by _____Kaede had been working for almost a solid two weeks now and so far had made only enough progress she did not try punching someone for touching her without warning even if only by accident. In her claimed defense the person did slap her ass the last time was why she slapped their face. Sadly she did not have the courage to say such to her boss and friend so she was the one who got the blunt of the lecture. Slowly trying to make sure she got her tie finished properly this time without walking onto the floor and have to get it fixed by Alice, Kaede stepped out. _____Ever since the heavy remodeling, and news started to spread that Kaede and Alice fought to protect the small cafe it had started to gain some extra guest. Of course that took a toll on the very limited three staff members as Alice and Kaede would often find themselves working without much time to relax. She also felt worse for Xion who was alone to get all the food made, and still found time to wash dishes and prep for everything. Alice tried to explain it was slow to him, but Kaede had seen him struggling sometimes but as she was stopped by Alice she moved her focus to the owner who smirked slightly. "You got it for once without my help... took you long enough.~" - "Well I did not have the best teacher to learn from so I blame them..." _____Kaede's quick jab back had Alice frown for a moment before she smirked and punched Kaede's elbow lightly before rushing back to help guest taking the front end of the shop. Kaede moving to cover the backside or rather what she could since speed was still something she had decent issue with. Dress shoes clicking across wooden flooring as the two butler girls tried to keep up with orders and request leaving a few guest slightly annoyed or tense it took them a bit to long to help them as well. Haven't used a template in a long time, it confusing ;3;
As the day went by on Era, a figure roamed down the streets. Her odd choices of clothing, including a hat and a big cape were somewhat dirtied but were still proudly put to show as the girl hopped down the streets, smile on her face and heart on her sleeve as she made her way downtown, her eyes filled with a mix of excitement and exhaustion.
She went to Era to refresh herself. She was running out of ideas for magic tricks, and people were starting to get tired of her old tricks. "A true master of its craft is always refining themselves!" She thought to herself as she walked before she heard her stomach groan. She had not eaten in almost 2 days, and it was getting to her. As she pondered about where she would search for scraps when she found a cafe nearby. It was quite packed, so the food had to be good, right? It would probably be very expensive too, and it's not like she was brimming with money to spare.
Well, it wouldn't hurt to try and perform to the clients for some spare coin. And hey, if she did well enough, she could get enough money for a loaf of bread or anything cheap. So, noticing that some guests were taking a bit to get attended by the butlers, she swooped in. Without making much of an entrance to not disturb the people working and eating there, she went to the waiting customers and started doing her tricks. Card tricks, illusions and a lot more were in her disposal as she entertained the waiting clients.
One of her favorites was to grab a handkerchief from the tables and shove into one of her closed fists, and it would come out of the other side of a different color. Put it back, and it would return to its original color. She could even have both colors showing, a part of the handkerchief in each part of the closed fist. Of course, there was a secret to this trick, but not like she was going to reveal it.
A smile never left her face as she did this, even if some gave her not a single penny. Money was nice, but brightening up their day was this much more important. And with the tip of a hat and a little twirl, she would say her catchphrase. "Blink and you'll miss it, snooze and you'll lose it! There's no entertainment like the one brought by yours truly, Magician Extraordinaire Goodwill!" She spoke that with all her pride, even if some just laughed it off or looked at her with a puzzled expression. Never the less, she was starting to gather some exchange, at the very least.

_____Kaede was only able to get quick glances or side eye views of the newest arrival who seemed to be entertaining the guest they could not reach in time. Alice on the other hand moved into her own speciality of working and talking to others as she whistled and looked to the new girl waving her hand so she did not have to shout over the other guest to be heard while moving a semi circle towards Kaede to make sure she was also in the loop as they all met up at the window where Xion set orders down for both of the working girls as they took a quick chat break. "Thanks for helping... Though I would have preferred you asked and let me know before trying such... So how about a deal Help us out until we close, and I can give you some pay and have Xion over there cook you a meal for the hard work. We could use the extra set of hands. What do you say?" If The girl said yes Alice would look to Xion who shuggred, then to Kaede who was starting to get moving again. "Up to you Alice, your place, the help would be nice but you get last and first say anyways.~" _____Alice would puff her cheeks as both her employees seemed to not fully care what happen, it was rude to some degree but Kaede could not worry about overthinking if it was a good idea to have some random person working without knowing them more. She was not one to speak since Alice did the same for Kaede not that long ago but as the slave girl rushed off to make up for lost time and Alice started to get back to work herself it would be up to Goodwill to decide herself.
