Caster or Holder: It is a caster type magic.
Description: Florem Panacis is the magic of the trees, it uses the natural abilities of plants and the symbols represented by the trees to cast spells. for Example: a rose bush or a patch of thistles have a natural defense of thorns that can be used to form a defense spell. An oak tree that represents strength could be used for an offense spell, and a rowan or yew tree that has strong ties to spiritual energy can be used for a healing spell. Florem Panacis does not rely entirely on a mage the same way maker magic does, but it doesn't rely solely on the plants like a holder magic would. It is a balanced magic that draws power and form from the mage and draws abilities from the plants in range.
Strengths: 1. Florem Panacis is at its strongest in healthy environments, where the vegetation is thicker and stronger. As such, the age affects it’s strength as well, if the plant is too young or underdeveloped the spell is unstable. If the plant is too old or overdeveloped, the spell will be fragile. The best plants are old enough to stand against the elements but young enough that they aren’t too weathered they’ll break with pressure.

Weaknesses: 1.In an unhealthy environment Florem Panacis is highly unstable and prone to corruption. This means that a corrupt or unhealthy plant can make the magic wielder sick or even kill them. This is only one way that this magic can be corrupted, if an earth mage is controlling a tree then that tree will bear ill will to the mage and harm rather than protect them.

Abilities/Powers :
Name: Tacitum Nemus
Effect: This allows Amellynne to talk to, hear, and comprehend what nearby trees are saying. As trees aren't generally fond of humans, what they speak of is generally along the lines of weather, odd activity in other trees or plants, and the destruction of other trees. This information isn't really useful but some times the trees will gossip of centuries ago, which helps Ame with strategizing and research. It also helps her keep in touch with her friends through a mesage chain passed along the wind from forest to forest ranging all the way across the country. This is a passive ability.
Name: Dissimulare Lignea
Effect: Changes the appearance of Ame's skin to that of tree bark. This is activated only when Ame has skin contact with a tree, and is concentrating on the texture and colour of the tree. This ability is basicly just for show, other then changing her image it does nothing and only affects a small area of her skin.

Name: Praesidio Spina
Rank: D- rank
Type: Plant, Defense spell
Description: this spell creates a sphere of thorny vines surrounding the target (caster or an ally). the size of the sphere depends on the size of the person the sphere is protecting. Similar to the unique defense of the rose, the spell's thorns protect the person inside from anything intended to harm them. The thorns cause small cuts on whatever they touch other than non-moving objects.
Cooldown: This spell cannot be used for a time range of 5-6 posts after it has been dispelled
Duration: This spell lasts for three posts, and can be cast multiple times per battle.
Weaknesses: 1. Because the spell consists entirely of plant matter it can catch on fire fairly easily and burn to ash, the spell doesn't regrow after it has been damaged so once the sphere has been broken it is useless.
2. The spell is also confined, and may interfere with one's eyesight as it is not completely transparent.
3. The spell affects all moving objects, such as spells and weapons, and so even healing spells or allies trying to help the person protected by the spell will be affected and harmed by the thorns.
4. The spell prohibits the person inside the sphere from touching anything but static objects like floors and walls.
Strengths: 1.The sphere of thorns moves along with the person inside, this way the spell does not restrict their movement or harm them with the thorns on the entirior of the sphere however, if one stretches and reaches out of the center of the sphere, the sphere will not conform to the persons movements.
2. The thorns act not only as defense but also as an attack, if a person touches them they will cause small damage.
3. Because of the sphere's tightly woven vines, neither solid objects or liquids can enter the sphere. Gasses are allowed to enter freely for otherwise the person inside wouldn't be able to breath, but other than the possibility of poissonous gasses entering, the bubble is secure.

Description: Will heal the target of minor injuries (D-rank injuries). Absorbs the healing abilities of nearby plants and transforms that ability into healing magics. This does not regenerate MP, it simply heals the target back to fighting ability. Target must be within three feet of the caster, the closer the caster is to the plants used in casting the spell the shorter time it takes for the spell to take effect. (max range is 10 meters)
Cooldown: Because of the amount of pure thought used to conduct the energy to the right place, the spell cannot be used within a specific time limit of the previous use, if the caster attempts to recast the spell within the time limit he/she will be rendered unconscious. (Has a cooldown of 6 posts)
Duration: This spell lasts as long as necessary to restore the target to fighting condition, or the plants are completely void of energy. If the plants are completely drained then the spell will begin to draw power from the caster’s physical strength. (Casting of the spell is instant)
Weaknesses: 1.Caster and subject must be within two feet of each other, and the caster must be within five feet of the herb or tree used to cast the spell.
2. This spell provides no defense, and so leaves the caster and subject unprotected while the spell is being cast.
3. The spell cannot be used on the caster.
4. The spell heals only physical injuries, if a person's spirit or mind is harmed the spell can't repair that damage.
Strengths: 1. Does not take up much magic power.
2. It can be used in conjunction with Salices Scalpere to efficiently heal a person while the latter spell busies the opponent to protect them.
3. The spell does not require one particular herb so it can be cast any where so long as atleast one of many different healing herbs is near by.

Description: Uses the mage’s magic power and the potential of the tree seed to create a living weapon out of a tree. Similar to the womping willow of the Harry Potter series, the tree acts according to its own will to club or ensnare the opponent while active (causing D- rank damage), while inactive it is similar to a normal tree, responding only to the caster’s summons
Cooldown: Will take one post to re-activate, 6 posts to cooldown. Cannot use the same tree/tree seed twice.
Duration: The spell will last until it is dissmised. The tree can however, burn down while inactive. This will cancel the spell.
Weaknesses: 1. The spell has an extremely limited range, particularly because of the limited reach of the tree's branches.
2. It is limited in it's abilities of contingency as the seed used to cast the spell can only be used once before the tree disintegrates.
3. The tree does not have any sense of friend or foe, so it attacks anyone in reach.
4. The spell cannot be moved from where it was first cast without being dispelled.
