. “I’m sorry Tammy! I needed to train on my own for a little bit, off of Tolgalen so I wouldn’t destroy all the wyverns.” She lightly teased. They were actually in mating season she believed if she were honest. “Come with me to check on Ruvel. I heard he’s doing things he’s not supposed to right now.” The exceed blinked her large purple eyes at that and quickly nodded. Tammy adored Ruvel and didn’t wish for the CEO to be harmed even by accident.

The two made their way to the board room and Ada told the exceed about the Vulcans she was fighting out at Spooky Forest and how much fun she had while she was out doing so. As they approached the door, Ada gave a slight wave to Alisha before she approached her. “Ruvel still in the board ro-?” As she was asking this, she heard a noise coming from the board room. Coughing. She quickly moved to go to the room to see what was going on, to see Sol with Ruvel, and a new person, and Ruvel having a coughing fit. “I’ll handle this from here. Mr Terumi, please take care of Mr Mizune.” She let Sol take the young CEO out of the room to lead him back to his room and looked over to the other girl. Tammy peeked out from around the slayers leg to see the other girl. Ada takes a deep breath and notices the paper on the table. “I’m Adalinda Ortinbras, and this is Tamaria Ortinbras. She is an exceed that knows a little bit of take over magic to let her transform into this form, so don’t be alarmed if you see a purple cat walking around here. I am also a Vice President of the company as well.” She quickly introduces herself to the other female. She had glanced at the paper and noticed her name, but felt it was rude to ask if that was correct.

Tammy walks in and bows a little to the female, her tail flicking as she did so. “It’s a pleasure to meet you! What may your name be?” The exceed asked in her childlike voice. Of course she was much older than a child, the exceed could only maintain a four foot height for her take over form, that and her voice didn’t help much as is. The exceed also noticed the paper and pointed to it. “Did you finish filling that out? I can give it to Miss Alisha for you if you finished it.” Even though the exceed was being polite and smiling, she seemed to be wavering as she looked to the chair Ruvel had been in. Ada hung her head for a moment and took a deep breath.

“I’m sorry for the events that transpired while you came here to apply. If you wish, we can go forward from where Mr Mizune and Mr Terumi left of for what you needed to do to officially be in the company.” She gave the other female a grin that showed she was excited to have another female aboard the company with her. Tammy sighs as she held up a hand while her face seemed blank and bored while her voice was monotone for a moment. “You’ll more than likely have to come to me for things over Ada. She’s more brute than anything, but she’s good when it comes to needing someone to spar with or as a body guard, and I handle the paperworks and the like so she doesn’t mess any of it up.” Ada made a face as she looked away from her exceed. She made it hard sometimes to have a straight face. She couldn’t be nice for just a moment. Guess this was payback for leaving her all alone for a few weeks at a time. Tammy just glanced to Ada and smirked a bit.

Sara had just finished writing the last of the papers and put them on the desk and quietly listened to the two mages conversing, and in the meantime she went deep into thought about what would come with the future here. 'Having second thoughts.' The beasts voice appeared in her mind, as she thought about it for a second, it was a step towards something new for her, it was quite sometime before she was a part from something remotely close to a guild. 'Not really, just thinking about it, its been sometime since I was part of something.' She answered back and returned to the real world, and looked at the two mages in front of her, as they were still talking about something for the company and where to take her and so on. She wanted to rest for a bit it was still quite the travel to get to here, but she had to get signed in first at least before anything else. A cough caught her slightly by surprise as she turned her head towards the direction of the cough. A woman that was taller then her approached them and informed Sol that he could take Ruvel away in order for him to rest. The petite mage watched as the duo exited the room and turned her head to the new person in the room, as she introduced herself and her cat friend that Sara just noticed that was around her leg.

"My name is Sara Ravencrest, its a pleasure to meet you two." She said with a smile while looking towards the cat, before looking at her papers as the neko asked if she had finished them. Sara nodded and looked through the papers one last time before handing them to her. "I've filled them out, I hope everything is as it should be." She said sheepishly as she looked at the cat before looking back towards Ada as she spoke. "You don't have to apologize for it, he was already feeling a bit of it while we were on our job together, but it seems that it has gotten worse since then." She said before continuing again for the latter part of Ada's proposal. "I'll be more than happy to continue, I still have a few things to know as well I'm guessing." She said as she got up from the chair that she was sitting in and matched Ada's grin with another smile, before looking towards the cat and giggled when mentioning that she was the one handling the paper work. "Well at least I know who I can spar with if I ever need to." Everyone she met until now was pretty nice and she was quite happy about, and now she waited until they would continue with the introduction to the company.
