The blonde sauntered through the crushed snow, following the trail the others had left from a safe distance. Yet not too far, so she could still see them at the very edges of her vision, allowing her to follow them with her sense of smell rather than view alone. Her view mostly got her lost anyway, so she didn't want to rely on that too much. Relying on following scents however meant she had to tap into her curse, which displayed itself physically in claw-like fingers, sharp and longer canines, and her eyes becoming almost predatorial in nature, with elongated pupils and almost glowing red irises. Kitalpha wasn't quite ready to share that secret with the rest of the guild however, and that was the maim reason that despite wanting to tag along on this get-together, she had been keeping to herself. At least for now. Most of the people tagging along she hadn't met face to face yet, but she'd done her very best to learn their names by heart, and to tag each name to their respective face.
The invitation had been simple, hung out on the notice board of the guild that all who wanted could join in on this bonding trip. With little tips, like wear something you feel comfortable in, for those new to the camping theme. Such was Kitalpha, and believe it or not, her current outfit was just that to her. Comfortable without means, despite the fact that said current outfit was nothing more than golden armor; long tassets perched upon her hips, with a bright red cloth that reached till only inches from the ground, covering her sides and back. A golden pauldron to keep her right shoulder protected, along with a similarly-crafted rerebrace, couter, vambrace and eventually gauntlet further down her arm, to make a solid unity for battle purposes. Yet even outside of battle or during missions Kitalpha had started wearing this particular set of armor. There was something about it that she couldn't quite resist, even if it was rather inappropriate for a day out camping. At least she hadn't gone ahead and worn the entire get-up, instead leaving the rest of her upper body bare, safe for a torn top with three-quarter sleeves that left her entire stomach bare. Frankly one could wonder how she wasn't freezing while wearing so little to cover herself up, yet the cold didn't seem to bother her much.
As she walked on up the hill she noticed how two of the silhouettes had gradually grown larger, prompting her to undo her curse’s power immediately to appear normal once more. It was only when she had reached the two that she realised who they were. Turtling on the ground atop a heap of cleanly-cut firewood was a man she recalled being Ike, someone she was meeting face to face for the first time now The one helping him by nudging the wood was Song, half-spider half-humanoid, whom she'd gotten the honor of meeting during the guildscale job before. The blinde preteen arachnian was still an individual of great interest to the blonde warrioress however, who could feel the excitement bubbling within her stomach. She however willed herself to remain impartial, and watched as things unfolded further. Kitalpha stiffled a laugh when Song decided to pat Ike, turning away for a short moment for the sake of being polite and not laughing in their face. When she turned to face them again the smile however still lingered upon her lips. ”Looks like you two get along adorably well.” The blonde said cheerfully, extending her hand towards Ike to help him upright if he wished so.
